I’m really disappointed. I was strung along for months and given excuse after excuse of why they wasn’t able to come this week or that week; they also say they would come and no show no call; for months I have been staring at my base cabinets without doors, shelves or even drawers. I’m not even happy with the stuff they did do, it’s scratched up, beat up or not installed correctly. I have an open floor concept and a baby that loves to get under the exposed sink, which is not safe.

Do not do business with these people. Brett Stone and Trissa Odom will take your deposit and never finish the job! Look up their old company Kitchen Artisans Inc., same deal! Thieves!Heirloom Cabinet Company does not have a Louisiana Residential Contractor’s license nor the necessary insurances to perform the work.BEWARE!

BEWARE!! Do not hire the company! Also, look up Kitchen Artisans, Inc. on Houzz. Same owner, Brett Stone and similar reviews on there as well.To make a very long story short... We gave the owner, Brett Stone, a $14,516 deposit in 2017.When we were ready for our cabinets in March 2018, we notified Brett and he told us it would be the end of April before he could get to us, due to another job he started. Well, after countless NO SHOWS, reschedules, phone calls to him and texts to his assistant, they continued to lie over and over. We didnt receive our first delivery until June 27, 2018. In the picture attached, is all we received by the end of August (plus one shell of a bath vanity with no shelves, no drawers or doors, also not installed).My husband and I are contracting out the build of our home ourselves, and at this point in the build we are paying high interest payments each month. After being at a complete standstill for 4 months, other sub-contractors cannot move forward with their work without cabinets. We explained to Brett, multiple times, the urgency of the situation. He failed to rectify the situation and we had no choice but to fire him. We actually had to start all over, because what you see in pictures, half of them were measured out wrong and could nott even be used.Brett Stone has a history of defrauding people. I hope and pray this review will save others from falling victim to this company.

The wait with it can be a little long do to the full process they go through to put out a job but once it is done you will not regret it! The work this company puts out is absolutely wonderful. The cabinets are some of the best in the Northshore area. The company is very professional, easy to talk to and they are lovely people. You won’t regret going through them for cabinets.

Recently built and installed a bar in our office with hydraulic lifts. Beautiful finish. Superb attention to detail and exceptional quality. Would definitely recommend.

These are some very good quality cabinets, you cant find craftsmanship like these anymore.
