Hello everyone,I’m not sure how others feel, however I had an incredibly horrible experience with this dealership. I want to express my feelings because I felt like I got scammed and they didn’t try to do what was right. I’ll try to keep this review short and simple.1st visit:I came to this dealership back in June for a stalling issue I had with my F150. I would’ve tried to look at it myself, but I didn’t have time back then so I said why not. After I left it at the dealership for almost a week due to the high volume of work, the service advisor called me and told me what was wrong and quoted me $930 as you see in the last photo. I asked him specifically if I paid that amount, WILL IT FIX THE ISSUE? He said yes and to my surprise, the truck stalled on me 5 minutes down the road after I picked it up.2nd visit:After coming back, he assured me he’d refund the money, but didn’t. Later, quoted me an extra couple of hundred bucks for some other parts as you see in the first photo. I purchased a used truck warranty, so it covered for that $552 amount.I’m incredibly mad that not only I paid almost $1000 for things that DIDN’T fix my problem, but I should’ve ONLY spent $100 for the deductible that could’ve covered the entire repair.Extra bonus:I’ve left MULTIPLE voicemails over the span of TWO MONTHS to receive second repair order (first photo). Never got any calls back until a couple weeks ago from someone that said would take care of it for me. Never did. So, I personally came yesterday to grab it. So from Jun 29, until August 24th, that I waited for this sheet and get a word back from the advisor.Overall:I will definitely not be back, and I hope you all be cautious of what you get quoted on. Mistakes happen, that I can understand. However, I’m just not okay with feeling like I got scammed out of $1000 for something that should’ve only costed me $100.

Im not sure about sales but service is the absolute worst. We got our F-150 truck towed here on Oct. 18 and was told parts were ordered on 10/22 by Kenny and that it should be completed by 10/26 or 10/27. Then we received a call on 10/29 that they ordered/received the wrong part and that it should be ready on Nov 1 or 2nd in which Kenny advised he would be out to reach out to Taylor. So here it is Nov 2 two weeks without my truck and Me and My Fiance called several times and was always directed to a voice-mail. Left messaged for Taylor and she never returns our calls. So I called the 1-800 number asked that I speak with a live person and they connected me with Taylor who had no information on the status of my truck and just had the excuse of (that it happens more than often that they get wrong parts in) which is not acceptable and still provided no update. So Im guessing by Kenny being out we will have to wait until he get back for an answer. I thought by me having a Ford truck It would be best that I get it service at ford but boy was I wrong I contacted the corporate number only to be told that they can take the complaint but they really cant do anything being that the services center is owner and operator. If it was going to take 2 to 3weeks to fix that should have been stated but we got the run around with minimal communication PLEASE FIND YOU A GOOD MECHANIC THAT IS NOT MISLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE FORD HAS A HORRIBLE SERVICE CENTER. I had an issue with my air conditioner and the car is still covered under warranty. I made an appointment 3 days in advance letting them know the issue ahead of time. I went drop off the vehicle today after arranging a ride home. When I got to the service department the front desk person asked if I could leave it for a couple of days to which I said that is fine and asked if he thought it would be done by Wednesday (6 days away) as I had an appointment that day and would not be able to arrange a ride. He stated that they would likely not even be able to look at it by then and that they had a lot of people in front of me (which is fine, first come first serve). I asked if I could just make another appointment and bring it by when they had time to actually look at it. The answer was no. I have to leave my car there for whole week to just sit there and not even be looked at. Im not sure they know how appointments work. Seemed crazy to me that they are asking people to leave their cars knowing they can not even look at them for an entire week. Why not make appointments for people when they can actually look at the vehicle. I understand that parts and diagnostics may take a few days but to have someone leave there car to wait in line for a week is a bit much. I contacted the manger thinking there must be a mistake he stated if was a Ford policy and that I would have to leave my car there and that I was lucky as every other Ford deanship is over a month wait. I called another for Dealership in the area and they laughed at this. Told me they would make an appointment next Monday (3 days) and that they would be able to begin diagnostics and the work as soon as I dropped it off (like every other auto shop in history). The people were nice and not rude but the way they handle customers is unsat.
Larry Frank Batchelor Jr. is the best salesman’s I have ever use. Straight forward, best price, will work with you & help you anyway possible. By far the greatest buying experience ever. Gained a great friend with walking into Supreme Ford of Slidell and running into Larry. Nobody does things like Larry he’s their to sell you a vehicle!! Thanks Larry

I Would say they exceed my expectations every time but I never actually have any, lo and behold every single time go above and beyond for even the littlest to ensure that I am able to be safe and happy and have my vehicle back and its quick fashion 24 hour turnarounds are not even heard of. I purchased a new f-150 at the beginning of January and have absolutely loved my new truck. I was treated amazingly and really felt comfortable with my experience buying from here. Larry was the best helping me look and pick out what i wanted. My kids even had fun instead of being bored. Highly recommend buying here as i will continue to in the future. I just received my new Bronco last night. In love is an understatement. I’ve been working with Katie since I placed my order in July. She has always been so kind and patient in dealing with all my questions. Her and Sharon (and others behind the scene) worked their butts off to make sure I got the deal that work for me. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
My husband met with Larry first and came home telling me how awesome he was. Couple of days later me and my daughter met him and he was totally awesome. We bought a brand new F150 and traded in two vehicles. Larry is the most down to earth person and keeps you feeling like family. We have met a salesman fir life.
Every time I go here its ALWAYS a problem so lesson learned. I pray to God that I never ever get in any situation to where Id have to go back to this particular Ford. Consistently horrible experiences.
Matt and all the staff at Supreme Ford of Slidell truly went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. This was my third time Being involved in a vehicle transaction with Matt At Supreme Ford. The superb level of customer service given was nothing short of amazing each time. Car buying is never any fun in my Opinion, but rather more of a headache. I can’t say that It wasn’t a headache for them But I know for sure that it wasn’t for me. I will definitely be back Matt and Supreme Ford are my go to for all my car buying in the future and I’m sure that can be said for the rest of my family as well after such great experiences.
Bought a NEW Bronco in March 2021 from Ford of Slidell. Big Mistake! In shop for 2 weeks with cyl misfires. Dealership service not doing a thing to fix it claiming all parts are backordered. I honestly think that they have not even ordered the parts since they are all disorganized. New car should not have these issues. Worst service- I called and left messages and no one returns calls to inform me of situation. I am reaching out to Ford Headquarters for them to intervene and submitted a lemon car report to the Better Business Bureau.They also sold me a windshield protection warranty and they lied about coverage. I had two cracks on the windshield which I reported immediately to the dealership and they told me they would set the service for it and they never did. I finally got the number I needed to call to get the service set up and now I am told there is no coverage for it because I waited too long since the incident of the crack happened. I immediately informed the dealership but they lied and did not give me the right information to submit the claim. I asked for full reimbursement of warranty and cancellation as it does not cover anything, but I was also told that I can not cancel it. I was sold a warranty under fraudulent practices.
I went in just to look and meet up with Larry Batchelor. This guy is just funny as hell and makes you feel comfortable. So i went ahead and got a new vehicle. He set me up, meet some other co workers and i was on my way. I will never forget him and his kindness. I recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went to Supreme Ford of Slidell without a real idea of what I wanted and Larry Batchelor still did not pressure me to make any purchases and genuinely cared to find out what I liked... that day I left to keep browsing only to realize no other dealership met those and other standards that Larry has at supreme Ford. I went back the next day, made my purchase and couldn’t be happier!!
Went in to buy a new truck. Sticker said 44k and after rebates the price dropped to 38k. Reviewed the paperwork that said 38k, and with my 10k cash down payment I would owe 28k. Signed the paper and was told I had to wait for the finance department to be ready. I was kept there all day. Finally when they were about to close I was told they were ready for me. Rushed through everything I signed and was given my keys. A month or so later when receiving my first bill I was surprised to see that I still owed 40k. Looking through the paperwork I come to find out that they marked the truck up to 50k and the original paperwork that I signed stating the price was 38k was missing. So they stole 10k dollars from me. Stay away from these horrible people.
Supreme Ford did an exceptional job making my purchase as hassle-free as possible! They are located about 3 hours away from where I live and there are multiple Ford dealerships within that area, but Supreme Ford was the only dealership that was willing to negotiate on the price! Alex R. and her team did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anybody, as a matter of fact I would tell them to skip everyone else and go directly to Supreme Ford!

Mr. Lionel was amazing, generous, and very professional! I was unable to remove a screw from my tail light so that I could replace the bulb, so I asked Bryan Subaru(the dealership where I purchased my car, brand new, in 2016) if they could help me to remove the screw. The service department at Bryan Subaru said it would be $70- $200 for them to work on the car and do that for me. I went over to Supreme Ford of Slidell and Mr. Lionel assured me he could get it fixed in no time, and it was done within two minutes at NO COST. Just wanted to say thank you for helping me, and when I need service for my vehicle this is where I will go. Thank you Mr. Lionel!

Our family had a great experience from the very first phone call from the Internet Sales rep to meeting the in-house sales rep. We were greeted with a smile and shown to the waiting lounge. The sales manage personally greeted us. We were shown a possible new vehicle but also shown others. The paperwork process want very quickly. Our new vehicle was prepped for us and we left in about an hour. They help to make the trade in of our former car that was not running very easy! They had it towed from across the lake to the dealership plus gave us something on it as a trade in.It was great working with them. I will be back!
I had some issues in the past with a vehicle I had bought, but after today I will recommend this dealership to anyone. They bent over backwards to help me out and made sure I left happy. Not only did they get me out of a vehicle that was having a whole bunch of issues, but put me in a new 2017 Escape SE for the same monthly note, lower interest, and worked it out to where I am no longer upside down on a vehicle. They went above and beyond to take care of me. I honestly didnt think it was even possible for something like this to happen. Words literally cant even describe how grateful and blessed I am. As soon as I walked in not even two minutes after talking to the GM he assured me that everything was going to be ok and he would make sure I was taken care of and happy. He brought his self down to a personal level with me instead of a business trying to make money off of someone. Excellent management, sales, and customer service team. Ill definitely be using this dealership in the future when Im ready to upgrade my truck. Thank you for everything Supreme Ford of Slidell. If only you knew how much this has helped me out.
I walked onto the lot looking for a new Escape with a particular color and trim package in mind. Amazingly, my beauty was sitting right there waiting for me. I was thrilled. Our sales person Paige had the vehicle washed, gassed up and ready to go. The sales process was fairly painless and they did a great job getting us the price we needed. The finance manager got us in and out quickly and efficiently. The process of buying our car went great. Unfortunately, I brought my car in the next day for low tire pressure and to understand a couple of features I wasnt sure how to operate. The service team wasnt quite as friendly or knowledgable. There is definitely room for improvement within this department. Overall, my experience was good. And...I LOVE my new Ford Escape. Best vehicle ever.

Supreme Ford Slidell fires Finance Director with physical disability.Walking with a cane, and enduring horrendous pain to get up and go to work every day was his priority. No matter how bad the pain was he was there. Even though he suffers with this pain 24/7, he was hanging in there for his only option. Hip replacement surgery.But on Saturday, June 29th, after working 12 hours, the Supreme Ford dealership decided this manager was not a good fit for the company.How can this happen and why????Never was he informed that there was a problem with job performance or anything else.These are very cold hearted people to take this sort of action. We can only think this termination was really because of his physical disability.If this is the way they handle their supposed valued employees, how do you think they’re screwing their customers???Your feedback is important to us.

Gavin the service advisor was excellent on service and very personable. They gave me all of my options and performed the service in a timely manner with reasonable prices. Their shuttle service driver Karen was equally just as good as Gavin, maybe even a tiny bit better--if possible. I truly felt like family to them and would recommend their service to anyone.
I purchased a Ford Focus in 2015 and was very happy with the purchase and the process. I purchased the Ford extended warranty through 100,000 miles. I subsequently moved to another State and recently traded in this vehicle for another one. Per Fords process I was to contact the selling dealership of the original dealer to get any balance on the extended warranty and gap insurance. I first contacted Supreme Ford of Slidell by phone in mid September and was never able to get direct contact to the Finance Manager. I left several voice emails that went unanswered. I then sent a registered letter which I can verify was received, and included current contact information, the original contract information and the validated odometer statement from the sale. In the letter I requested they email or call me to acknowledge they were processing my funds return. Crickets. I then had my current dealer contact Supreme Ford and she was able to speak to the Finance Manger who assured her that he would contact me. He did not. I have subsequently called and left numerous voice message and even spoke to the Finance Manager who stated he did not readily have my information handy and would get back with me (it had been over 6 weeks since my letter arrived there). It has now been three weeks and he has not gotten back with me. So despite numerous attempts and methods to get this dealership to communicate with me, they have not. Buyer beware. I generously give them a two star as the initial buying experience was smooth. Post purchase service is 0 stars.
We needed our tires checked. We were on the road to TN. They quickly took care of our needs and sent us on our way. We were very impressed with their professionalism.
Couldnt be happier. Traveling through we had van trouble. They got us right in and fixed that day. Did a great job. Paul was great to deal with. All the folks there were friendly. Recommend them to anyone. Wish they were my local dealership.
The shuttle service was Awesome and the service department was too. I got picked up and dropped off with no problems. Then the next day they pick me up at home and take me back to the dealership to pick up my car which was done the previous day but I can get back to them that day. Karen is an Angel.As for the service department it was awesome too. I think my car was only there for about four hours and they were calling for me to come get it but I was tied up somewhere else so I had to pick it up the next day and it was great.I won’t take my car anywhere else
John was phenomenal, by far the best car sales man I have had the luxury of meeting! He was patient and took his time helping me find what I was looking for. I will continue to go to Ford as long as he’s there.
The staff at Supreme Ford are the best. This is the 5 car I have purchased from this dealership. Mr. Dave Jordan is not just the person who sole me my car he has become a friend. I purchased the last 4 vehicles from him. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, non-pressuring and he really makes purchasing a car easy. The finance department is by far the best. They go the extra mile to ensure the best rates and offers payment options.

We were stranded on our way from Huntsville, AL to New Orleans with a dead battery. Fortunately, we were close to Supreme Ford. Even though it was 4:30 pm, Quentin McQueen could not have been any nicer. He went to work immediately and replaced the battery. Since we let him know that it was less than three years old, he took the time to get in touch with our dealer to fax him a copy of the invoice. Thanks to your “Supreme” customer service the battery was replaced free. We were on our way in less than an hour, God bless you all!
Once again, Supreme Ford attempted to sell me something I didn’t need. They told me I needed a new battery. They showed me a print-out that said “replace battery”. I informed them that the battery was 3 months old, purchased, at Sam’s. I took the print-out back to Sam’s for testing. Sam’s said it was fine.I think this borders on criminal. Salespeople working on commission, so they push services that aren’t needed. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a woman.By the way, I had a similar incident in the past, where I was sold services that aren’t needed.Thank goodness my service contract is up.
I had been dealing with Nate off and on for 2 months. He knew that I had my identity stolen and was using the ACE credit program, no cosigner, and little money down. I was there July 6. He had set an appointment up pushed me off on another salesman. It took me an hour to drive 20 minutes because of storms. For the same results. Nothing had changed. He knew the situation put my safety at risk wasted 2 hours of my time. I did tell him how I felt he said it wasnt his problem. It isnt but he knew what it was and should have not been dragging me threw all this for his amusement.

We had car engine trouble while traveling from SC to TX on the day before Thanksgiving. They were obviously very busy. The service department checked the car out quickly, made the diagnosis and got us back on the road in a relatively short amount of time. They where friendly and professional. 5 stars for Supreme Ford
I desperately needed to get an oil change so I stopped in to Supreme Ford the other day. I as usual was very busy and did not have time to sit around and wait so was pleasantly surprised when I was in my car leaving 30min later. Everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful, Ali was the service person who helped me. I would definitely recommend Supreme Ford to anyone who needs anything done on their car. I know next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle this is where I will be shopping.
Overall good service. I did barter a little on price of the vehicle I was purchasing and they gave above what my trade value was for my car. I highly Recommend Paige as your sales associate but all the associates and the manager were very nice.Edited 11/13/17Had my first oil change today and the associates are always so nice. I went in without an appointment and despite being busy my car was done with the oil change and a quick wash in about 45 minutes.

Great place my new Frontier is totally awesome. The tires are so fresh they stay in a house in Bell-air. And the inside smells like new car mixed with amphetamines smuggled across the Mexican border, I Love It!!!
