OMG RUN!!!!!RUN!!!!!RUN!!!! FROM THIS PLACE ASAP!If you are not of the Caucasian race they will not acknowledge you at all. I was ignored for almost 15 minutes as if I did not exist at all, no human being should be treated like this. This place is very unorganized and there need to be some form of a remedial training on how to treat customers of different backgrounds and cultures. I would not recommend this place they seem to be pretty selective as to who car they would like to service and you must be of a particular skin color. I was very disappointed in this experience and I will never give this place my business and I will definitely ensure my family and friends will not come here either.

The BEST ntb and I can say this because I’ve had service at several of them. Mrs. Sherry Lantz is the Best. We went there with 2 different vehicles and received excellent service. It’s a 30 min. drive from my home but I don’t mind because I’m getting excellent service and the mechanics have you out in no time.

The customer service here was phenomenal!! I was having a bad day and had to get my car towed here. I havent gotten such great customer service anywhere Ive gone in the last 8 months since Ive been living here. If I have a car issue and Im in the area this would definitely be my first choice!!!

Terrible. I came in on Saturday in a real pinch and needed my tire replaced. I came with my rim and tire. I was told to drop it off and it should be done shortly we will call you. They never called back. I called and around 5:30 and my tire was done 2hrs ago is what I was told. So I pick it up take it home just for the tire to be completely flat. I take it to get air in it and my truck sat over night of course. I wake up the next morning to a flat. Sunday they are closed. So I go to fill it back up with air and go to work on Monday. I was told to bring it in and they will fix it. Now I’m being told it could be an hour or more. I gave them the time I was coming in and it’s ridiculous to have to wait here that long when it was their screw up in the first place.

Called NTB when I had a nail in the tire of my rental vehicle. Even though they were very busy the Manager, Sherry, told me to bring it in and shell take care of me. They did so very quickly and it was very reasonable. In addition to this, the technician not only fixed my tire but put it back on at no extra charge and then brought all of the remaining tires to the appropriate air pressure level. In my opinion, this place goes above and beyond good service and I highly recommend them. If youre in the area and you need tire work this is the place to go I say that without hesitation thank you guys for taking care of me you helped ease my mind in a stressful situation

Went there for a patch and was waiting. They asked me to help push a vehicle so I helped. Went to pay and was given a good discount. This place is very busy but they take good care of you. Ill be back.

These guys are always great. They get slammed every day Ive been here, but the staff are always super nice and try to help however they can. Theyve always got deals going on so you can save some dough. I drive outta my way to take my cars here. Highly recommend.

I do most of my machine work my self went to NTB for tire rotation as soon as they got my car in the shop here they come with the air filter and Cabin filter like I can’t change it my self, but in the process of taking my car apart which I didn’t ask them to they split the air intake hose so when I got down the road the check engine light came on guess they thought I was gonna bring it back so they can fix it like I’m not smart enough to figure out was wrong don’t touch anything on my car unless I ask you to

Had a slow leak in one of my rear tires, so I brought it to the place where I always schedule an appointment for an oil change. I didnt have an appointment, and she was short one shop person this day. I told her I had reading material and would gladly wait to resolve my problem. I sat in the lobby for a bit and observed that they were very busy with customers coming in and phone ringing asking service questions and from what I over heard scheduling appointments for the next day or sometime later when available. The front desk seemed to balance all rather well apologizing to those who stood inside patiently waiting for service. Both ladies at the front were very helpful and nice to customers on the phone and those who stopped by. Sherry, who I knew to be the manager, also balanced her attention to mechanics who had questions or needed something for their service assignments. Everyone seemed to be busy doing their jobs providing service to their customers. Obviously busy I resigned myself to the back room where they provided a television and coffee, and sat down to read every now and then getting up to stretch. One of these moments I noticed my car was missing from where I had parked it, and Sherry said they just pulled it into the bay for service. I noticed that being busy was still the norm--phone ringing and customers arriving for service. I knew I would have to wait when I arrived so I patiently returned to the back to continue reading and watching tv. A while later Sherry came to the back and told me they found the leak and they would be able to patch it, and to please bear with her it would be taken care of shortly. I smiled and said ok. Several minutes passed before I got up to stretch my legs again, and just as I got inside the lobby my vehicle was driven up to the front door tire repaired and ready to go. When I usually schedule an appointment for an oil change, my vehicle is in the shop close to the scheduled time and promptly serviced, and always with a smile and a polite, See you next time! I knew this time it may take awhile even though it was a patch job because I was just a walk in, so I patiently waited, and it did take a couple of hours but they were obviously busy so I have no complaints, just praise for the professionalism I observed in the front lobby and the always courteous attitude of those who work here. Thank you, Sherry, and crew!

Had a burst tire that interrupted my cross country drive. NTB was the only shop that had my tire in stock and was able to get me back on the road! The receptionist with long brown wavy hair was absolutely lovely and helpful during this stressful time! So painless for a walk in appointment.

I normally use NTB in Covington but just had a very slow leak in one tire. I parked my car after church in the driveway and it stayed there until this morning. When I got in to run to the store it showed on the dash one of my tires was 20 pounds low. Keep in mind it sat in my driveway 5 days a lost only 20 pounds.So I go to NTB in Slidell to have it checked out. Once the tire was removed the tech used soapy water to try in find the leak. As time goes on (total of 30 minutes) they have all 4 techs and the shop manager all trying to find the leak.At this point I tell Sherri (store manager) just to air it up and place it on the car so I could return to work. Within 2 minutes a tech brings me into to bay area and tells me the leak is right here on the bead of the tire and rim. He states he will break the seal and clean the area and have on the car in a few minutes.I walk to the lobby to settle my bill and tech comes in behind me and says I have a pin hole in the side wall which is not fixable, the manager ask if I would like to buy a new tire. I told her no just put it on the car and I will address it next week as it is such a slow leak.I get home and tire had lost 10 pounds in the first hour, 13 pounds more in the next 2 hours and has now gone totally flat.So as I sit running this back in my head it took 5 guys 30 minutes to find a very slow leak that turned into a major leak after getting home.Now I can not prove it but I do beleive there was some unethical practices that took place to up sell me to purchase new tire.Will never return or recommend to a one.

Brought my vehicle in to get new tires and an oil change. Sherry went above and beyond keeping me informed of how long it would take and what was needed. I have a location close to my home and will drive out of the way to be taken care of here!

Service is horrible. Went in for a tire balance and was too expensive. Asked of them not to repair and once picked up my vehicle, I had serious issues with my wheels and axels. I will NEVER return to this place any car service. I went back and didnt get any satisfaction or resolution at all.

Went to NBT on 2220 Gause Blvd in Slidell get my infinite front tires had appointment for 1pm at 3pm I went t desk to ask how much longer would it take at that time I was informed that tires on vehicle was wrong size so I will have to pay more I agree The tech finished around 4 oclock .My two rims was damaged by technician using a tire rod to repair..I informed manager and got the brush off she try to convince me that it was crub marks.. My rims was cut really bad..I used to work in fleet on police units so I new what happened.. VERY UNHAPPY 😡

NTB was absolutely great when I needed new tires. I previously only went to Firestone because they had a good warranty for tires, but they got rid of it and I wanted to make sure my tires were taken care of. I went to NTB, and the girl there, Ms. Zoë, was SO helpful in choosing the right tires (quality and pricepoint) and she was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various options. I ended up spending about half of what I spent the last time I replaced all four tires, and that was WITH a good warranty on the tires. The tires perform great, and I was so happy with my experience here. I will definitely be going back to NTB for any of my future car needs.

So I had a flat on tires with full road hazard. I bring in my flat on a Monday and the guy tells me it should be ready for Thursday at 3:30. When I get there, they tell me that they can’t fix it and then try to charge me 85 bucks to replace it. They do realize that this is in error and straighten that out so the charge is only 25 bucks. It took them 45 minutes to get that one tire replaced and as I was crunched for time, left without checking things over. Back at the house, a couple hours later, I remember to check my truck over...no spare! Awesome. I had to call them to get them to tell me their tech forgot to re-mount my spare! So then I had to go back, wait another twenty minutes to get them to do that.They don’t seem to really have it all together.

We have never had a bad experience here at NTB. They have always been kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Ive never felt that theyre tried to take advantage of us or push any unnecessary things on us. They have always been very up front and direct with us but I know that theyre being honest and will give me the best possible pricing. Im glad that Ive found this gem and will continue to bring both of our vehicles here for maintenance, tires, etc.

We had a sudden tire problem and came to this NTB. In spite of the fact that they were super busy, they went over and above to help us out. Theyre always super friendly and know what theyre talking about/doing. However, dont bother scheduling an appointment because theyre going to have your car all day any way. Dropped mine off at 830am, didnt get a call back with a diagnosis/plan of action until 230pm, and car wasnt ready to be picked up until almost closing at 7pm.

NTB of Slidell is the absolute best!!! Not only do they have the best prices in town but you’ll never find a better group of people in customer service. I had a blow out on my truck yesterday and within minutes of getting to their store they found the tire I needed,rushed me to the front of the line and had my tire changed in no time, so that I could get my truck off the side of the road. I came here for my brakes in 2018, and nearly a year later my brakes started squeaking something awful. I thought maybe it was just time to get them changed again, however, I no longer live in LA so I went to a Good Year near my new residence. Come to find out that my brakes are perfectly fine and safe, however, they were not serviced properly when I got them done here. To the point that the mechanic at Good Year thought I had a family member install my brakes for me. Apparently my Caliper Brackets were not lubed, and my Front and Rear brakes were pad-slapped. Im not sure if this lackluster, cutting-corners service was a result of whoever serviced my car that day or if this experience is representative of how NTB runs things overall. But I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone come here.

This place was fantastic. If you need to depend on someone to help you with your automobile needs please come to these gentlemen. They were all very courteous. I can highly recommend them to anyone who needs theyre automobile repaired.

This is my second time being very disappointed with NTB. I made an appt for 5:30 to have brakes installed on my car. I get to the location and Im told that the person that installs the breaks gets off @6. Ive went out of my way to get this taken care of today only for them to tell me that they schedule a job that couldnt be handled. Im never doing business with or trying to do business with them again EVER!!!!!!

We had problems with tire 4 months after it was purchased, and NTB refused to warranty since we had a commercial account. I will give my business to another tire company from now on!

I asked them to check my brakes...they said they were fine. They had been squeaking. My car squeaks all the time and my rotars are worn. They should have known that they are bad. If you would like a 5 star review...then you owe me a brake job. Because, you messed up! I had you at 4 stars too!

Dont ever buy tires from Tire Kingdom in Slidell! James Brand- Area Group Manager is the epitome of a pass the buck business. I bought set of tires AND warranty from this business. Now that my tire exploded- treads came off my choices are 1. I can pay $150 to get a new one even tho it says in the warranty I get a FREE replacement (AND THAT IS MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE ORIGINAL TIRE) or 2. I can contact Cooper Tires myself and make a claim. DO WHAT?! Not to mention the first time I went in there to resolve this I had to endure being talked to like I am an idiot and talk down to because I am a woman and wouldnt understand how the wheel works. After 3 visits to track this guy down I get shrugging?! What other business tells a customer to contact the manufacture for a defect? I would understand if that is who the warranty was with but it isnt! $817.91 = zero customer service and zero accountability.

Excellent customer service. Went in with a potential problem that another tire shop said I had. The tech and ladies up front advised the first tire shop was loopy. They searched and got me 4 new tires within my budget. Really went the extra mile.

This is the very first time I have written a review of anything. But, since I was a loyal customer and have bought tires and other services I think it is warranted. I went to the Tire Kingdom in New Orleans and they did not have my tires but the Slidell, LA store did 30 miles away. So I drove 30 miles, when I got there the attendant said the store had the tires. I said I would wait for the service. Two hours later the attendant tells me the store does not have the tires. The attendant was nice, it was not his fault. It was solely the fault of Tire Kingdom to waste my time and my money. I will never purchase another tire or service from Tire Kingdom.

This is my first place for tire service. Kim is always accommodating especially with scheduling. Pricing is very competitive, and they would work with you especially if youve history of using their services, though I suspect this is true with any other places. But one time, I had my TPMS changed. They quoted me nearly half the price of the quote I got from another (supposedly) reliable who also told me I had to replace all four TPMS. NTB folks told me that only one needed replacement, so it was even cheaper than what I would have shelled out at the other shop.For this transaction I had all my tires replaced. After I got a quote from them, I visited a couple more places, and they quoted me more for tires with less mileage ratings.

Came in with a bent tire while on a lengthy road trip, although they were extremely busy, they handled everything quickly and professionally. So lucky I happened to break down near the right tire shop. Honest, friendly, And open on Sunday, couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

Brought car in to get tires balanced and rotated. They called and said that I needed two new tires . Gave the ok for the new tires. Called at 6:45 to make sure that they would be finished with it before closing. Kenny said that they were having trouble with the tires that they might have to call in another tech. Picked car up shorty after to find the two rims that they installed new tires on with gouges all over themy. Brought it back to them the next morning for them to tell me it was curb damage and that Kenny said he never said that they were having trouble with the tires! The only reason that they got a 1 star is because you cant go any lower.
