With the debris from the hurricane my son has had multiple flat tires.They fix or replace his tires. He has road hazard on them (it’s worth getting) !They do it as quickly as they can and are professional and helpful!

Dropped car at 9:39 am to repair tire. Never heard from them all day, their phones were out went to pick up car at 4:15 and they had done nothing to my car. Still need tire fixed. Very sad in customer service.

Was visiting here from out of town.Had a problem of our car overheating. Was July 3rd, a Saturday before, Sunday the 4th. Needed to head back to Kansas on the 5th. Was scared that they would not be able to get us in, and fix problem in time They did, thank GOD it was a simple fix, and they did it for a great price. Was scared that they would see us nervous, and from out of state, and take advantage,but they didnt. Very honest. Will highly recommend.

Should have read the reviews, so bad on me. Tried to set up appointment online for A/C service, and was politely told that I should get it in in the morning if I was unable to drop it off for the day, only having one vehicle. I rescheduled for three mornings later, only to arrive to be told there were three cars ahead of me, and that if I waited, it would be all day.In the words of Seinfeld... Anyone can take a reservation... The point of a reservation is to KEEP the reservation.

Terrible RIP-off. I took my car to have code read on the engine check light on car. Took it to a parts store first. Then went to firestoneTold them the codes that was read. They put my car on the computer, read the same codes. Then they preceded to tell me they dont actually fix anything associated with those codes and that will be 120.00 please. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

I went today with BMW to replace the right headlight for my car and they put light different color and i told them its not the right one before I leave the shop and they told me no it is just because its new light from (white light) to (yellow) like really !!?, when they couldn’t come with a better comeback they said come tomorrow to talk to( Matt ) he’s the one who was talking to me so what you guys doing there lying for, waiting to tomorrow for update to fix my car or put the old light for me and i need refund

Went to get a spare tire fix. The technician lied and said that my spare couldnt be fix and was trying to sell me a new tire. Then they told me that my car told them that it needed a brake fluid flush and a transmission fluid flush and the wheel needed an alignment which will cost me $500 dollars. What a rip off this place turn out to be. Never bring your suv to this place. There are nothing but scammers. So I took my spare tire somewhere else and they fix it with no problem.

March 02 2021 I bring my 2007 chevy silverado in to buy new tires. Trying a brand I thought was a good brand firestone. I paid almost $1300 for 4 brand new tires. Even though I was quoted a little over 800 from the website. I was OK with the price. That was until March 27 2021 when I noticed my rear driver side tire was pouring air from the valve stem. So I called them and was instructed to bring it into their shop. I went in only to be told nothing they can do today come back tomorrow morning. So I go the next morning and was told that they will try to get it done before 5pm. So 4:15pm roll around and so I decided to give them a call and and check. I was told that they had completed the job. So I headed down there and made it there for 5:03pm and the shop was closed. My truck was locked up and that was that. I will never ever buy tires from firestone again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Hopefully in the morning when I call out from my job to pick up my truck I will not be charged for their crappie product.

I had my SUV towed and dropped off late at night! Next morning we arranged diagnostic and work to be done! Savings from original estimate was about $1200 based on diagnostics!

Just took two stars away. I originally gave them 5 stars and everything I said below is true. However, their credit card system double charged me. When I called them up and spoke with their representative (David), he said the problem was not on his end but mine. He refused to take the time to call merchant services and get it fixed. Leaving it to me to contact the bank. I deal with these issues at my work and it’s only a five minute phone call to merchant services. I found it annoying that he was either lazy or ignorant. It is far easier for the business to get fixed than for the customer.Why I originally gave 5 stars:We were from out of town with a simple tire emergency. Even though they were busy they found time to get us fixed up. We went out to eat and by the time we got back we were all fixed up. Thank you so much!

Got me in and out without appt

I made an 8 am appointment for a tire rotation the day before. When my wife arrived for the appointment, the mechanic told her that their were 18 vehicles ahead of her and that my vehicle would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I wish the person who set the appointment would have told me that they were backed up so I could make other arrangements. I can recall this happening before when I needed a tire rotation, and they were not so busy. It seems as though he was trying to deter her from the service.

After 8 hours of telling me that my truck was next to go on the rack, I got aggravated. I guess thats what you get treated like when you come back for warranty work. When they finally finished and I started my truck, the check engine light came on. Never again. Highly recommend anyone else

This place is horrible. Oh our workers are sick or a hurricane thats 3 days out is coming. Just mediocre excuse. I would not let them put batteries in my childs remote control car.

I went to go get an alignment and flat repair and the guy charged me for it, but when I got in my truck I could tell no work had been done. The guy lied to me over and over making excuses...when he finally admitted no work was done he claimed 10 cars were Infront of me when I dropped it off the day before it was 8 cars...? How?... so they had my truck for 2 days and did 0 work, but charged me for everything. Just liars and crooks

I had a tire issue while on vacation. It was a rental so was told to take it to Firestone. Took it to Firestone, dropped it off (sign on door stated to expect long waits due to being short handed). The guy at the desk stated it should be ready by 4:30 (dropped off at 11 am). When I called at 4 he stated that the car had not been approved by enterprise to be fixed (not his fault). He did say that they are slow to approve on Sunday due to it being the weekend. Asked if it would be ready first thing in the morning. Worker stated it would be ( they opened at 7 am), so figured the latest would be 9 am. Fast forward to next day, called. Guy stated enterprise doesnt approve on the weekend ( would have been helpful information to be told the day before). Finally received approval at 10 am Monday. When asked when the car would be completed, was told 1-1.5 hours...(for a tire change, not to mention my car should have been first up). When went to pick up car, there was a line for one guy...another technician was at the desk doing paperwork. Instead of acknowledging me, simply looked at me then went back to his paperwork. The technician was not friendly. Though I asked for a receipt for my personal records, technician refused stating no receipt was to be provided to me since it billed directly to enterprise. Not a good experience. Not to mention I was hung up on accidentally twice while trying to get information about my car.

I cannot recommend this outfit less.I have Destination LE2 tires on my 2008 Mercury Mariner. These tires are a Firestone brand. I recently collected a nail in one of the tires and developed a slow leak. Therefore, I took my vehicle to this location in hopes they would repair it at a reduced rate. Well these folks dont give a rats heiny about brand or customer loyalty. They required that I agree to pay at least $30 up front. Then they came in to tell me that the nail was too close to the sidewall for repair, and that I needed a new tire. I knew where the nail was so I knew they were lying to me.When I said that I would just plug it my self, they got really surly. Then it took them about 30 just to get our SUV down off the rack. And finding our vehicle was a real adventure too. Instead of bringing it around front (as it typical), the parked it as far down the side of the building as possible. We got the message. Apparently that motto about customer service and transparency is hooey....

Staff was super friendly and helped me out in a jam when my car broke down while travelling from New Orleans to Jackson, MS. Arrived a little before opening time and they welcomed me with opened arms...unlike their competitors across the street (which I have also given a review to). Anyway, although I will more than likely not get the opportunity to visit them again, I hope this review will help others looking for a friendly, dependable auto repair shop find the help they need. Give these guys a chance to earn your business, you will be glad you did.

I called into Slidell store today and asked if I came in within 15 minutes what was the likelihood I could get a nail in my tire looked at before they closed in 3 hours. Jim said “I will do my best” if you drop it off. I, still very nicely, stated I would be waiting there, did he think it was likely? He said “Like I said, I will do my best”. I thanked him nicely.I never considered he wouldn’t do his best? I was asking him to consider how busy they were and give me a rough guess of likely but can’t promise or we are very busy type answer.I think starting any answer with “Like I said” then repeating a nonsense answer is poor customer service and needlessly rude.I have been using Firestone for my tires and repairs for many years. I will take this as a good reason to go with a local shop that has all good reviews.

I usually do the tirebuyer thing and have this Firestone store install them. Always great and no problems. This time I just purchased the tires from them as they were a better deal. Had to order the Bridgestone Dueler Revo 3; ordered 4pm Tuesday and tires were at the shop by 9a the next morning. Dropped truck off and in a couple of hours picked it back up. Everything was great, Jim was awesome and nice! I was that right at closing time guy and they got it done with no complaints.

I came in at 5 with a leaking tire while on business travel. They got me in line and fixed up in just over an hour even with a full lot and being short-handed. The gentlemen assisting customers was extremely knowledgeable (not just about my tire...) and understanding! They made my irritating afternoon a delight.

The TOYO A23s on my 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring were worn out as I turned 25,000 miles, worst mileage Ive ever had from factory tires.Called Firestone on Gause, Matt Gros said he did not have the size I needed in stock but he would call some warehouses that may have some available, that day.Soon after, he called back with several options one of which was a Kumo Crugen HP71 which he recommended.The tires were at the store when I arrived and installed in about a hour and a half.Mr. Gros was able to have a Firestone credit card activated so I could put the tires on it for a 5% discount and off I went.The HP71s are quieter and corner better than the TOYOs as well as being good on dry and wet pavement so Mr. Gross advice was on the money.Ive read about 15 reviews on the HP71 and they were about 90% positive as well.The people in the store were nice, the installation was spot on so Im a happy camper!

Great attitude, service But, you have to have and appointment for everything even a flat tire.

Recently, I took my van in for squealing belts (which they replaced about 10 months ago). I was charged $27 to adjust the belts... which is ok. I was told that the battery had corrosion on it and that the air filter needed changing. Having been a mechanic for many years and currently working for an auto auction company, I know how to check these things myself so I did not have this done. After getting the car home and checking it out, the battery had no corrosion whatsoever and the air filter was perfectly clean. I am wondering at this point if the belts were actually adjusted at all. Im not trusting these people too much.

Friendly employees who remember you after youve been there only a few times. Firestone always seems to have some sort of discount coupon online for most services and they allow you to use as many coupons as you want at one time. For instance, I used an oil change coupon at the same visit that I also used a tire care coupon.

On a 600 dollar bill firestone gave me a military discount of a whopping 18 dollars. In addition they would price match but wouldnt honor the discount. I will never go back to the Gause Firestone or any other second time they overcharged and under delivered. Avoid I repeat avoid go to pep boys and save money

Steer clear of this place if you are needing an inspection sticker. The boy doing the inspections doesn’t know the law. He looked at my car, took my money and then failed me on inspection for something that was 100% legal. And he inspected my car while it had a temp tag on it, also against state law. I didn’t notice till I left that he also wrote the date on the fail sticker of 05/10 when the date was 06/10 so the 30 day sticker was useless. They refused to give me back my money.

Horrible, evil people. On Saturday Chris told my elderly mother that he could adjust her headlights. On Sunday my mom dropped her car off there and told them that she was going to the hospital to sit with my father (who only has a few days left to live). My mom called them from the hospital and they told her that her car would be ready in a few minutes. I drove my mom to get her car. Not only did they bot adjust her headlights even though the day before, they told her they would but they told her that they couldnt rotate her tires because they were worn out. I explained that the tires were just purchased. I then went outside with the manager and showed him the NEW tires myself. The manager then said that the technician must have written the wrong tire information down. They should be ashamed of themselves, trying to take advantage of an elderly woman with a dying husband in the hospital. There is most definitely a special place in hell for these people. No one should EVER go to this place.

Just go somewhere else... I went to get an alignment on my truck and they charged my, but didnt do an alignment. the guy told me it was ready, but once I got in my truck I realized they never even did the alignment. They charged me for the alignment, but no paperwork showing the work.

NEVER GO HERE! Ive gone to Firestone for years, but this location gave me a terrible experience. My wait time was quoted at 2 hours, which turned out to be 5 and was seriously over priced. When i asked about the long wait, a man i believe named Dave was very rude and unprofessional to me. They like to play on peoples lack of knowledge of cars, trying to to get a massive bill on my girlfriend awhile back. NEVER AGAIN!Im willing to bet its terrible management...

Excellent auto repair work, however very busy shop and service advisors are a little rude at times. Reliable and dependable. Need better PR with the public on pricing, tires, etc.

Good people, excellent tires and I cant get any better than Bridgestone Alenza Dueler Plus for my Ford Explorer. I have used these on all of my SUVs since 2007, and never gotten less than 87,000 on any set of tires. They are great in rain and dry weather, and the few times Ive gotten caught in ice and snow, I couldnt have asked for a better, more safer tire on my vehicle. The store and their Service Advisers were great and very considerate, and I appreciate the fine job of installation their installers did.

Do not use them! I have been a Firestone customer for 10 years and still will be, but I will never return to this store. They used scare tactics and over priced and told me I needed to replace my struts because I needed a bushing. The struts are 6 months old and they said they did not care if they did the bushing they had to do the struts they quoted me $900.00 to replace the bad part. I got just the bushing replaced at the other store for $100.00 dollars. They said because their corporate they are held to these weird standards, but the Firestone on military is privately owned so they dont have to screw people. (My words) There is a much better Firestone off of military rd. They have my business now!

Not happy at all. Called them, said plenty of spots open for an oil change. Get there, was told might get it done within 3 hours. We just took in 8 vehicles. If telling truth, not their fault, still not happy.

Got new tires here and when I went in I asked for an LA state inspection. Got charged for vehicle inspection, but after paying was told that it doesnt count for inspection sticker. I would have gone elsewhere so I could get the whole lot done at once, which Im sure they realized so they never said anything until we went back and asked for the sticker. Shady. I will still use FIrestone because they make excellent products but I will never go back to this location.

Grapefest service at a fair price

I purchased 4 new tires. The front tires failed the road force balance at Mercedes and went back to firestone and the tested the tire again and said it was ok. Took the car back to Mercedes the did a road force balance and it failed again. Brought it back to firestone and they claim it is the camber and took it to Mercedes the camber is perfect and the tires failed the road force balance again. Please be careful before taking your car to firestone. They were doing my oil changes now need to look for someone else.Jose Vasquez

Terrible service, bought tires at another location and had issues while traveling. They wouldnt assist saying they didnt have enough help to come back Monday after they were already told we were traveling. Wouldnt even take 15 to put on rack to check for our safety. Tried to get me to pay $6500 to replace a strut that wasnt broken when I complained of noise. The noise was a loose hubcap. Also tried to charge me for 900 for. 3 tires that I got from the firestone around the corner installed with road hazard for under 600. Do yourself a favor and go to crossgates firestone. Called them at 9, they had to pick them up from the warehouse and still had them installed by noon.

So nice and they offer you what most places dont want to tell you if you dont know about their specials. Or free inspections

Im a 15+ year customer at the Firestone on Howard Ave in Biloxi and stopped at this store not knowing an Oil Change would take 2 hours then advised I needed to replace parts that were still under warranty and was advised the parts were no longer under warranty in which I called my home store to find out I was correct and the work is under warranty.
