The hours are incorrect. We arrived at 7:45. The lights were turned off and the doors locked at 7:50. We were told they close at 8. We were unable to finish shopping.

In the past I have had good experiences with off-Broadway shoes however today was an exception to that rule. I asked two separate employees, Ben and Blake to help me and all they did was point and say “The sizes are on the box”. This is the reason why retail stores are going out of business...because with that kind of help I might as will shop on Amazon.These two employees both look like they just lost their pets… Gloomy bad attitudes are not indicative of a good shopping experience. I hope management sees this review and does something about it.

It was a little pricey and the shoe sizes didnt go past 10

I visited this location on Thursday January 24th, 2019 between the hours of 8pm and 9pm. I walked into an empty store besides the 2 employees working there. Of course I wasnt greeted. But the worst thing was one associate was on her phone cleaning the glass and had the nerve to have it on speaker phone as of she were in the luxury of her own home. After wondering around the store for 15 minutes I realized that no one was going to ask me if I needed assistance nor were they going to speak to me. This company better send out secret shoppers before there is a major problem on their hands especially at this location.

Little lightskin girl with red hair was rude. She was on her phone not helping while I was trying to find shoes for my husbands funeral. She asked if I needed help, then continued to text on the phone. Not happy at all, I did not find shoes.

Very large selection with good prices.

Great service friendly helpful. Searched for my size shoe back and front until they located what showed in computer.

Like the shoes they have, just wish designers would think of those who can not wear 3 or more inch heels.
