Great people to work with.. Every other company I received a quote from wanted to patch a patch on my screened porch and this company quoted to replace it (which is smartest I think, why patch a patch?? Thats not what I wanted at all) & they had a better price as well. Eric did the work and my husband and I spend alot of time on our porch so we were lucky enough to have a few conversations with him and you can tell hes a hard working, down to earth, honest guy! (hopefully I dont need more roof work done any time soon, but when I do - they have my business again 😊)

Quality Exterior Services, LLC did my roof installation in Metairie around the middle of 2020. Their work got tested right away by the 2020 storm season and it appears they did a fantastic job. Their representative was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of getting it done. I trust the Owens Corning shingles they use will last for decades without issues. I had a couple very minor, nit picking requests when they finished installation. I got no sense of upset whatsoever from them when they came back out and made the changes. A great company that takes pride in their work!

By far they have exceeded my expectations. When they finished the work it looked amazing. This company was the sub-contractor for my roof when I built a new 4000 sq’ home in New Orleans in 2017. My roof developed leaks recently, so I contacted Don to meet his contract obligations and repair the roof. He did not respond for weeks. During that time, the leaking got worse with every rainstorm. So I had another contractor examine the roof to advise me as to the problem. He showed me where the roof had been improperly installed, and told me that my original contractor should be liable for the damages and make the appropriate repairs. Shortly thereafter, Don responded to my calls and came out to see the damage. He acknowledged in writing (text messages), that the issue was a result of improper installation, and that his company would make the repairs. That was 3 weeks ago, and he Is no longer responding to my calls. I am consulting an attorney, as the expense to make the repairs is substantial. I would never recommend this company for roofing services.

Have called Ken and Don to fix a leaking roof twice in two different areas on each side of a double shotgun in the Irish channel. They have been dependable, honest and were able to work the repairs into a busy schedule to help me avoid further damage. Both times they gave a detailed estimate, worked with the tenants to schedule and completed the repairs promptly. So far we have not experienced any issues. I will continue to use and recommend their business based on the positive experience I’ve had working with them twice now.

I was given a 2 year warranty for a roof repair. I know nothing about roofs so I trusted the opinion and price of the guy estimating and examining my roof. I paid what I now know was a outrageous price for poor work. I have had 8 different roof companies come to examine the roof without stating any previous issues. 7 out of the 8 told me the entire repair needed to be redone and the leak I now have damaging my attic and inside wall is due to this repair. I also, found out they contact there work out to undocumented workers . After doing some research I found out several people have complained and reported them. The owner promised 4 times to come check out the issue and stood me up all 4 times. He will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I am very disappointed and want to warn people especially women who are not familiar with these things. T

Called Don just after Christmas for estimate for roof repair and he came out at time that was convenient. Ended up calling him back for job and they were able to do it the following day on Dec 31. I normally like to be on site for all work but was unable this time. His crew was great. Clean, efficient, on time and surprising courteous for a work crew. Did all work promised. Highly recommended.
