Curses out customers. I’d never spend one dime with this company. Hope the BBB steps in

CROOK. Stay away from this character. I called yesterday and asked price to fix my screen on my back patio. The guy said it was $1200, I said wow thats high for me as a contractor, but it is your business and your price, so it is what it is. I then asked for an estimate emailed to me. He said it cost $200 for his time to email me the price. I just needed it in writing. I said that seems high to text or email the price you just gave me. He became verbally abusive on the phone and hangs up on me. I was shocked, but I did learn not to do business with AAA Aluminum Enclosures. Nobody I know would agree to the 1200 fee unless I received an estimate exactly what work was being done. BEST ADVICE IS CALL SOMEBODY ELSE. THE WORST PART IS I WAS GOING TO PAY THE $200 FOR THE ESTIMATE, but the FOOL yelled at me and hung up.Clearly there is a reason why the majority of the customers who went there gave a 1 star rating. I tried to look passed that part. ANYHOW BE FOREWARNED DONT EVEN CALL THIS PLACE.

Derwin was quick to come to my house for a quote and was willing to work around my schedule and other projects I currently have going on. The installers were very professional and the area they were working was kept clean while they worked. We are very happy with our new patio cover and would certainly use AAA Aluminum Enclosures again.

I had a patio cover installed and it is leaking. I have been asking since October for it to be fixed and still nothing but the run around. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism. Obviously the lifetime guarantee is not worth the paper it is on.

Phenomenal response, service, and workmanship. The owner, Derwin, went above and beyond to make sure we had a screen that exceeded our expectations. I recommend this company with great enthusiasm and plan to add more screens soon.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKDerwin put in writing that he would change all door hardware and seal gutter joints along with my enclosure screen replacement. He did not change the door hardware nor seal the gutter joints. When I called him, he said he would have his guy come back the next week to finish the job but he did not come back. Derwin stopped answering my calls and would not respond to texts. I called him from a different number and WA LA he called me back... thinking he could get another Customer to cheat. He refused to set a date to finish the $6340 job that he was paid for. When I reported him to the better business bureau and posted a review... he texted me back and typed Thanks. now I will never be back kissy licking DIKE!! So he sent me a HATE text because I was trying to get him to do the work I paid him to do. Derwin proved his bigotry and this business needs to be boycotted.

My patio looks great! The workers were so professional and it was finished so quickly. Id recommend to anyone!

They were quick to take our money and put up the patio cover but if it is raining we still cant sit outside. The patio cover was not properly attached at our roof line which is 33 ft. long and when it rains water pours down at the seam line the entire length of the back of our home. We have to move all our furniture around because everything gets wet. We bought our home in Oct 2015. We had all the soffit, fascia board and roof just replaced and painted prior to this installation. We have repeatedly called Mr. Daniels to caulk or repair and he says it may take 6 wks to 6 mos for them even to come out to look at it. After trying to work with them we have contacted the better business bureau. This problem is still not resolved. We have had other patio covers installed on other homes we have owned and we have never had this problem nor have we previously made a complaint about a company. They advertise a lifetime warranty on their website but they are telling the BBB that they do not warranty leaks (this is not a simple leak this is much more). We would not recommend them to anyone else.

Dont walk away run from this contractor. I tried to give no stars but then it would not post. We spent $4500.00 on a patio cover that leaks all over. We even have water leaking into the light on the fan that we provided and his employees hung.***Derwin has gone so far as to say he would have someone come out and fix it the next day....still waiting!! Or I have a crew in your area next week, I will get in touch with you next week...still waiting!!! So again today I called because again I could not use the furniture under my patio cover because it is wet from the leaks.I have tried to remain Christian and not post anything negative about him or his company, because I would not want to affect a persons livelihood, but people need to know just what you are getting with this business owner. He is quick to give you an estimate and quick to take your money but DOES NOT BACK HIS WORK!!

This man is rude, angry and I would be afraid to have him in my premises. I am elderly and I would be afraid to even comment if his work was not up to par. I would fear for my safety. I have texts to prove his anger.

They installed an insulated foam patio cover that cost us $10,995 and it leaks all over. They came back once to fix the leaks and will not return any phone calls now. I have had two separate contractors come out and both said the patio cover has to be replaced. They did not slope the cover enough nor did they do any of the flashing correctly. Not only does the cover leak, the standing water is now getting into my house. I have to hire another company to replace the entire patio cover for another $11,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DERWIN DANIELS!!! He does not stand behind his work. BE WARNED...

They built our patio cover incorrectly about 9 months ago. The owner will not respond and fix the cover. It leaks and is on the verge of falling in. $5000 was stolen and the product was not installed correctly. Will not return phone calls.

Beware Beware to all consumers this company builds Aluminum and Screen structures that are not built to hurricane standards for this region. Uses inexperienced installers. Do not use them he has another company Gulf coast doing the same thing. Will not service his work. Always check with Parrish or county for permitting these types of structures.thats him counter the response on post.

Someone from this business texted me and told me I was a joke. All because I chose another more competitive business for a patio cover. I replied and told him thats $1300 he would never see from me. Looser!

I have been repeatedly lied to by Derwin that they would return to complete the job. They did not. You should avoid Derwin and his company.
