Mr. Joe and Arron is who I remember tho most. They spoke with me several times and was always ready to answer any questions I had. They followed up me to let me know I orders the wrong size tires which I had waited on for a few days. But as soon as the correct ones came in they had me come in. Got my truck front end rebuilt in mid-2020 and had a shop in Amite do the alignment.They messed it up but it was so late in the day, I left intending to return. Decided to steer clear of those jacklegs altogether and find another shop. Tire Town did a great job lining it up - steering wheel is now dead center and no more play in it. And they threw in a complimentary tire rotation. Nothin like getting your money’s worth. Great job, guys!

This is about tire town in Slidell on old Spanish trail. My car pulls when it didn’t before alignment. They didn’t explain anything when I picked it up weren’t very friendly and I’ve used them since 1995. They were suppose to make sure all my tires had right air in them and let me know what to keep them at for best performance etc and I Dnt even know if they checked my air but they sure charged me. And when I picked car up it looked like it had been mud riding. Whole Sri era side full of dried mud and I just had car detailed before I brought it in.

Everything went just fine my steering wheel is straight thats the first time I ever got a front end alignment and my steering wheel was centered right thank you so much bad time and and you will be seeing me again thank you

The work the guys did was great unfortunately it was Saturday morning and y’all were busy which made the wait a little longer but they did a great job on my tires 😁

I have been getting my tires for years at direct tire town in Slidell They are courtesus and have good prices I would recommend them to a friend

The tires I wanted were not in stock but there was a slightly better version available that cost an extra $5 per tire. Was pleasantly surprised at checkout when they charged me for the tires I first wanted and knocked $5 off the cost of the ones I received.

They under promised and over delivered. Treated me like a person and not a number. I’m a Sam’s Club member and they lost my business about a month back over something as simple as fulfilling my reservation and treating me like a person. Tire Town now has lime and families business.

When I arrive there there were 10 people ahead of me. I was just getting a tire checked for a slow leak. They gave the job too young man who is fixing tires. The tire was not leaking. It was a valve for the TPMS sensor. That was less 2 repair then fixing the tire.

Last week 10/14/20 brought my car in for tire rotation, oil change, blinkers were not working needed new bulb in it. As usual Mr. Joe was exceptional . Tire Town is by far the best tire store in the SLidell area. Their service is the best on Northshore. I am always treated like I am family when I go to the store. Slidell customers go on over to Tire Town yourself you will see how great they treat their customers. I am a very satisfied customer. Love my Tire Town, they are simply the best .

Fast service, needed a replacement tire and within 24 hours ( I got there a few hours before closing) they ordered tire and had it ready for mounting. They have been my choice of tires service since 2010

If you need quick service this is not your place to go. They are a very busy business and it’s quite obvious why. They do quality work and are good to their customers. Their pricing is reasonable and I would recommend them to all family and friends.

Always a good experience with Tire Town. They have a knowledgeable staff that has tons of experience. Anytime I need any alignments or tires, they are the first call I make.

Once again Tire Town found the problem with my trucks engine! It was a heater core connection that was leaking coolant! $13.75 part! I always trust their mechanics and their fair prices.

I have used their services on two different occasions. Once for tires and the other for a brake job and oil change. I can tell you, they are super fair with pricing! I feel comfortable there as a single woman to not be taken advantage of due to my lack of car mechanics knowledge. Haha! I rarely ever give 5 stars to any business. I feel happy to do so here.

We had a tire emergency. We had to get towed here and they were so kind and accommodating. Didnt try to break our bank with up-selling. We had both dogs with us and they were so kind. We dont live out here but I think wed make the trip for these awesome people. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us.

After we bought new tires the truck was shaking while driving on the interstate. When we brought the truck in to be looked at, they insisted there was nothing wrong with the tires. We went somewhere else to purchase new tires and they pointed out that our new tires from Tire Town were manufactured TEN years ago. These people are not honest and just want your money. We tell everyone about our experience and hope it saves someone else from being ripped off.

THIS IS THE BEST SHOP IN SLIDELL!!!!!! The night before Thanksgiving I showed up 6 minutes before closing thinking all I needed was a quick patch. I ended up needing a new tire that I didn’t have the money for at the time not only did they stay open past closing but they also gave me a great discount on a tire.
