I’ve been going here for about 6-7 years and this is the first shop (owner) I trust. I moved to Atlanta 3 years ago and make sure every time I visit Louisiana I take my car to Northshore. He does great work and gives honest advice as opposed to just trying to make a sale like most businesses. Finding him was a blessing.

Very informative and helpful. They always notified me of any other problems they found when fixing the first problem. They were very busy (which means they are good) and always fixed it way sooner than the projected time. Also Phillip and his wife were very friendly.

I went off previous reviews about this place and took a chance and glad I did. My car broke down on a Friday night and towed it to this place not knowing what kind of service I would be getting. Called the next morning and talked to Phillip and got a called from the lady working there just a few hours later advising what was wrong. Unfortunately it was the weekend so they could not fix or get the fuel pump until Monday but that’s understandable. By Monday afternoon my car was fixed and just in time before 2 hurricanes are supposed to hit our area. So grateful for the fast and speedy service Phillip did changing my fuel pump when I needed my car back at the most critical time. Thanks again and will definitely be bringing my car back for any future services. Great service and reasonable price!!

The mechanic was very professional and was able to get my car in the shop to look at it but when he found what was wrong with it he was to busy to fix it. He couldnt tell me if it was safe to drive on or how long it would last or when i should change it out and I had a ten hour drive to make the next morning

Since I moved back home this is the only place i take my mercedes. Have used them twice and they have been the most informed group of ppl I have had work on my mercedes. Several of my friends have used them as well!

Phillip at Northshore Foreign & Domestic Auto Center is seriously amazing. I have an extended warranty on my BMW X1 and my A/C went out. Phillip worked tirelessly with my warranty company to prove to them that the issue with my A/C was due to a very tiny hole in my condenser caused by corrosion and that they needed to cover it. Phillip even spent the extra time to do a virtual inspection with them to show my warranty company the leak and once Phillip showed them proof, they immediately approved the warranty claim. Dont take your BMW to the dealership (especially not Peake BMW as they incorrectly diagnosed my condenser as being hit by a rock even though this was proven to be not true). Take your BMW to Phillip. He is honest and does amazing work.

I must say when no one wanted to even work on my cars Phillip did. He have been working on all of my cars (3) and I never get a time when he will give me an excuse to work on them. He’s fast and efficient and very knowledgeable.

I drive from New Orleans just to come to this shop. The owner Phillip is honest and real with you about the work and cost, and has helped me and my family find ways to workout super expensive work if he’s able. Everyone is friendly, direct, and won’t BS you. The work is always good and done in a timely manner. The owner goes out of his way to make customers happy - he even got my inspection for my car when it was outdated once! Seriously. Best auto shop around. Highly recommend - even if you’re in NOLA!

I really like Phillip. He is honest and a very kind man. Every time I come he stops what he’s doing to check my car and help me determine what he problem is. I can usually get my car in and out within one day. I highly recommend Northshore Auto. I have been going to him for over 2 years. We have 2 BMWs and he does great work

Stay away from these people. Stole my money and sent me on my way. Did not even fix my problem. Receptionist was cursing the entire time. Younger mechanic came in to flirt with receptionist every 5minutes instead of working on my car. DO NOT GO HERE!

Once I found Northshore Foreign & Domestic, and met the owner Philip Wood, I knew I was in the right place. I take my vehicle here because the repairs are always done right and I can trust Philip. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I had my daughters car towed here on a Monday, Saturday it had not been moved. All she needed was a starter and it sat for 5 days. I was told if a bigger job comes in you get pushed back. So instead of taking 45 minutes to get us out of the way, we got pushed back. We towed it to a very busy Firestone and picked it up with an hour and a half.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable on all vehicles. Saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs. Youre the best!

Needed to find an open and ready repair shop as i was waiting for another to open,which they did not. Cody helped me big time. Northshore f&d was the first place that popped up on google and they answered quickly. I was in a bind, he and phil helped me diagnose my towncar issue and went out the way to give me a ride home,instead of me walking down gause in the heat. Long story short i was in and out,car was fixed quick. Very helpful and awesome place. Will be definetly coming back and referring! Thank you guys.
