Called them and set up an appointment for them to replace a window in my wife’s car. Waited 3 days until the appointment. Got a call from their tech the morning of the appointment and he told me that he doesn’t do that kind of job and he’s not sure why they assigned it to him. Called back and told them my issue and was told someone would call me back in about 10 minutes. No one called. Over an hour later I called back and was put on hold for 15 minutes until finally I was told “sorry, maybe we could do it later this week” Cancelled my appointment with them and scheduled one with Safelite. Very poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

When they showed up it took less than one half hour for them to change my windshield. They were very personable and polite. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Just called to get a quote and schedule an appointment. Im loving the price and the fact that theyll be here Thursday to replace my windshield. I will be back to leave a post service review. Ive had to replace my windshield once before already. Paid almost $400 with safelite which is almost double what I was just quoted.. New review forthcoming....

Better price than safelite. But didnt have my window in stock. Also i found that a small business option was less expensive. More friendly and courteous as well as faster service. I will always try small businesses first. From now on. First time for everything

False advertising, slidell address is a home. Not a business

Horrible Service!! I just called to ask if they could service my soft top convertible, and the guy said he couldnt because it would have to be sewn in. As I tried to explain it only needs a sealant, he laughed & hung up on me.
