Kristen work great with me on my new bike 2021 Sportsman 850 trail. Even though we had to wait on my bike to come in she kept me informed on the status and updates on when my bike would be in. She even meet my wife and I after she got off work to finish up the paperwork. So I could pick up the bike the next day after it was built. We will most definitely be doing Business with them in the future.

Was in talks to trade up. Everything was set up to my knowledge for a Friday deal. I even called them Friday morning to make sure we were still on for later that day. Oh yeah come on in. I get their I waited for about 15 minutes before any asked if I need a hand. Then I am brought to an office which I was like awesome going home with a new bike today! Just to have them tell me they sold it the day before. Then proceeded to try to sell me a bike that was twice what I wanted to spend and probably 3 times more then what I could afford. Theyll never have my money. Good luck to any of you dealing or thinking about dealing with them.

These folks have an EXCELLENT selection of motorcycles and sport vehicles. The pricing is very reasonable. The service department is top notch. Ive dealt with Lance a few times and he is very focused and professional. This is a very busy place especially in the service department. That reflects on a great reputation. The work they did for me on my motorcycle was A+ and the price for the amount of work that was done was phenomenal. The mechanic named Charlie that worked on my bike was very knowledgeable, HONEST and patient. Lance and Charlie are excellent employees and a DEFINITE asset to their team. Some minor issues and the sales manager had me bring it back for repairs, on them! Her reply is they now tell her they couldnt fix bike as parts were no longer available....its a rigid 2007 with a 100 Revtech, And a BDL open primary 6 speed. Whats not available?????Buyer be ware at this place 🤬Update 2/27/2021Although skeptical, I returned motorcycle on Saturday and took their word they would cut a refund check on Tuesday.Check arrived Thursday and had a hold due to some banking regulations. Best place by far to get an ATV, UTV, or motorcycle. The parts staff are excellent too. SO much better treatment than that place near Gulfport that always treated us like idiots and overcharged us for parts.

If you do decide to waste your time here, call ahead. NOTHING on the website is accurate. New inventory, used inventory, pricing, nothing. Burned a day driving all the way over there, only to be told oh its so hard to keep the website up to date. The unit I want was supposedly in stock and I came to write a check, though the person I spoke with said dude we havent seen one of those since August. So in the span of 8 months you cant be bothered to change a flag on a web page? How often, if at all, do you take inventory?? 2 stars because the people were actually quite friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what little they did have in stock. They also answered all of my accessory questions (good pricing on tires and rims from the units I did see in stock) and didnt try to push me into buying anything. I imagine with even the slightest amount of effort on their part theyd be a pretty decent place to do business, but try elsewhere first.

Brought our sxs to get differential seal replaced. They ended up breaking portal bracket which led to rear shock and axle breaking.This happed 3x while it was in their shop! Bike was there for almost a month. When my husband picked it up it wouldnt start so they wheeled it in. Hes been charging it for almost 2 days. Still wont start.

Friendly Powersports goes above and beyond for their customers. We live in Tupelo, Ms and purchased our 2020 Honda Rubicon from this location in June, unfortunately our 4WD went out last weekend, but friendly powersports was just a phone call away. Our sales rep Mike goes above and beyond and so did the service team. My husband drove 5 hours to this dealership today and they were able to fix our 4WD within an hour! Bought a 2020 Sportsman 450 for work use. First day I had it the check engine light came on. Brad the sales manager made sure I got taken care of.From browsing to financing to pickup was easy and smooth. Tim my salesman listened when I told him what I wanted and helped me pick out something that was in my price range and durable enough for what I wanted.

They tried to be friendly but sometimes too many jokes could be simply misconstrued as being rude!I had my scooter serviced there and all fluid change costed me $142. This is 42% higher than Michigan.Too expensive for me, but you are the judge.Part 2: I appreciate your reply and kind words. However, instead of paying for my future repairs, I strongly recommend to use it to improve your customer satisfaction at your service department. (having said that, you do not need to make everyone happy.)1) When I came to your shop, I asked for a rough estimate on my bike and the answer was All the money in your pocket. It was really a nice joke for the first time, but it was repeated too many times to the point that others at registerer were not laughing anymore! I simply put the estimates here so others dont go through that process.2) Now, the second estimate I received including the changes of the valves was $420-450 for labor cost only. In Florida, they gave me an estimate of $350 for labor part. I did not do that there, as the millage was low at that point. Again you charge 20% higher.3) How would you feel to buy a house 20% higher than the market price? You feel that you did not get a good deal. That was my experience. ;-)

I made plans to get my front tire changed. I called ahead like a responsible consumer and found out all the info I needed to get things done. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, along with an above average politeness to them. Upon my arrival, they continued to impress with an orderly and polite atmosphere. They did my tire change in a timely manner and went above and beyond in cleaning my motorcycle afterwards. Which Ive never had a place do that for me. Id recommend this place over any other in the area just from what I saw here. Nothing against any other place, I just found what I was looking for on the first try. Did an application for this location for a bike 1 day prior. The next day I get a call that the bike was not available someone just put a downpayment to take it. No problem. Yet the rep knew this information and still ran my credit and asked me to provide additional information to move forward. Why didnt a rep call me first to advise me of the situation and then asked me I wanted to proceed forward with another bike before running my credit. Not happy with the outcome

I was not certain which model would fit my needs and the staff really helped me think through my decision. I purchased a Kawasaki Mule and I am thrilled with my purchase.Getting financing for my purchase was also a very smooth transaction.Not only can I tow things, but it was a big hit at Christmas giving the little ones rides up and down our .25 mile driveway.I have been surprised at how many jobs my Mule is useful: moving cattle fencing, moving tree branched and debris, bringing pool supplies to the back yard are some of the reasons I love my Mule.I would definitely purchase a vehicle from this dealership in the future.

Bought a 2019 Polaris Ranger 570. Shopped around for a 500 or 570 and no one could beat the price that Friendly was offering. I actually stumbled into the deal while searching for used bikes on LA Sportsman. Somehow I got Brads (sales manager) number from an ad. He text me back right away of the prices they were offering until the end of the month. I stopped by a few days later, after Brad had text me a few times to come check out their inventory. Billy met me in front of the store and showed me what they had in stock, then we sat down with Steve (finance manager) to work out a total price. Went home and shopped around a little more. The next day both Billy and Steve called me to see where I stood on making a purchase. Neither was pushy, but they both were making an attempt to make a sale. To me, this is good salesmanship - you have a promotion ending in a few days, you have a potential buyer, you lean on him - not push him, you give him a deal that is hard to pass up. SOLD! Went to pick up the Polaris and sign paperwork - in and out in less than an hour. Brad, Steve, and Billy Glaub were all great to deal with. I recommend giving them a shot if your are in the market for a new piece of equipment

I bout a 2012 XX-10r used and broke down pretty much every time I turn off the motorcycle. It has a charging issue. I don’t recommend you buying anything used here because when you buy something and they claimed they not going to put you on the road with junk and do it anyway.

Got to give credit where credit is due. The guys at Friendly came through when I needed it most. I had a big ride planned for this past weekend and earlier in the week I broke something on my bike. I called them up and explained the situation and was told to bring it in as soon as possible that they would get me up and running. I brought the bike in around 10 AM and picked it back up that afternoon. Had it not been for them I would not have been able to go to the weekend event. Go see Bobby in the service department for any and all of your ATV needs. Great guy and a great company.

Just purchased a Polaris 570 Ranger. The salesmen, Billy, was very helpful and informative. Brad, the sales manager, gave me a great deal and was also very helpful. And last but not least, Steven, Finance Manager was great. After all said and done, I left there with a new Ranger, a 5 year warranty and a smile from ear to ear. Big new location, but not very easy to find. lots of inventory, but the poorest service or salespeople I have ever met. Not worth the time going unless youre only into ATVs and willing to wait around to be serviced..Save your time and drive up to Cycle Shack in Picayune. Youll get better service, more inventory, and a heck of a lot more friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Skinny 19yr old looking salesman with attitude was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I’ve bought over 6 vehicles in my life and never met a “salesman” like this. Arrogant and know-it-all is just the tip of the iceberg. It’s actually a shame because the previous visit to the dealership was a great experience. This place isn’t bad, and I had good “friendly” conversations with salesman around him just his overall disorganized demeanor and “too cool for school attitude” was a complete let down. Friendly Powersports of Slidell cut your dead weight and live up to your title!

Sad to say that I am going to have my bike serviced elsewhere. I live 50 miles away from Friendly. I purchased my bike from them. My bike has 19,000 plus miles on it. They have serviced it since day one. This last service visit was a major one. I called the shop and let them know that the bike is missing screws and have stripped screw heads. I was told that they will mail them out to me... weeks later, still waiting. I found a crack in my front plastic also. I do not know why my windscreen would have to have been removed or maybe someone pushed on it not realizing.

I had to put an order for parts through here for a Polaris 4x4 and it was one of the quickest turn arounds with great service from their parts department. The woman there Desi didnt get mad when I Id to change the order 3 times either. She just understood that the order needed changed and wanted to help in any way she could. Good spot with what seem like good people who work hard.

A big shout out to Kristy who helped me but one suggestion...Be upfront with fees, customers dont like surprises. Especially when driving for 6 hours and paying over half in cash. Be upfront with Finance numbers too. Show how you got to the monthly note and what amount you are financing along with all charges showing, dont just show the monthly payment. Be honest, you already have the best prices and inventory, just be truthful, especially when asked. I will buy here again because they have all the competition for hundreds of miles beat. Although the fees were a little over $300 bucks, I wish I would have known about them up front. Beat local dealers by around $400 bucks.

On May 26th of 2012 my Honda 750ACE crapped out on the way out of town. I took it to the nearest shop which was Friendly Powersports in Slidell.Unfortunately, the repairs were more than I wanted to deal with, I began looking at the bikes they had on the floor.Now mind you this was during their management takeover and personnel change out. Mark and his staff went above and beyond the realm of a dealership to help me get on a new 2012 Yamaha V-Star 950.The price was unbeatable, the service was impeccable and the people were so very helpful.The guys in the service department, Sin in particular, took off all the small things that were on my ACE that had special meaning to me and me alone.Mark went so far out of his way to help me get my new bike.Its been a year and 32 days and I still have no regrets from purchasing my V-Star from Friendly Powersports. If I have any issues I can call them and they will do everything they can to help me out and answer my questions.Every time we are in the neighborhood we stop in and say hello. The remodel of the store is amazing. We were shocked to see the difference when we had gone back to visit. And each time we stop by to visit Mark and the entire staff greet us with huge hellos and make our visit very pleasurable and lots of fun.Keep up the awesome work everyone. I refer everyone that mentions they are looking at purchasing a motorcycle to head over to Slidell and work with some truly amazing professionals.

Would not recommend them at all due to there service department. Sales are fine, but do not over pay for their flat rate services to your vehicle. The female service writer at the front desk is very argumentative and rude. After telling me they do not flat rate she went on to say we charge two hours for electrical diagnosis not matter what. (That is flat rating) Techs seam to be young and uneducated on how to properly diagnosis as well. Very bad experiences with them on three separate occasions. Have a extended warranty that they sold me when I bought my unit. Warranty is absolutely garbage. Cost 800 dollars and hasnt covered anything that I have had concerns with. If you go hear, I can promise you that the words you will hear (even if your bike is under warranty) is that whatever the issue is is due to a wearable item. Cycle shack of picayune will be getting my business from now on.

Absolute pleasure to buy from. they treat you like you are the only customer they have. ordered my bike on Friday, took delivery on Tuesday. they went the extra mile to make sure i was happy with my purchase. my salesman (nick) even called me a few days later to check on me. not only do they care about you as a customer, they have the lowest prices around. i shopped price at a few places, but next time i am looking, i will go there first.

Brought in my foreman 4wheeler for service over two weeks ago ànd was told after checking back with the service manager a week later that they hadnt even looked at it yet!, Called on Tuesday this week and was put on hold and nobody ever answered, today I finally got through to the service department, and was told I needed a new fuel line, rebuild carb, fuel filter, and spark plug seems excessive, due to fact that the bike ran great, just had trouble starting one time so I figured it had to be something minor!!. Nobody called me to tell me about my diagnosis I had to call them to find out what was going on with the bike. I hope the repair doesnt take as long as the diagnostic time!!

I brought two Kawasaki 310 supercharger jet skis into Friendly Sports in Slidell at the end of last summer to get their first service work. When I went to use them in the beginning of this summer they smoked and turned them off immediately to check the problem. Both of them were bone dry with not a drop of oil in them. When I brought them back to them in the beginning of May they said they were leaking oil and burned the motors up. I told them that they never once smoked or even had one single sensor go off ever before I brought them to them to get serviced. They then told me they got Kawasaki to replace both motors and that this was a common thing with these jet skis. I called a couple of places and asked if this was true and was told that it was a lie because there would be all kinds of bulletins sent out if it was true. Now they say the new engines are leaking and they lost their machinists that works on these skis. They have had my two jet skis for over three months and all I ever get is the manager will call back. Im going to talk to my attorney and tell him to file suit against them on Friday if I dont have my jet skis. I brought two brand new jet skis to them with no problems whatsoever and here it is almost four months later still getting the run around. My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with these people is run dont walk but run far far away from them.Denis JoachimCovington, La

Love this place, good people and not pushy

I came to friendly on a whim, I have been wanting a bike for a while so i decided to see what was out there, My sales person was nick, he asked me what i was looking for and showed me some options, we had originally decided on a Vulcan 900, but the finance company was playing hard ball, so nick came up with some out of the box options, to get me that bike, but i went with a v-star 950 instead, Nick worked really hard and got me some great financing, and set me up with an insurance agent while i was there. I walked out with a brand new v-star fully insured and totally satisfied.My only complaint and its a small one is i walked around for about 15 to 20 minutes before anybody said anything to me, now i know no one likes a pushy sales staff, but i would suggest being a little more mindful of customers, except nick he was with me as soon as he walked on the sales floor.

Awesome place, awesome staff. Found them online while searching for a new polaris ranger. They had the best prices and that didnt change when I got there in person. Price was the same that we agreed on with email communication. Arrived after a lengthy drive, because my local dealerships were over priced and would not deal to try and reach friendly powersports advertised price, and I quickly found it was worth the drive.
