Merissa does such a great job! My family has been going to her for over a year now. Shes great with my son and I always leave feeling very satisfied with how she has colored my hair. All of her products are natural and organic and if you are lucky, you may get a neck message with essential oils while your color sets! She is passionate about her job and her clients! Definitely something I look for in someone who I trust to do my hair as well as my childrens!

Very poor service. No one answers the phone. I left 2 messages on the online customer service number, send a message through their contact us page and attempted to leave a message on Merisas phone. However, her mailbox was full! Ive been rying to get an order status, which I should have received by now. Tracking shows that it hasnt even shipped yet. Supposedly still processing.I dont understand how anyone can run a business like this. Buyer beware...

Merissa does a wonderful job on my hair & takes her time when doing it. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Her salon is very welcoming & cozy. The products she uses are natural which are very healthy for my hair as I have very thick and course hair. I highly suggest Merissa to anybody who needs some special TLC on their hair! She definitely had the knack for making me very pleased!

Super disappointed. I am visiting family and doing my hair in the Midwest is cheaper than NY. I was made to believe she would be securing an appointment for me and had chosen not to seek other hair stylists out. I can’t speak for her work, but I can speak for her communication and that alone makes me give her a 1 Star. I had reached out to her three weeks prior to when she was suppose to do my hair and then she just stopped answering my texts after she said she’d text me the quote. If she was incapable of dying my hair then she should have simply said so because I would have looked into other salons, but by the time I realized she’d ghosted on me it was too late to find another salon.

Merissa is amazing! She makes you feel like she has all the time in the world and does a phenomenal job giving you the exact look youre wanting! She truly cares about her clients and is one of the most genuine people youll ever meet!

Merissa is an amazing color artist! I have been going to her for years. Her attention to detail is amazing. She always goes above and beyond what she needs to. Couldnt be happier with my hair!

Absolutely LOVE getting my hair done here! Its a bonus that they strive on all of their products being organic too!
