We are very pleased with the results of the new carpet. It looks great and the guys who installed it were true professionals. The carpet had a pattern and they made sure that everything was square and aligned. We also had the stairs done and everything matches perfectly. Would definitely recommend Knova’s Carpets

We worked with Stuart at Knovas, he clearly understands customer service. He not only helped us understand the differences in the different types and brands he was patient while we made our decision. When it came to the installation the installers showed up timely and left everything looking great and professional, couldnt have been better. Appreciated that the guys who can to our house to measure, install, and clean up came on schedule. You carpeted 3 bedrooms, so happy with the new look. Only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is because the person who was installing the carpet, was over a half hour late and resulted in both of us calling about it. Kind of represents bad customer service to me.
