Overall not bad. Good variety of merchandise, decent pricing, and polite staff. It would be nice if they kept up with keeping the shopping carts stocked inside the store, so customers werent having to walk around the parking lot to find one.

This Walmart always seems extremely busy no matter what time I go at. Store was fairly well organized and clean for an older Walmart. I was also glad to see that they have converted some of the lanes they never used into more self checkouts. I dont know why more stores dont do this.

The link to to check in wasnt working for pick up orders. So park and called the number,had to leave a message, after 10 min Allen again same thing. After 30 minutes I caught an employee bring out groceries and told them, she said someone must be on the phone!! But she did bring out my order....after 10 minutes or so.

Typical Walmart chain store. Employees uninterested in customer service, I believe they are there just for their paychecks. This is always the case when I visit any Walmart. So I believe that this type of service is condoned from the top of management down to the employees. I wish Kmart was still in business wish we had a choice. But Walmart like so many corporations have managed to monopolize.

I got the turkey avocado BLT sandwich... Very fresh, tasty and nutritious. My only issue with the bread was its crust was hard to bite through. Theres a good variety of healthful drinks, side items, and desserts to choose from. Delivery is available. Nice quiet place to meet for lunch or after work.

I used to use the online order and pick up service and was very satisfied. Then the quality of service started going down. I would receive a substitution for an item I ordered only to go into the store and find it on the shelf. Currently, the shelves can be empty while pallets of products sit in the middle of the aisles waiting to be put on the shelves. Walmart is notorious for having many check-out lanes, however; most of them are closed in favor of self check-out. I dont mind that for quick trips, but when I have a cart full of products, I would like to have someone who is getting paid to check-out without having to wait in line 30 mins!

I did a online grocery pick up order. Things Dorman Walmart would have substituted this Walmart didnt. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Trying to find totes to help organize the garage. Looked at the online inventory, only to find broken totes in the shelf when I arrived. The prior visit I ran in to get a couple of fresh avocados and cucumbers. The avocados were all mushy and the dozen remaining cucumbers were dried and shriveled. This particular store needs attention.

Actually meet up with a friend just to hang. Always end up buying something though. 😂

Store is dirty and poorly stocked. Random items displaced on shelves and prices not posted for several things that I looked at. Of the several stores in this area, this one is the worst.

Walmatr is a great place to shop...can get so many things that you need or want...prices are good...all personnel seem friendly and are knowledgeable about what theyre doing...plus the distance is close

Undoubtably Walmart does not care about their disabled customers. This particular Walmart has two mobility scooters that work so they’re disabled customers are left to fend for themselves. Shame on you Walmart. Not everybody can afford to go out and buy a mobility scooter. You’re handicapped and disabled customers need to be able to access the store just as well as everyone else. I will never shop this Walmart again. And I will write posts good and bad for every Walmart I visit from now on. I’m good enough to spend my money in your store, but I just have to figure out how I’m going to do it. This is pathetic

Just visited vision center, but good service not busy.

Just went in for 2 tires, was told that Ithey couldnt get mounted because the ignition key was sticking, keep in mind the car was driveable and engine cuts off they just couldnt get key out of the ignition. It seems to me theyre lazy people that dont want to do their job.

In and out went to get some tires for my truck. Not crowded at all in automotive department.

Got their STUFF TOGETHER IN GROCERY PICK-UP. I live within 1-2 miles distance to 3 WalMart stores with one being a Market Store. Store 2265 on Grandview Drive has been the most pleasant and accurate with online order grocery pick-up. I only shop the grocery side when placing online pick-up orders, therefore the GM side of the store hasnt nothing to contribute to my decision of 5 stars. But I will say I havent had a negative experience when shopping General Merchandise either. Grocery associates ROCK!!!! Ive never had a big issue at this store. Anytime I ask for help finding something employees have always been willing to help. I do not like going through u scan registers. They need more lines with cashiers.

The managers here are so helpful and kind. I have seen them desk with difficult customers and employees with patience and grace. I, also, want to comment on a customer service worker that I cant remember her name. She has put up with a lot of angry people while I was in line, but she is so patient with them and kind to the next customer.

I had ordered a tv online with the roku paid for it. When I went to pick it up they were going to give me a whole smaller tv. I dont order anything no more.

There are never enough cashiers and I dont care what I go for they will always be out of stock on a portion of my list. Most of the employees are just showing up to get paid at best the rest are rude. The few that try to help never last very long because Walmart isnt very supportive as an employer. I am all for shopping on line but with shipping being delayed more and more each day sometimes you need to go into a store. If you need to go into the store you expect the store to have what you need or at least be helpful when you ask questions. I do not agree with a lot of what target has going on right now but I can at least get in and out of target with minimal stress. Other than that if I need it off line I will use Amazon.

Store has many great employees and some pretty rude ones. Usually pretty clean and well stocked. Not as bad as it was a year or two ago, but still not my favorite store.

They need to have more than 2 checkout lines. I HATE the self check out. 1. Why am I going to pay a store yo bag my own groceries and 2. Why that one cashier always be the meanest and have a bad attitude. Im just saying. I mostly like and use the Neighborhood Walmarts. But even with that the cashiers are not very friendly.

This location is pretty good. Nothing ranks particularly special.... customer service, etc. However, so glad that they have sturdy plastic bags now. The bags had been exchanged for some budget friendly replacements...👎🏼 couldnt put but 2 or 3 items in bags without them splitting.

I love Walmart. My biggest complaint is they NEVER have enough registers open!!! The self serve is always crowded, and you have to stand in line forever. The ice cream I bought was melted when I got home!!I also wish they had more Gluten Free items!

This Walmart is decent as far as a supercenter. Prices are usually mislabeled and items are usually in the wrong place. Its far more often here that youll find shelves not organized than the one right down the road.

I guess it benefits being close to the distribution center. Much better stocked with the things I needed while moving than Simpsonville store

My husband placed a grocery pick up order yesterday 4/28/21 for a pick up on 4/29/21 between 11am and 12 noon. Today we are waiting for an email or text telling us our order is available for pick up along with our substitution email and we received nothing by 12 noon. Not even an email telling us our order has been delayed. So at 12 I proceed to try and contact our local store to inquire about our order only for the automated phone system to hang up on me when I tried to connect to the pick up department 3 separate times. I then proceeded to do a chat conversation only to be told that Ive reached the incorrect chat department and I was given a link to the correct chat department along with a phone number to them. The link was a dead link and wouldnt connect. So then I call. And proceeded to hold for 15 minutes to reach a human. When they come on the line they have no record of the order number the automated system made me put in at the start of the call. So I explained to her the situation and am placed on hold again for 10 minutes. She comes back on the line and has no reason why we werent contacted but our grocery order is ready and waiting. This is unacceptable. It shouldnt be this hard to reach our local store or a human. I would also like an explanation as to why we never were contacted about the order being ready to begin with at the times we selected. This is VERY POOR SERVICE.

We found everything fine and was waited on real good. When we got to the register the person had a good attitude and checked us out really nice. When we got to our car one of the guys that comes out and get buggys came over and put our things in the car and took the buggy back in to store. We really thank them!!

Went in for some groceries and other things I needed that I couldnt get at the Market (or so I thought). They had no bird seed, no wiper fluid, no blue Dawn, no cucumbers, no bell peppers.Not a bad selection. Nothing. Shelves have been empty for months all over the store.Then there was the grocery side.Absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere. Again, limited selection. Open boxes. Unopened pallets everywhere so you couldnt get through. No associates anywhere.I hate Walmart. This was a super disgusting experience that was a waste of my time. Shouldve just sucked up the price difference and gone to Target.

Had a tire blow out on vacation. Repairs and new tires done quickly and reasonable prices.

Wasnt stocked with goods as before the epedemic. Was very surprised at the lack of items on the shelves. Staff wasnt as helpful as usual. Wasnt very many staff members there to help you. Store wasnt as clean. Not a dash in and get out. The so called helpful scan yourself be prepared for a long wait. I believe and have others who Agree bring back your courteous staff who scan the items for you! With a Welcome To WALMART!

Used curbside pickup for a small order. Finally available again at the last 2 Walmarts Ive visited without going into store and using kiosk as had been my experience for about the past year. After notification that my order was ready for pick-up, I used the mobile app to notify Walmart that I was on my way. The store was alerted. When I pulled into the parking lot, I followed signs to Pickup, pulled into a numbered spot. I used the mobile app to notify the store that I was there, the style and color of my car, and which numbered spot I was parked. Then I received a reply within the mobile app that my order would be delivered to me shortly. Within minutes, a cheerful employee approached my car, confirmed my order details, and placed my order in my truck as directed. So much more convenient than having to park, get out, go into the store, scan code into kiosk, and wait and wait and wait for either the kiosk to deliver my order or an employee to bring my order to me. Big thumbs up for this improvement 👍

Ugh!! I hate coming here. I avoid it for the most part but every single time someone is rude. Today waited 22 mins at bakery. 12 employees walked by without helping or asking if we needed help. Asked two chatting staff at entrance who told me to go find someone else. Called the store. It rang for 10 mins then they hung up. Never answered. Finally had to get manager to get someone over to bakery. All that to find out their machine is broken and they can’t make printed cakes. Ps you told me the same thing last year when I tried to order the Dragons cake last year. The only place that has my kids fav and two years in a row it’s “broken”. Either spring for a fix or hire someone to decorate. I guess as least this trip no employee put hands on my child like last time. The absolute worst!

Its Walmart. Everyone has a different experience.

Curbside pickup is slow and they arent careful or smart how they load the groceries. They loaded my large Birthday cake upside-down and it was ruined. Another time I opened the hatchback and a glass sauce jar rolled out and broke. And sometimes they dont bag some items that should be bagged, milk, meat leaking on my car ect. I would give one star but they refunded my money on them. Ill be switching to target.

Although I checked when I left my home in Anderson to pick up an online order I still waited about 15 minutes for my package to be delivered to my car. And I couldnt pick it up inside the store while I was inside. Still had to go back out to my car and sit and wait. Do better.

While prices are lower than completion, this store is old and neglected. Walmart and/or management on occasion slap a coat of paint on the store, however Sam Waltons pride and joy it is not.

They had everything on my list and the store was neat and organized. My cashier was also helpful and friendly.

I hate this store..everytime I go its always a problem u NEVER can get help and when u do they dont know what or where anything is.Its always dirty the people are rude and NOW they dont except cash at the self check out.so u got to wait in the only 2 lines that are open out of the 15 they got..and when u ask to speak to a manager they say we dont have a manger right now..like for real Wal-Mart is one of the busiest stores and they always hiring so WHY is it a problem to find help and have more then 2 cashiers?..

Though, its not my favorite place to go, you cant beat the prices. I usually go every two weeks to stock up on things. However, its hit or miss whether the item youre looking for will be in stock...a consistent annoyance for me!

This walmart is meh. For groceries I hit up thr neighborhood market in Simpsonville off Hwy 14. For any other regular stuff, I suggest going to woodruff road even though its crazy busy. Just havent had great experiences at this store and compared to Wal-Marts generally low bar in customer service, this one is under par.

Walmart is very nice to shop at when you need beauty items, house hold goods & food. But it is becoming more & more expensive to shop there. $100 in groceries is not much food at all.

Place looks like an oversized dollar store. Some dollar stores are cleaner than this store. Couldnt find anything, because the shelves were strung and strode. Nothing in the right place.

This visit was not pleasant the cashier was so rude my mom she coughed in her masked the cashier said stop step back and turn her head if shes so scared she dont need to be working in the public. My mom has C.O.P.D . she cant ever find a electric buggy so its about time to find another store like food Lion the people are so nice and you can always find a buggy if not they will help you.

Walmart has everything, as we know, but their garden center is underrated. Plenty of options for indoor and outdoor plants...at the usual low prices. Only suggestion is to put a few carts down in that area...so shoppers dont have to walk over to the main entrance to get one.
