An employee named DeAcia helped out setting up the target circle so I could save some $. I love target! There prices are high but I still shop in there. I’ll be back again!

Target has essentials for home, personal and family. The stores cleanliness and organization makes it a great place to shop.

Target Drive-Up is something we use 1 to 2 times a week! This store is very efficient and the staff have been wonderful. My kids love asking the associates their name as they load the car. Plus, our favorite grocery items are usually in stock. Also- big shout out to the Target App. It makes my life much less complicated.

The place is pretty large. I think their prices are store wide high. I am surprise (pleasantly)of their grocery, meats and frozen food selections. Wish their prices were lower.The store was somewhat crowded when we were their and very few people wearing masks, including employees.

The employees here are always so friendly and also offer to help me when I am shopping. I would rather shop here than any other location as the staff makes all the difference.

In-store pickup is not customer friendly. There wasnt any kind of signage to indicate where to pick up my item.When asked, an employee just pointed and said, Up there.After more searching and walking the store, I finally found the counter. At the checkout where returns are made. Need to do better, Target.

They had what I needed and the price was reasonable, other stores were out of the button batteries but Target had them in stock. There store is always clean and organized and easy to find items that you need.

Not as single cashier was working last night. Had to use the self checkout, which is a problem for me for two reasons. 1. I don’t work for target 2. I want to see more Americans employed with an income. It’s such a simple thing, I know, but a complete deal breaker for me. I’ll check the registers before I shop next time.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to thank a girl named Lindsey. Even though the store was very busy today, she took the time to help me find what I was looking for, and she even recommended a few products to try. She was very positive and friendly, and she made me feel special instead of just another customer.

Location is convenient. Items that I wanted were actually in stock and without having to sift and sort thru totally unrelated stuff like many other websites. Pickup was perfect as always at my location here in Simpsonville

Customer service was great, didnt have a long wait time at all and everything was correct

I simply select the products I want to purchase and pick them up. Saves me having to run around a crowded store, which I used to enjoy but not so much now. The service was fast and efficient.

The self check out line went all the way down the front of the store, meanwhile 11 out of the 12 normal registers remained closed. Management needs to go to class on customer service, sad, this Target makes Walmart look good.

There was an associate at this Simpsonville Target who saved me from a scam that would have cost me $800. I hope this person is rewarded by Target appropriately for excellent 5-star customer service!

Horrible! Employees are rude, and they block the aisles. The lines are always too long. Target expects everyone to ring up their own groceries.

The cashiers the front desk people were very ruled if it doest get any better my daughter and i will be shopping some where else the prices are higher than most there were others complaining in there to.there is nice ways to tell people what you want them to do without being ruled

Dont come in after 8:20 pm. Long lines and only u scan. They shut all the regular registers down. I want to shop at Target not work at Target. I considered just leaving my cart and going elsewhere.

Even though it was black Friday I was able to get the things I was shopping for and still get checked out within an hour 1/2. I love Target, it is easy to get around the isles are nice and big. The parking lot was full but we were able to find a space that was close to the store. I had a sore foot and it was close enough for me to walk.

Target is very clean and the employees are usually very courteous. I count on being able to run in and get what I want and check out without any problems. It’s my go to store.

Every single time I walk into this location, Im welcomed into a clean & happy environment! I never shopped Target growing up but now this is the only place I go for every day purchases! Id like to personally thank Amy for my exchange on my sons electric scooter, with no second guess or hassle. The staff is so kind and the pricing on clothes is incredibly fair. I love Target and will always bring my hard-earned money to this establishment!

The individual on the phone sounded polite. I was placed on hold 3 times before being assisted by someone not in the department that I was transferred too. This individual wanted me to click on something else to help him find the product. I told him that I was already on my way to his store to verify and purchase the item if the store had it in stock as opposed to them checking before making a possibly wasted trip. Luckily the item was in stock and I made the purchase. Politeness is nice Superior Customer Service is better.

Ordered an item on line and had item brought to car. Very quick and polite service. Made the entire transaction very convenient.

Compared to other stores Target is always clean and organized. The staff are always friendly, and there are always lines open to check out. When you go to other competition checking out takes forever, and you can never find help.

While I was checking out yesterday, I was told by the cashier as well as the manager that I could not use a merchandise card that was on my phone. My wife and I returned a lot of gifts from our baby shower and was given a merchandise card. After the birth of our son in May, I started using the card to buy formula, diapers, wipes, etc. The first time I went to use the merchandise card I remembered my wife had it in her wallet, So she texted me a picture of it and I was able to use it in the self-checkout. A couple of days later I used the same text picture to check out with a cashier. Since the birth of my son Ive used this card through my phone 6 times. So when the cashier yesterday refused to allow me to use it and then escalated it to a manager who also refused, I became very upset and frustrated. After I explained everything Ive just written above, the manager told the cashier to type the card numbers in manually then walked away as though he was done hearing of this situation. After she typed the card numbers in, the payment processed and a receipt printed out. I cannot begin to tell you how infuriating that was. Both your cashier and manager refused to scan my phone for payment, however they would manually enter the numbers instead? This entire process took over 10 minutes and was not only frustrating but very embarrassing for me. If it werent for all the gift cards and merchandise my wife and I received through our target registry, we would definitely begin shopping somewhere else.

I was very impressed by the cleaning I saw -carts, checkouts,& other shelve areas.

I just wanted to take the time out of my day to thank The employee Jade who assisted me today. I had a pick up at woodruff and Simpsonville location and here at simpsonville she showed me how to correctly do it on the app for curbside pick up in the future. I did it online but she still assisted me and brought my items to my car. It was raining and my children were asleep and as a mom I am beyond grateful for her customer service! Unfortunately woodruff rd was not so kind and made me get out and go inside with my kiddos to the guest services. Thank you Jade you helped me more than you know! I wish more were kind and generous!

Purchased 2 patio chairs, and the front offered me 0 help to get them to my vehicle today. tilted them up in a buggy and sent me on my way. makes no sense when employees where at the front just standing around. very rude, and i will take my business elsewhere next time.

Consistently have positive experiences here. Great location and well kept. Only qualm is seems a little absent of staff if you have a question, but staff are helpful when asked. Almost perfect.

Ive never had a bad experience with Target. They always have items I need in stock, their store is super clean, and well organized... Unlike a few of their major competitors. ;-) Ive never met a rude or monotone employee at Target. The people Ive met are friendly and upbeat.

Had a great time here at Target I was here for three and a half hours. Didnt spend too much time inside the store because I was changing lights in the parking lot when I finished with my paperwork and got a signature I found something that was unique a couple of little cards on the ground outside the front doors. These cards had individual words on them the words on the card that I was looking at was one said[ it ]the other one said [ get ].Using my Sharpie I changed him a little bit tape them together and put them in my back window of my van.

The employees make me feel welcome and the store is pretty clean. Finding what you need is easy. Finding what you didnt need but bought was easy too. :)

Ive rated this particular target at five stars as compared to what I expect from a target. I feel this location keeps to the standards that other targets set. There was nothing that set this location apart from other targets in my opinion. It was clean, well stocked, had a Starbucks, nice staff, and well kept parking lot.

Can find anything your looking for, great prices, I love to just look around each department just to see whats new. You can can find some of the most unique items. Love my Target 🎯

So Im not trying to be a douche but I literally stood at Starbucks for a good 10 minutes and there was no one working. No one seemed to know anything about it and there was nothing indicating the shop was closed or anything. It was 10/19 and I wanted to use my happy hour coupon Starbucks had emailed to me. I ended up calling the Target it is in and they finally got back with me and said they had a call out. So I guess that just means they close in the middle of the day without any indication? I just want my free drink. Thats really it. Just that sweet sweet sip of my latte.

This target, just like all other targets is where I like to shop for most have items as well as things for the family. Its a great place to browse & prices are reasonable!

I had to make an emergency trip from Pa to SC this week due to a family emergency. My cell phone died on the way down. I stopped in Target intending to buy a new phone. Maximilian their cell phone tech knew exactly what was wrong. Motorola had sold me a phone with the wrong amp charger which caused the phone to overheat and die. He sold me the correct charger and saved me the cost of a new phone. I am forever grateful for his knowledgeable and kind service. He put my mind at ease during a stressful time. I cant thank him enough.

This is my favorite place to go study and get coffee and the people at target are amazing and so nice

Love shopping at Target. The store is so much cleaner and neater than Walmart. I would rather pay a little more (though Target is cheaper than Walmart on some items) for a much nicer shopping experience. The only problem with shopping at Target is I always end up buying more than I planned because I find things I cant resist.

If you have ever been to Target then you know what you are getting. Nothing special either way here. If you have not been, then you can expect a standard super store with a wide variety of products. It is a little pricier then say Walmart, although I am not sure why. Either way a perfectly serviceable place to shop.

Great store and location. You can get to it from Harrison Bridge and avoid the Fairview road traffic. It can be a little difficult at times to get out of the parking lot but exiting on Harrison Bridge road again is the easier.. Either way its better than Woodruff road!

This target location is inconsistent at best. Sometimes they are great with guest service and speedy checkouts while other times they seem to careless. Many times on Saturdays they do not have enough cashiers working.

First time using the pick up service and it was super fast and easy. I’m ready to use it again!

The best and most friendly place to shop!! Dee & Adam in electronics are super helpful, nice, amazing and treat you like your #1! Whitney the store manager is top notch!! I would love to work for someone as awesome as her! She came up, shook my hand, thanked me for shopping there and within seconds i felt like we were best friends! Thats how personal and caring she was! Most managers will speak to you ONLY if you go to them, BUT Whitney came up to me while I was shopping and really showed me what a store manager should be like! I was looking for something in particular and before I could walk up to any associate to ask for help, they came to me and asked if they could help me! We all know how aggravating it is to have to try and track down someone for help, but at this store, they truly go above and beyond! All I can say is WOW what an awesome job you guys are doing at the Simpsonville, SC store!

Cheryl in the customer service lane is the best! I lost a receipt needed for an expense report, and went back to the store to see if they can reprint it. Cheryl took my information and told me she needed time to get it because it was so long ago. A couple of days later I got a call from Cheryl letting me know she had it. She even recognized me when I came in to pick it up. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it is convenient to my home. Target does a good job of offering a wider selection of products.

This is addressed to people who cook. I use a lot of canned tomato products when I cook. Targets store brand, Market Pantry, has the best quality of canned crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and petite diced tomatoes. A 28 ounce can is less than 80 cents.

I enjoy going to this target. Usually clean and organized. I never have a problem with items being out of stock.

We called this store to find out if they carried almond paste for a recipe I was making. We werent going to drive across town if they didnt have it, so when they said they had 5 in stock, we drove there. Turns out all five expired on September 5, 2016. Today is January 14, 2017. Completely unacceptable for the store manager to leave 5 expired items in the shelf for four months. We wont waste our time shopping here anymore.
