I was told by a sales representative that I was going to be sent at no cost to me a sample pack of all 4 of their cart cleaning products. What a deal, Id love to try the products out and see what works.......3 weeks after this phone call, I received an invoice for ~$160, which struck me as odd. Why am I getting charged $160 dollars for something that was told was going to be no cost to me??? When I called Golden West after receiving this invoice, I was directed to my sales reps boss. He insisted that this isnt a good business deal and he was sorry, and so forth. He only offered to credit me $60.......are you kidding me?? YOUR employee messed this up and now Im paying for it??? Needless to say, this problem was never fully resolved and I refuse to do business with a company that lies to their customers.

First thing that comes to mind when thinking about this company, is theyre amazing customer service. I had ordered a couple cases of theyre wax aerosol spray. I had ran into the issue of not being able to pay my bill on the due date for my net-30 billing. I had contacted my salesman Carter. He made me feel at ease about the whole ordeal. within minutes he had let me know not to worry and they were very flexible with the companies they deal with. I was given an additional 30 days to pay. Being flexible and understanding was enough for me to give my future business. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Had a sales rep cold call me about a product they sold, and said we werent interested in purchase at this point, but I was willing to DEMO the unit so we could consider it for future budgets. They said theyd email me details and then wed talk about the demo. No email, but the product got shipped to me along with the invoice for payment. The date on the PO was over a week from the time I received it, and the PO stated No returns after 30 days, so I effectively had around 2 weeks to evaluate the product. No return info included with the shipment. Their listed email doesnt work, so I called to verify the return process, and got someone surprised we were returning, as it was sent as a purchase, not a demo. Got passed around, and then told Id get an email/call back. Never got that. I finally had to package up the product and send it back with a delivery confirmation requested so they didnt try to say we went past the 30 days and push for payment. Didnt leave a great taste in my mouth.

Where to start with this company. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Since I’ve opened my auto repair shop they’ve taken care of whether it best cost friendly pricing or fast low cost shipping. I would recommend this company to anyone. If you’re looking for great tool supply as well as great customer service. You’ve come to the right place. Thanks guys.

Be very careful When ordering. I ordered one of two different products but was shipped a case of each costing $700 dollars. I called to let them know and they said they don’t sell singles I should have known!! I had to ship back to get money back but they wouldn’t cover shipping unless I bought something else. Nope I’m good I don’t do shady!!

I was referred to Golden West by a fellow golf pro, who has been buying products for several years. So I gave them a try... The first couple of orders were problproblem-free. It was on the third order that I was shipped out product that was unacceptable. My sales rep, Bobby Green, not only took full responsibility for his mistake, but he replaced it with a much better quality product for the same price.. .And on top of that, gave me a $50 spending credit on my next order... Now that is great customer service and salesmanship.. I will continue buying from Golden West, and would recommend anyone else to do the same. ..Make sure you ask for Bobby Green

Ive been using Golden West Golf for the last 6 years, and have yet to be disappointed. They have a great selection and decent pricing, but what I like most is if I need something they will go above and beyond to get it for me. I called my sales rep Eddie and asked for a product to clean up oil spills within 15 minuets of my call he called back with 2 different products that not only cleaned up the oil but helped my grass grow back faster! Thank you guys keep up the good work.

Ive been buying from these guys for about 7 years now and my father bought from them for nearly another 10 years, there products are good but more important there customer service is incredible. I purchased a impact gun from them and it broke I needed it replaced ASAP since I had a job I was working on, I called them and explained to them what happened they delivered a replacement in 2 days without me sending the old one back first. I will continue to do business with them.

I absolutely love Golden West, I had been having issues with an prior company that I was picking up spray chemicals for my golf course in Idaho. They not only treated me like family but had gotten me the best spray dye that I’ve used by far. I would not only recommend them to any of my fellows peers in my field, but continue to give my business to them for many years due to the customer satisfaction they provide. I was alittle hesitant to try a new company and product but this company has made it nothing but a breeze for my transition. Thank you to the awesome guys over at Golden West.

Awesome Company to do business with... I was referred by a client that Golden West was a customer-first Company that had great customer servicing. Boy, were they right. My first two orders went problem free.... It was on my third order that I ran into a hiccup. They shipped me out product that was unacceptable... So I called in to get a call tag to return it! My sales was, Bobby Green, not only accepted responsibility for his error, but also took care of me by replacing it with a higher quality item, at the same price. And to top it off, issued me a $50 spending credit that I could apply on my next order.... I will definitely continue doing business with Golden West, and kuddos to Bobby Green for great customer service and salesmanship...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!I had ordered a 3/8 by 50 air hose which was supposed to be the best hose, USA made, military grade, ever to be sold, $99.99. Also on the order was two packs of drill bits at $95.76, and one free bionic 4 cut off wheel which was to last 50 times what I am currently using.The air hose was as cheap as one can get in a wallmart store for 15 bucks, without any markings on the hose, not even a pressure rating. I got a RA number and I paid about $25 to return for the $99,99 spent. The drill bits were OK, but the FREE cut off wheel was overpriced. I am sure it will last forever in that it would not cut metal, and it did not wear at all. I will use the old 3M wheels I have been using for years.Sales tax was a CA 9%, one of the highest in our country, and shipping on my order was $38.64 ON ONE AIR HOSE AND A POCKET FULL OF 1/8 INCH DRILL BITS.I will not be purchasing from this company ever again, despite the deceptive salesman who call and purport to be my very best buddy.I suggest you go on amazon or other reputable on-line sites where you do not have to pay unrealistic prices for commodity items, shipping is free or minimal, and returning misrepresented products is simple and hassle free and are picked up at your location, again at no cost to you.

Do not deal with this company unless you would like to be harassed by sales men who will not take no for an answer. Its been over three years since my company has bought anything from golden west and we get 1-3 calls a day at the pro shop and I receive 1-6 calls on my personal cell phone. I have hung up asked to not be called again and just not answered for months at a time. Not only are they extremely over priced and claim they have some special sale going on every time you call they will pretty much harass you every business day of the week.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The worst company i have ever dealt with. Sent me an order that i never placed, after calling them to ask the lady said yes that she confirmed it with me. Obviously that was a lie. Still have not resolved my issue either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Sent us stuff that we didn’t order. They don’t pick up when I called and didn’t reply to the email. Sketchy!? Now I have someone’s stuff I didn’t order and don’t know what to do with it.

Did a purchase with them and was told they needed a 1000 put down in canadian get notice from my card company and they put 2030.67 on it more than double . I guess they cant be trusted
