I was on the hunt for an affordable spin bike. Called around. Play It Again Sports had a few options. Customer service was terrific. They just let me try the bike in the store at my leisure (thank you Mark!). No pressure. Affordable and Jim delivered the bike, already assembled, on a Sunday for a reasonable fee.

I brought my board here to put on grip tape and they did a great job of not only doing that, but putting my entire board together! Then I was able to get a great deal on a new glove and softball.

Im a long long long time customer of this franchise. Its hit or miss, but my go to for larger gear. I bought a sweet little Callaway XR 3 wood with just light wear. Golf bags, skates, skateboards, a teeter, not crazy about their trade-in prices, thus the four stars.

Knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. I didnt buy anything this time (was looking for an elliptical, but it wasnt a good fit), but would not hesitate to go back. No sales pressure, just the right amount of service.

I called in and asked if they buy used golf club sets the person I spoke with said yes bring them in. I drove 30 minutes to get there. The person that greeted me in 10 seconds looked at my clubs and said their only looking for name brand clubs and that he couldnt do anything for me. I said you could have told me this over the phone. He said sorry and walked away. Dont waste your time at this place.

Wanted to post a great review for Jim, the owner at Play it again. We had an issue with Zack, one of his employees. My wife and son had went into the store with a golf set that we had purchased 2 years ago and wanted to trade them towards a new bag and a couple of clubs. Zack was condescending and lacked customer service. I went ahead and contacted Jim today and he was very apologetic. We went into the store and he handled the situation professionally and with fairness. Jim asked if we wanted cash back for the clubs. I refused the case and asked for store credit. We are strong believers in investing in our community and play it again has been a store we have been using for so many years, from our daughters softball years, to our sons hckey and golf past time as well as my golf sets, exe rcise equipment, baseball mitts, etc.. Thank you Jim for making it right and keeping our faith in small business👍🏻

This is one of my favorite sports stores. sometimes it does not make since to pay top dollar for sports items. over the years i have found some great finds here. also the manager has become a friend.

I wish I could give more than five stars for this place. A few weeks ago I had a very expensive racing bike stolen from me. After watching all over the internet following the theft, it showed up for sale by this Play It Again Sports location. The thief had sold my bike to them. I contacted the location and they agreed to take the posting down and remove the bike from their floor to give me time to prove the bike was mine. Unfortunately I did not have real documentation that the bike was mine, as I bought it from a friend. After presenting the evidence I had to show the bike was mine Jim, the owner, agreed to release the bike to me rather than resell it for a nice profit, which he easily could have done. Jim is an ethical business owner and cares about his customers/community. Ill now be a customer for any sporting goods I might need in the future. Thanks again, Jim!

I liked the price on a boxing head gear I purchased for $25 was in good condition........ But the freaking thing had blood on it in a couple of places where someone got Pretty beat up in. I mentioned it to the cashier because Im not the type of people that asks for discounts because I thought it was common sense to offer on after you mention it. The worker just kinda laughed at it and took my money. I had to go home and sanitize the heck out of it, the point is that they should have cleaned it before they sold it or they should have given me a discount just prove to the customer that they arent shady. I was gonna clean it anyway, but blood !!! Really ?!?!?? Fkn disease selling business.

They do have a great selection. Its a hit or miss store, basically a sporting goods thrift shop. I went for some skateboard parts and they only had new parts. On top of that there is very little used boards on hand. So makes you ?? What do people do with their old sk8 boards/parts?? I have a hard time believing everyone rides it till the wheels fall off. I am presenting a challenge to skaters with decent extra boards, trucks, ect... To bring them in and who knows, maybe the next Hawk will have started on your old deck??

I Had Two Snowboards with Bindings that Retail $1,500 -- For BothI Said how about $100 for gas for my truck--The Employee,, At Play It Again SportsSaid,, $30 -- For Both --I Got My Cell-Phone and Showed--The Employee,, The Store location and the Retail Price --They Were Only one year old Boards --They Tried to Rip,, Me Off -- At Play It Again Sports --But Came On Top,,-- And Sold them both for $700 On-line.

Not sure if your kids will like the sport..dont buy new..this place sells used equipment ..at a great discount.. they also have some new stuff..if its not at the store they will get It from another store.staff is great
