I ordered and paid for a Tripp-Lite PDUMH20-ISO, Hummingbird shipped me a standard Tripp-Lite PDUMH20 without the surge protection. There was a no return policy even though they shipped the wrong item. Google made it right for me so 5 stars for Google but 1 star for Hummingbird.

Had a very disappointing recent experience ordering online with this store. I was looking to purchase some networking equipment that was in stock, but I was surprised by how high the overnight shipping quote was so I called them to confirm. While they were originally very helpful and offered to bill the shipping to my UPS account, the item didnt ship on time (despite them confirming it was both in stock and would ship that day), so I asked them to cancel the order. They did, but then didnt refund my money. Within a few days I followed up and they said they would look into it but didnt get back to me. Ten days later, still no update, so I opened a PayPal case which they also didnt respond to. I wouldnt recommend doing business with them at anything except an automated level.
