Great, clean and professional services. The team assisted with cleaning and resizing of a piece i bought 2-3 years ago. They also have a locked door policy and only let a certian number of people enter the store at a time. They practice social distancing and enforce state and local guidelines of wearing face coverings.

What a great little gem of a store in the heart of Simi Valley. A fine gentleman by the name of Erik treated me just right as well as his associates, and helped me get the PERFECT ring for me and the lucky lady! I just hope he gets a HEFTY commission for his perfect professionalism!

Had an incredibly beautiful engagement ring made that my then fiancé had designed. I used a placeholder ring for the proposal :). She brought in the stone and the design and they were incredibly helpful and the results were stunning. Great store!

Incredible service. I brought promise ring in to get sized, I explained the urgency of the ring and that I needed it done in one day. The person working called the owner and they sized my ring in one day ! Amazing service! Well done. Its so nice to see that great costumer service still exists.

Need a ring sized. Went there and they were all smiles until I told them it was cz. I wear cz because Im rough with my hands daily and dont want to destroy an expensive ring. I was told they dont work on cz as it will get mixed up with the diamonds... Really so if I brought them a real diamond there is a chance they will confuse it with another? They cant assure me they keep my jewelry separate? They cant tell a cz from a real diamond? The man was immediately rude and dismissive like I was wasting his time. Ill be sure to never go there when I am in the market.

The manager here, Sada, is amazingly rude, belittling, and offensive.

I have been a very loyal customer of Jared the galleria have Jory over many years and spent thousands of dollars in that store in between the other stores to such as Kay jewelers in Jared and this visit to the store this time with the manager Marilyn was very very disappointing and I refuse to ever do business with this location ever again or spend any of my money her district manager refused even call me to address this Issue
