STAY AWAY. ......THEY ARE THE WORS I ever deal with being over 35 years in business............ This company is a scam. I ordered toner from them and it did not arrive for a month. I made several attempts to contact them during that month and they would not help me. The one time I did get a response they just blamed the shipping company and said there was nothing they could do. I tried to contact the shipping company and they wouldnt help me because I was not the merchant. Finally, I disputed the transaction with my bank as a last resort. A few days after my dispute the toner magically arrived and I received the most customer service I ever as they immediately called and left three messages demanding the toner be returned since I had disputed the transaction. I returned the toner within a couple of days and they still fought my dispute with the credit card company and due to an error at the bank, they won the dispute. Now have my money and the toner. The bank did realize the mistake and is eating the cost of their mistake, but this shady company came out $216 ahead. Just order from Office Depot. They had the toner I was forced to order when 123inkjets couldnt deliver to me within 24 hours of placing the order

3 weeks with no order status/updates. Called/chatted with them a couple of times. The first time (week 2) they told me the delivery time was being improved. The 2nd time (week 3) Dennis told me no movement on the order & upon checking with the warehouse, he told me the order would ship that day. Now, this would have been fine if I had received periodic updates. But since I had to continually monitor the status of this order, I told him that I would hold while a tracking number was generated. Since that was not a possibility (3rd strike), I had to cancel this and any future orders. Kind of sad when you give a company every opportunity to improve customer service, but they elect to simply let the business go. Loyalty works both ways.

Don’t make the same mistake I made. Not only did the cartridges not work, they ruined my printheads so now I’m going to end up spending much more than simply buying the right cartridges in the first place. When I contacted customer service for a return, they insisted on an exchange and refused to process the return... forcing me to reverse the charge through my credit card company. I do not regularly write reviews but this is a dishonest company that sells bad product.

I have been doing business with this company for six years. Until recently, I have experienced great customer service. There have been a few times I received the wrong item or received a defective item and their customer service had always been top notch. Well, NOT anymore. Today I had the unfortunate experience of calling with an issue of receiving an incorrect item. First of all, their prompts dont include one for customer service and if you select the operator option, you are on hold forever. So, I went to sales and, once I explained my issue, I was directed to customer service. After another long hold, I got a customer service agent named Nora. I tried explaining my complaint to her - that I recently placed an order and did not receive a correct item. She was about as robotic sounding as you can get (in fact, at first, I thought I had been connected to an automated line). She would not listen. She looked up my order and just kept telling me that they had sent what I ordered. I tried reading the info off the old cartridge (one of theirs) and she just wouldnt listen. After almost five minutes, I asked for a supervisor. She completely ignored my request and kept telling me they sent what i ordered. After my fourth demand for a supervisor, she said she could help me with placing another order (completely ignoring my request for escalation and not even acknowledging that request). She continually talked over me. Finally, I asked her name because, after five frustrating minutes I had forgotten it. I got the snotty reply My name is Nora,. I told you that at the beginning of our conversation. I demanded, for the fifth time, to be connected to a supervisor. This time, she finally said she would do so, and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. By this time, I was through. I hung up and am posting this review. I have no patience for a company that does not offer top notch customer service. This is what i provide my customers with, and it is what I expect. Snotty, rude, non-responsive agents are not acceptable. If this company thinks they can keep treating customers this way and that the business they worked to build will continue to thrive, they are sadly mistaken. There are competitors out there. As for me, I am about to find one. Low prices are not the number one priority. Customer service is. You have just lost a long-time customer 123inkjets.
