These guys are amazing!!! Walked in and they didn’t have the flavor juice I use. Gentleman asked what flavor, got on the phone, than said it would be there in 2 days. Now they keep it stocked just for me. I can not say enough about the customer service provided by these guys. They have made a forever customer!!

Huge selection of juices to choose from, friendly staff and a decent selection of glass to choose from. Only problem is the prices. Their prices for Electronic cigarettes can be bought in a nearby store for at least 2/3 the price they are selling the same e-cigs for. So just check other stores in Simi before deciding on a purchase from them.

Like other reviewers are saying this place is overpriced. $49.99 for a mod that costs $29.99 online and at local shops. They have a reward system that works as cash, but when youre spending more to purchase the products youre actually losing money. They also sell defective items and will not honor the warranty. Ive seen multiple people come in soon after purchasing with batteries that dont work or tanks that leak.
