Very disappointed with this establishment. I was sent a box of chocolate covered strawberries, a box of assorted cookies, and 2 Rocky Mountain chocolate bars with balloons. I had left the house at 10:30 Am and apparently the order was delivered at 10:50 am. The order was left on front bench with the hot direct sun beating directly down. By the time I returned home at 5:00 pm, everything was melted and the strawberries were slush. I really feel that if no one answers the door, Edible arrangements should make an attempt to contact the recipient. They do ask for the recipients number when placing the order. Had I known, I could have had my neighbor come and grab them, refrigerate till I got home. I do understand mistakes happen, however, I called that day and left a message regarding the issue and my displeasure. I never got a call back or response at all. Not even a “we are sorry”. I felt this was unacceptable mostly because the establishment didn’t even acknowledge what had transpired. Really poor customer service and management. Best to find a different business to help celebrate someone’s event. Once the order is placed, this establishment could care less about the customer.

I want to thank you for your terrific service. I ordered “get well” chocolate strawberries and a cuddly little bear to be sent to our daughter today who had surgery this week. I was told it would arrive tomorrow. Two hours later she called me and it had been delivered today . It couldn’t have been better timing because she had a rough day today. I appreciate it so much. She was eating strawberries as we talked. Thank you so much.

Michael G. was unprofessional. He was cussing and calling me stupid. His place of work sent the order to the wrong place, and I was asking if the item delivered was a new item. The reason for asking is because the item came with the wrong address, wrong company name and wrong name. The same wrong information that was delivered the day before. Among all the is happening today I was just making sure that the item was not delvered by the company that it was delivered to wrongly.

These guys make arrangements that are edible I havent personally received one yet but I often sit near the store and its been of been for some time so Id imagine theyre good

This location is horrible, worst customer service I have ever encountered! The owner was very unprofessional and rude! I placed two orders to be delivered for my family and they were not delivered the day I requested. No phone call was made in the attempt to deliver my order. When I went to the store to find out what happened the owner stated, “it was delivered you just were not there” and kept say how fustrated I was making him. Got my money back thank goodness... will not order from this location again!

This place is fantastic! Clean and the fruit is always fresh and they make beautiful arrangements. They are good with last minute orders. The girl up front is super on top of it. I wanted to add these cupcakes (chocolate covered pinapple) to my order after the fact. The owner apologized they make them fresh but i could not afford to wait for 10 mins which isnt bad. I was at my car when he came running out to tell me the customer service girl had saved the day because she has already made some! Awesome customer service! And i highly recommend the cupcakes. They are sooooo good!

Not knowing what to get for my daughters birthday, I took a chance and ordered the chocolate covered pineapple cakes She said they were delicious!!!
