Meh their prices are a little high. Its a good store people are helpful and friendly . Seems a little under staffed a couple of times. They have good supply of items boots, pants, shirts, ect. Its a great place to shop for western wear ad needed .

Nice store, surprising amount of mens clothing & accessories

Purchased my first order, one pair was great the other fell apart after 3 wears. Contacted customer service and they said return at my expense for inspection. “Inspection” never heard of this from any other retailer I purchase from and, I do some buying.Materials ManagerXxxxx Co.Tracy

Well after waiting 2 yrs approximately for Boot Barn to open the store in Simi Valley, I have to say I am impressed. When I entered the new Store I was greeted by the Friendly n Helpful Staff. I updated my Boot Barn info with the Staff to ensure that I was on the mailing list for sales info n coupons. The stores looks fabulous. Very clean n organized. Prices are about the same. Merchandise is fashionable n a wide variety to choose from. On 17 January 2020 the Boot Barn Simi Valley will host its Grand Opening. There will Sales n Saving to enjoy.

My husband and I went to get a pair of Georgia boots for work, I really liked the store, a wide variety to choose from- but the front desk service was not very welcoming when we came in and the cashier was short with us while checking out. Not the best impression for a first time visit, the Oxnard store has much better customer service.

Clean, well organized and staff was friendly. They helped check to see if another store had a vest in my size. I wish it was bigger.

I loved everything in the store and I typically never like western clothing but they have an amazing assortment of styles and really nice jewelry
