Worst pharmacy in Simi. The overweight dark haired gentleman is so rude! Helped a customer in front of me and then walked away. I asked if someone would be helping me, he said there’s people back there. As I continued to wait another 10 plus mins and be ignored.Dropped of a script for a family member, told them she would be there in an hour and a half. I was told no problem it will be ready. Family arrived and the same overweight dark haired gentleman was so rude to her. He was irritated having to put in her information and told her it won’t be ready for another hour and a half.Will never be back! Too many other good pharmacies with nice people.

Walgreens is the WORST! They screwed up my prescription and tried blaming Optum RX. I got them on the phone with Optum RX and while Optum RX was trying to clear things up, Walgreens hung up. They hung up again, and then stopped answering the phone. It took us over 90 minutes on the phone and they still couldnt clear things up. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Fix the line management for Covid vaccine appointments and the people like myself going to pick up a prescription! It needs serious organization!! I almost got attacked by a 90 something year old crazy woman because she had an appointment for the vaccine and I was next in line. Im sorry but my dogs auto immune medication is way more important for me to pick up, since I love my dog and could care less about that woman......... especially since she threatened me.

Pretty small store, way to many employees just standing around and doing nothing

Fine Walgreens outlet. People are nice enough but pharmacy gets swamped and tempers flare.

Sandra the pharmacy tech was very helpful and also the pharmacist too.

Recently had an issue with submitting a passport photo, and had to retake a photo.got it done here and while I initially had issues, the manager personally called to follow up after assisting me to ensure everything worked out. They were very patient with me and my situation, great customer service

A well stocked little Walgreens. Very handy whether you need a bandage or a greeting card, Nyquil or smokes, some soda pop or hair color; they have a lot to look at. Easy parking too.

I like shopping here mostly for the Transformer exclusives they get. Like CVS, the place is expensive to shop. The customer service is great and the staff is friendly.

People are helpful when im trying to find something, pharmacy is very quick in handling orders and pickups.

This store is smaller than other Walgreens but the staff in the pharmacy and store are very friendly.
