I try to go to my dealer for service but I have to leave my vehicle there all day and I never know if they really use synthetic oil . Xpress lube is just a better deal for time money. Never ben disappointed with Xpress lube, cant say the same for my years of dealership services. I take 4 different brand cars here. GMC, BMW, Hyundai and kia, No issues.

Just as fast as the 1st street location. My 3 month old baby cried the whole time 😅 but they were fast and no one made a big deal about the crying baby which was much appreciated 😁

Service was fast, all be it know one else was there. The staff was super friendly. They have coupons, but you have to print them out. They dont accept a digital copy.

Service was good bought a groupon for $49 and still paid $42 on top if that.Seem super high for 3 extra quarts of synectic oil.

I am probably the most clueless customer who doesn’t know a thing about cars and always loses my packet from previous visits and these guys not only still take care of it and know what you need, they are also extremely nice and have you out of there in a timely fashion.

Quick and friendly. They can usually accomodate people without a wait and it takes 15 to 20 minutes for a change while you sit in the car and wait. Real good deals on Groupon.

I decided to not go to the dealership to have an oil change done and I decided on Xpress Lube based on all the great things people had to say about it. The guys were really friendly. Problem is, the $55 oil change is now costing me $269. About a half mile away from their location, my engine started acting funny. It was reving and then would shut off when I stopped. I got the car home and let the store know what was going on. They wanted me to bring it back in but I wasnt going to drive the 20 miles the location is from my house, in the extreme heat, with the car constantly wanting to stall. The GM came to my house that afternoon to look it over. He tried to fix it. Great effort on his part. I had to have the car towed to the dealership. The dealership called me today, when the air filter was removed and this sensor on top was disconnected, a leaf got in the system. That was causing the problem. So now I have paid $269 to have the car fixed, one that had no problems prior to this oil change, and the GM doesnt think he owes me any money. Really, I didnt put the leaf in the MPS myself. The only way it could have gotten in there is when the mechanics were in there changing the oil etc. I was hoping I was going to be able to write a glowing recommendation once all was fixed, I guess not. Proceed with caution.

This place is like playing lotto, you never know what kind of service you get. Sometimes its good, sometimes they just want you out quick.

Took my Jeep Wrangler to have it smog checked. Excepted the coupon and nice guy, but he broke my door handle and didnt even say any thing. So $60.00 later my door pull it fixed. More expensive than the smog. Dont think we will back. Accidents happen but own up to them!!
