Had screw in my a tire and these guys fixed it in under 30 minutes. Super nice, very professional, very fast. There are several tire shops in the area, dont waste your time going to others. These guys are legit awesome. Definitely would recommend to anyone for anything tire related and next time I need to repair or replace my tires, Im coming here again 1000%

Greg was so helpful! I needed brake pads fast! Pep Boys was WAY too expensive for the job I needed done. Big Brand gave me a quote I could work with and gave me A LOT of very useful information I could take with me going forward. My brakes now work really well and I’m going back to this place for my brakes, tires, etc!

I drive 90 miles a day to work and every time I bring my car in, I always have exceptional service and always the best price around (I’ve compared from Burbank to Thousand Oaks, big brand is #1 choice for me). It’s always an annoying thing to have to bring your car into the shop, but honestly, Big Brand (in Simi) always greets me with a smile, even when I come in too soon from my appointment date. Tony has been my main service man and always makes sure I’m well taken care of. Not only him, but everyone in the service drive who contributes to making sure your car is always safe to drive; shout out to the technicians who always works on my car with the bay in the sun. I’m a difficult customer to please because I was an automotive technician for 15 years and I have high expectations when I allow other people to work on my cars for the couple of things I still have to have done in a shop; like wheel alignments. This store in Simi Valley has been my alignment spot for 8 years and 2 cars and have never let me down. They do excellent work with integrity and that’s all that really matters in a shop. They’re always busy due to their high quality so please just respect that fact when you go visit them; because they are awesome and worth the wait!

I wasted tons of money and time going to other tire places in Simi Valley. Then I found Big Brand Tires and couldn’t be happier! They are very professional and straight forward. What you want is what you get with the highest of quality mechanics and automotive parts. Octavio and Tony are always helpful and professional. They go above and beyond for there customers. Big Brand tires truly cares and I will never go anywhere else but here!

Called the Simi Valley location and they were able to squeeze me in to an appointment an hour later. They were able to service my 19 corvette with no issues. Got the alignment into spec, adjusted the tie rods, and reset the steering angle sensor which was all included with the price of the performance vehicle alignment. The guys were very busy after the 4th of July weekend warriors got back into town and were able to take multiple walk ins all while scheduling phone call appointments and taking tire/wheel phone orders. Definitely will be bringing my other vehicles here for routine maintenance!

Had a spare tire for a dump trailer that had lost its beed. The guys took care of it just like it was as important as any other full job and at the end of it didn’t charge me anything. These guys were awesome. Honda told me I had a nail in my tire gave me back my car and offered little to no advise. They did not was my car and said the car wash was closed when they close at 6 on and it was Now 5:37 pm. Does Honda not do tires? When I asked what I was to do they told me to go to American Tires up the street they close at 6pm. This was after they told me the mail was in the shoulder and that I would have to get a whole new tire of which the same thing happened to me just less that 6 months ago I had bought a brand new tire. I asked about Big Brand Tires they said they didn’t know there hours and pointed me in the direction they were located. I got to Bug Brabd Tires 15 minutes before they closed and they were Absolutely angels. They said they could squeeze me in. They proceeded to look at my tire and they told me they could fix it that I wouldn’t have to get a new tire. They not only fixed it for me. They did it for free. Ive taken my car here for oil changes, alignment, new tires, and Im going back in a couple of days for brake pads. The staff is incredibly helpful and very nice. I check prices on tires for my prius about 6 years ago. I was new in town. Big brand tires had the best deal in town. My girlfriend and her older kids also go here now. I needed new tires on my tiburon v6. Best deal in town. Also had two flat tires. No problem. Got them fix in no time. Today I had a slow lick on my tiburon. Left my car at 9 in the morning without a appointment. Got it fix by 3. No charge. I was low in cash. I had a very good experience. I recently had a flat tire and went here to get it fixed with no problem. They were very helpful and informative. Just the other day I got another flat tire and called the customer service on a Saturday in the afternoon and was helped right away. They were able to get me in the same day. They were very busy so I knew my car would probably not be done before closing since I wanted them to check and or fix my alignment. Oscar helped me this time and was straightforward and said they would try to get it done, but would most likely be done first thing Monday by 10 am. I was preparing to leave my car there over the weekend. I was doing errands and received an unexpected call from them before 6 pm after closing time same day Saturday and said I could pick up my car because it was ready. I was surprised and very happy to and when I got there my car was at the front ready to go. I was able to pay for my service from a text message making it convenient and safe with the current Covid-19 environment. I was able to go in, pick up my keys after they wiped them down before giving them to me, and leave very quickly! Overall I was pleased my my experience and wish I remembered who I was helped by last time who also was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! I hope I dont have to go back for a while, but if I do Im sure Ill be met with excellent customer service!

Reserved a truck with Budget but when I showed up to pick it up, they informed me that they didnt have it. I had already paid moving help on both ends. It cost me $700 and delayed my move. Very unhappy.

Went to this location about a week ago for a tire rotation. During the process of putting the tire on the wheel they damaged my rim, leaving a long gouge around it. To their credit they did point it out to me but became increasingly rude when I asked them to fix it. They said they may be able to have it buffed out but could not tell me when the person who does that would be available. Additionally, this would involve me making multiple trips to the shop which I could not do because I was leaving town for buisness the next day. Finally after arguing with me for 20 minutes they agreed to buy me a new wheel. I went today to have it installed and he couldnt even be bothered to speak to me. I understand that mistakes happen and I am grateful that they replaced my wheel but this is a tire shop. Their entire job is to do tires. I dont understand how they not only make this mistake in the first place, but then follow it up with the worst customer service. We will not be going back.
