AAA has saved us several times. In 2020 we had several issues with our cars. If we didn’t have AAA Premium which gives you unlimited miles. I don’t know what we would have done. I feel safe that we all 4 have cards

Great service and friendly staff. We transferred a title and paid registration on our private party car purchase through their DMV services. Then we added the car to our insurance policy. Took care of everything in one trip. So glad we have SoCal Auto Club.

Auto Club,as usual, sent someone out immediately to help me. I had a dead battery, which needed replacing any way, and the tow truck operator was very kind and respectful. He didnt try to sell me a new battery, but did charge the one I had. I asked him if I could purchase one; the price was fair, so I did. A great experience, considering...

I love AAA! All of the employees are so helpful & friendly! Ive been a member for years! They come to your rescue anytime you break down, have a dead battery, lock keys in car, run out of gas,etc... Ive never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for tow truck & every tow driver is extremely friendly & professional. The membership also includes travel. Anywhere you want to vacation they set everything up for you. There is also life insurance people & car insurance. We save almost $500 going with their car insurance. AAA is awesome!

Went to the Simi Valley office with paperwork for 5 different vehicles with titles changes and registration.Jane was amazing, helping us very quickly and answering most of our questions before we asked them. We then went to Andy for our vehicle inspection. He was very nice and funny. Altogether we might have been there 45mins. DMV time would have been all day! Thank you AAA!!!! (Hope I got their names right, everyone there was WONDERFUL!!!!)

I had a great experience here!! And had tons of help with paying my vehicle registration and title copy and transfer of ownership. Normally you go to the DMV and they just give you forms and say fill it out and most of us can understand how they work or what to fill. But here I was explained why and where information is needed in the paper work and walked through the process (Ive never done before) all thanks to Sarah at the front part of the building by the entrance. She was amazing at explaining everything and helped me get in and out in under 25 minutes. Normally Id be in 4 hours of lines at the DMV but Im glad I came here. Thanks Sarah!

I was given incorrect information regarding my premium membership. A manager, David, was supposed to call me back 2 weeks ago! I have been to the office several times. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I am canceling my membership. They are awful.

Wow! This was really a great experience. I was under terrible time restrictions and I had to get a DMV renewal done. I didnt know if I needed or could get an appointment so I just went over. There was a little bit of a line but that is not their fault. Everyone was assisted politely and in the correct order. If anyone did get in line out of order the AAA employees were quick to correctly guide them to where they should have been. I went out in a bad mood and expected many issues and delays. The trip did not disappoint. The assistance and professionalism at this stop actually improved my mood, made the trip shorter and ultimately made my day better. Take a bow. Well done! I am a long time member and it is this kind service and availability that will keep me an generation of my family as members.

Should be called the unauthorized car dumping and debt collecting club of Southern California. They think they can just dump cars anywhere and hey if I owe you money maybe try sending me a bill so I can pay it. If youre a member I would recommend just periodically paying them random amounts of money so they dont screw up your credit.

My daughter called for a flat battery in Simi Valley and waited for 2 hours and no one showed up. The contractor for AAA claimed to have showed up but never did and never contacted her. She called 3 times for updates and had to wait about 10 minutes each time. It is really poor service.

They put in the wrong oil in my car

First off, I absolutely love AAA and I have been a loyal customer for decades. That being said, this branch is without a doubt the worst I have ever had to deal with. Seriously, why is the service here so bad? Everytime Ive gone, something always goes wrong and the staff is far from helpful.Its gotten to the point where I would much rather drive 20min to the nearest branch in the next town over where I know things will be done correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to Woodland Hills, its worth it trust me.

For a premier member, the lack of customer service is making me look elsewhere for towing service.

Going to the DMV is like having a colonoscopy and teeth pulled at the same time, why do that to yourself???In and out in no time insurance, DMV needs all taken take of at once in under 30 mins. TJ Studer is the man. Will never go into a DMV again.

Needed to update our vehicle insurance requirements. The place was packed and I expected a lengthy wait. But in less than 10 minutes I was called and my business was taken care of in another 10 minutes.

They dont take debit cards for DMV transactions. They said its DMV rules. Whatever. It still blows because we even the DMV takes debit/credit cards. No reason AAA Auto Club shouldnt be able to as well

Had the best experience today when our battery died while at the gas station filling up. Your really nice guy, Matt, was there in about 15 minutes, had a new battery for us and got us on our way to an event we really couldn’t miss in under half an hour! Incredible value for the price, you guys are awesome, thanks!!

Very helpful once i got the correct person. Hate having to navigate computer answered calls and first young man ended up disconnecting me. On call back got a very helpful female who handled my needs quickly with no fuss.

Took care of my DMV needs in much less time, of course, I am a member already. Then out of curiosity got an insurance quote and ended up saving over 1000.00 per year. I was literally blown away. Amazing service and value.

I had my car insurance as first time driver, they have not submitted it on DMV on time, it turns out I don’t have insurance almost 2 mos I’m driving but still requested for 3 mos payment. Also, they are very unfair to certain types of ppl. Just saying the guy we spoke to very very rude. Treat everyone right!

Called. They claimed they DID YES IN FACT DO NEW CAR VIN AUTHORIZATIONSeven after i informed them we bought my 2020 explorer out of state and blah blah blah. Get there. Guy looks totally puzzled when i ask him to get a Vin verification. Asked what other paperwork i had and I said well none except for the paperwork form the dealership. He tells me you have to go to the DMV FOR THAT. .Ok fine.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL THEIR NICE AND FRIENDLY CALL CENTER THAT INFO SO other people dont waste more half hours in their busy days ?!Honestly people. Its just irritating you have been in business HOW MANY YEARS and your employees dont have access to look up what services each of your locations do and do not offer??Your killing me AAA!

If you want to sit around listening to a bunch of women talk among themselves about their individual problems then this is the office for you. If you dont mind having people taken in front of you because the workers are familiar with them then this is the office for you. One of the worst run offices in the area. Luckily the DMV was more efficient and was able to handle my needs for me. This office always makes me question what I pay membership dues for.

Easiest title transfer ever! Coming into the office on my lunchbreak, I expected a long wait. But it took only a couple minutes before my name was called. The woman who helped me was super knowledgeable and helped me fill out all the necessary paperwork and even gave me new plates on the spot. This was such a pleasant experience compared to going to the DMV, and I was out in time to still go have lunch. Amazing service, well worth my dues!

My car battery went dead, AAA had me back on the road, came with a new battery in their truck. Love the fast turn-around service. 20 minutes later I was able to drive my car. From call to complete signed and sealed. Roadside service saved the day.Thank you AAA.

My roommate informed me at 7: 20, and I called AAA semi valley 7: 35, and the man said the help will come about 8: 18. I called again 8: 10, the woman said I need to wait until 8:38. The truck arrived at 8: 36 finally. That was just more than one hour waiting.

Five star but dont use the enterprises rental it is the worst. The still your money and dont say why.

Make sure you verify and read your policy told me 1 thing and wrote it wrong cost me a 12.000 Truck and even addmitted maybe they made a mistake but online renewal made it my fault and refused coverage I even wrote the President and got pushed aside
