Ordered some H&R DRA spacers from Pro Parts USA. With the online coupons and promotion, was almost as cheap as the overseas forged spacers that have a good rep, but shipping from the US was leagues faster and I wanted them before an upcoming road trip. The morning after placing a late night order, I got a call from Jeff to let me know that I had ordered one set of spacers in black and the other silver, and that he could ship me an all silver set of the same model. This means they check orders before they go out, and ensure that customers needs are met, even when the customer makes mistakes. Kudos to Jeff and Pro Parts USA for going above and beyond. Placed and order for a custom sun shade for an older vehicle. Shipped out immediately. Item never showed up and I emailed Pro Parts. They responded immediately they would FedEx another out. Well long story short, USPS left is at the mailbox and it blew into the neighbors flowerbed during a storm. I got it from the neighbor 5 minutes after Pro Parts let me know they were sending another. End of September, I received.So Im shopping for parts for a vehicle no longer in production, my Saab 9-3, when I see a deal on what Im looking for. I place my order and Im really excited. ProParts are always great to deal with. Theyve been in the game a long time- they are not one of those shops that pops up on ebay and then disappears. Extremely communicative, they reached out with shipping issues (not their fault just the state of things and I knew the part was backordered when I ordered it) before I noticed any delay in the order. When part had some issues (mfg fault not proparts) they where extremely helpful and responsive. Any delay in the warranty was caused by my lack of response rather than theirs which I find to be refreshing and not the norm for other companies.

I bought custom sun shades for my Honda Pilot, and Honda Civic. The customer service was excellent, the price was low, and the quality is high. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

I needed new coil springs for my track car and had a difficult time finding ones that worked due to supply shortages pushing out expected deliveries 3-4 months. Jeff at Pro Parts USA was very responsive and patient in helping me find an option that worked. In the end, we settled on springs that turned out to be priced lower than what I originally ordered. I got an immediate refund for the difference and had a tracking number within minutes. Needless to say, Ill be a return customer.

BUYER BEWARE: Ordered some parts here for my car and when I received them, they sent the wrong ones. I thought no biggie, just call and get it sorted. Was not able to get a hold of anyone so emailed. 1 month later and multiple emails I finally get a return authorization. I had to pay to send the items back and when I see my refund I was docked shipping fees for the original order. Sent out lots of emails but never got a response back. Be warned that this company will do anything to get you to order but if there is a problem they ignore you and never give full refunds. Never ordering anything from this company again.

I ordered the Team Integra budget big brake kit from ProPartsUSA. To start, the price for the entire kit was fantastic. Very affordable option for those looking to upgrade their car’s stopping power. Unfortunately, when I went to install the kit on my car I found that one of the calipers had stripped threads on one of the bolt holes, and on top of that, I was outside of the warranty period. However, Jeff Wong helped me out immensely and helped me through the warranty process anyways, ultimately getting a new caliper in my hands within the week of me first emailing him about the issue! Awesome customer service from these guys and I highly recommend them for any parts needs.

I ordered wheels which durring the shipment process were damaged and even after taking them to the tire shop to find out they were bent durring the balencing process. Emailing the pro parts usa customer service they said they were able to send me 3 new wheels as long as I had shipped the damaged wheels back. The new wheels I recieved fit perfectly and ride good. Ordered coilovers and they didnt have them in stock so the gave me a discount to buy a different brand of coilovers which was great but lied about the shipping time. Told me it would take three days to receive them but they are currently just sitting in another country waiting to be shipped. Ive waited a month an a half already and looks like they are another month out from receiving them. They will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale.

It took 50+ days for me to receive a strut bar, the part was on back order but pro parts was advertising the part as in stock. pro parts said the package would take 2-3 days (premium shipment method) to ship once they received the package. after I got my tracking number I notice the part has been in California at a carrie for the last 5 days and hasnt moved. called Fedex and it turns out pro parts chose the most basic shipping method. very disappoint with them. would use caution before buying from them. their are plenty of other reliable and good trustworthy companies to buy from. also if you read the owners comments on the bad reviews its never their fault. its always the customers fault. 1/10 rating for me very poor job pro parts and your reviews show it BIG TIME.

They dont have any parts in inventory. they advertise on there website everything is in stock when in reality they order it from a 3 party then ship it to you several weeks later. expect big wait times.

Great experience with the folks at ProParts. Ive ordered several specialized parts from them over the years. They have guys on staff that develop and race their cars so they were able to answer my questions on damper and differential setups. Good communication from order to delivery.

Would not recommend buying anything from them after what I had to go through and the stuff I was recieved in the mail. I order coilovers for my mr2 87 needles to say the came in the mall duck taped and the paper work with them looked like a rat chewed on it but I was way to Excited to put the parts on I over looked this ( have pictures of all this ). Coilovers ride height out the box WAY to high and then the links didnt fit at all I tried returning them but then they said they couldnt take them back then told me to talk to the manufacturer which is megan racing. Needless to say the links are wrong and megan will be sending me new ones ether way dont BUY anything from here I had the worst experience buy from summit racing or other places and save ur self the headache. I simply wanted a refund and didnt get it even the brake lines on the coil overs didnt fit ether dont buy from here.

Still waiting for my part I ordered two weeks ago to actually ship. The site reads, Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time of purchase, and when I placed the order, I got an email that said, Hi Adam, were getting your order ready to be shipped. One week passed with no further communications. I called in the middle of business hours and got a voicemail. Sent an email (which at least was promptly responded to) and was told the manufacturer was waiting on a part that was supposed to arrive at the end of last week. Was refunded 20% for my trouble, but thats the last I heard. Called again today--no answer, just voicemail--and just sent an email. The seller is making no effort whatsoever to keep me apprised of my status.

Im so disappointed in these guys. I just ordered brake rotors plus pads. I had to return them because they were not right fit. Anyways they only refunded me nearly half of 145 dollars. Do not mess with theses guys. However I have not contacted theses guys yet so we will see what happens.

I ordered wrong mats for my van. I emailed the next day to see if i could get a return slip. These are 80+ dollar mats. They where ruid about the return and i would not get a return slip. I would not do buisness with them any more. If they where nice about it i would of purchased the right mats. With there customer service went else were.

I ordered the clear hex mats (2 Piece Front Floor Mat) for my Inifiniti G37 and I had an issue with my order-- the front passenger mat became discolored. The mat turned yellow in various spots--- it was quite strange. I was doing some research online and read that the yellowing of plastic could be caused by UV rays. My mats are NEVER exposed to direct sunlight, so UV rays could not have discolored my mat. The passenger mat looked so horrible, that its unusable now-- I was very disappointed because these mats were not cheap. So, I called ProParts USA and spoke with Jeff. Jeff was AMAZING! After a couple emails and a 2nd phone call, he sent me a set of BRAND NEW black floor mats! The NEW mats arrived in only a couple days!-- SUPER fast delivery!-- I was VERY impressed! The black mats look AWESOME! -- Great quality, sturdy and they stay in place. The mats fit perfectly in my Infiniti and look SHARP! Ordered coilovers for my car, was told there was an issue with billing but they had the last set of coilovers saved for me. Then I was told it was a shipping issue that UPS would not deliver to my address. Finally I was told that my coilovers were out of stock. I had to contact them for any updates which was very annoying. Still waiting for a refund.
