This is a fantastic store with the best customer service ever. We had an issue with our diesel generator and both employees went out of their way to help us find what we needed. They didnt always have what it was that we did need, but that had to do with the parts not being readily available anywhere and not the store itself. Highly recommended, especially for anyone looking for more commercial parts.

Always have what I need and if they dont, they will order it and usually have it in same or next day. Much better quality parts than the AutoZone down the road and the staff are very helpful.

These guys are great . Ive been here many times for many different vehicles. Parking is good and they are always eager to help. Ill be back as needed.

Love this place. Called ahead to see if had headliner spray glue and he held it for me when I said Id be there in 15 minutes to pick up. AND he actually greeted me by my name when I got there! The few times Ive been here, it hasnt been crowded at all.

The Camarillo site is alot more Helpful and Curtious, Then the Simi Valley Location. The Sales Person at the counter had a Serious Attitude Problem Katie was her name, Not Recommend for a Front Counter Position!! Im a Service Manager with Many years of Experience! Napa in Camarillo CA is a Much better way to Operate, Richard and Anthony are Awesome in Camarillo. I will Not Return to this Simi Valley Location again. I Hope Someone is going to Read This !! This purchase policy. Is wrong.Bought a $375.00 part, (it came defective), had already paid for that part even though they sold me a defective part, to get a replacement part, they wanted me to pay to get a replacement.Fix it!

The place to go for quality auto parts. All other major chains sell and stock trash. The guys at the counter actually know about cars.
