I called Johnnys Appliance Service for repair on my Maytag dryer. I set up and appointment for Monday, any time, I was told late Monday afternoon that they were backed up and they will schedule for Tuesday. They said they would call me when the Service Tech was coming. It got to be late in the afternoon and I called and they assured me that the Tech was coming and that he was running behind. At 3;45 pm the Tech called and stated that they were not going to make it today and could I be available tomorrow. I refused to be treated in this manner and canceled my service. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED.

Johnny and Curly are very honest and I recommend his store without reservation. I previously bought appliance parts there. Johnny is very helpful and willing to provide suggestions for fixes. He graciously allowed me to return a washer which didnt live up to our expectations. Recommend strongly.

I am a landlord and have been buying appliances for decades from Johnny. Also, if you have a machine that is not working correctly, he has the experience to guide you thru repairing it yourself, or he will fix it for you if you prefer. I wouldnt buy machines anywhere else because others cant provide that support.

We have used Johnnys for years. They have fixed our furnace, installed a new dishwasher that we bought from them and we have purchased parts for other appliances. I have always been satisfied. Their price was was much better than the big box stores for a refridgerator.
