Horrible experience owner/salesmen are very pushy and get aggravated when you tell them no went in for a flat repair and yes my tires need replacement but times are rough right now and told them now once and they kept going and going funny thing is they say they are no pressure shop but got told multiple times on them trying to sell me tires….And also heard them telling a autozone employee that a former employee got fired to be honest it shouldn’t be no one’s business about previous employees on why they don’t work there anymore definitely will not be returning….

They shoot straight. John is always transparent and someone you can trust. I have had 4 cars serviced by them and they do more than tires and brakes. Their prices are competitive and their workmanship is solid.

This is my first review I have ever done and Im only doing it because they deserve it so much. Simi Valley Tire Pros close at 4:30 and they still decided to help me when I pulled in at 4:15. I had called ahead however, to see if they had the right tire and they had one left and said theyd save it for me. As soon as I pulled in it was like they were waiting for me with a smile. I got my flat fixed and all my tires filled in less than ten minutes. They were so nice and really made me feel valued as a customer. Im going straight to them if I ever need anything else and will recommend them to anyone I know in need of services.

Best place ever! I never leave google reviews but this place deserves it. I came in super last minute and needed my breaks replaced and these guys helped so much, got it done for the best price. Pulled in because had a flat. Flats fixed for free, huh?? Labor involved and just done as a courtesy. I need two new tires for rear of car. I will drive the distance to Tire Pros vs any local places. Tire Pros is a Tire shop,.. NOT a Mechanic.. Had to get all the work they did redone 6000 miles later...I could have took it back to them but I do not trust them or there Mechanic. Very sloppy work..! The owner wouldnt even get on the phone with me when I called about a warranty on the defective Radiator they installed.Out $1600 from the ignorant work they did plus the cost of the re-repairs from a reputable Mechanic. STEER CLEAR!! Bad news.

Originally this shop did not do my tire rotation. However, the owner reached out and offered a free rotation and alignment. Took them up on the offer and couldnt be more pleased. Will be coming back to this shop from here on out for all my tire and alignment needs. Updated review to 5 stars as this is some fantastic recovery and service.Thank you again

Found a screw in my tire and took it in to Simi Valley Tire Pros. They patched my tire up in less than 10 minutes without charging me! Asked them to quote all 4 tires when needed and they came in less than the dealership. Will be happily getting new tires with them. Good old fashioned customer service right here!

Ive been a customer of theirs for years with great parts and service. Just had lots of work done on my car and they got a day and a halfs work done in one day. My wifes health and our income is rough but they were very helpful. The helper Skyler was great and quick. Give them a try.

The most honest shop I have ever been to. Dont let their name mislead you, they do more than just tires! I had noise every time I would turn on my AC and my horned stopped working. For the third time since weve moved to Simi Valley weve needed a puncture repaired. This shop is wonderful - they locate the problem, remove it (screw, nail, staple), mend the tire, and send you on your way. And, this last time, because AAA had come to put on the spare, they even remounted the original wheel and put the spare back. No charge, really nice office and shop personnel. They even called me once as I was on my way home to tell me Id left my sunglasses there. You can bet that any future tire purchases will be from Simi Valley Tire Pros.

Best place in Simi for tires and brakes. Fast service... Kind of a crappy parking situation, but not that big of a deal. Friendly and fair and did I mention fast? I feel perfectly comfortable sending my wife there and thats not something I can say about every service shop.

I have used them several times and they have always done a great job. I recently got an enormous nail in my tire and they open early so they took care of me fast and to my surprise, they didnt charge me for patching it!

Long story short I took my car to a different place to get the tire repaired and instead of telling the truth, they took a different route- telling us much more was needed and wanting to charge us over $600. Not sure why anyone goes here other than its close by? Lost one of my chrome lugnuts and they dont give you a lot of confidence in the mechanics. Got an alignment that required 4 test drives on to be told rotating the tires fixed the problem! Didnt want the tires rotated, just had them done elsewhere! Have bought tires here when I was new to area but since have discovered others just off First street... Dont bother!

These guys are the best! They are very friendly and even though they are in business to make money thats not the first thing on their minds. Multiple times they have looked at my car and charged me nothing. For example, I brought my car for an alignment and after spending their time getting it on the lift and checking it out they correctly informed me that my steering linkage had worn parts that meant an alignment would be ineffective. I thanked them, ordered the parts, and fixed the car. Brought it back to them and they aligned it and gave me a 3 month warranty on the alignment at the lowest price I could find in Simi Valley. Great experience!

Always helpful and honest! They do more than just tires.Had some noises (clanking) when I drove my Kia Sorrento and a steering fluid leak. Yeah-I was thinking this is going to cost a fortune and I may be better off not fixing it. Skyler and team diagnosed the problems then called me with an affordable estimate-which I approved. Ive been a Tire Pros customer for years - But never again. For years I have had problems with them breaking things on my cars and trucks. But they had good prices and were just down the street. The last few sets of tires, I removed the tires from my vehicle and brought them just the wheels so they could not break as many things. Still had problems when Id call and they would say All Done only to get there to find that the tires had not even been touched. Got so bad that I just cant deal with them again. Not sure where Ill go now, but it will never be Tire Pros again.

Highly dont recommend using these guys. The Manager as well as the owner are not people of their word. My brother had a situation that he thought would get resolved and they turned to the easy way out and lied to him. We have been residents of Simi for over 35 years and this is definently a business I would never recommend to my friends or family.

Great service - one stop for smog check & registration renewal

I went to Tire Pros as we had a slow leak in a front tire. I have been to other places that will repair for free in hopes youll come back and buy tires, not so with Tire Pros. Pulled wheel, tubbed it. In a hurry and couldnt find a leak. Dismounted tire and declared repaired. Charged $20 and went on my way. Now the slow leak is worse, went back. Pulled wheel in a hurry, tubbed it, declared no leak. Dismounted, cleaned up bead and resealed tps valve stem. Said if not fixed needed to replace tps valve stem for over $100. Went home, leaking still. Finally did what I should have done in the first place, pulled wheel myself and tubbed it. Took my time, found small pin hole leak in tread. Plugged, no leak. Not spending the big bucks with them so no time to spend with me. For the performance tires and off road tires we need for our cars and trucks, we save $200 to $350 on every set. The first couple times I even brought them to Tire Pros to mount and balance. $15 per wheel, not bad. Now its $25 per wheel and ridiculous!! Now I go to TONYS TIRES on L.A. ave. and pay $10 for mounting and balancing. He is happy to have the business and takes care of his customers, no matter how little they spend. As a customer if you have an extra couple hundred to give to Tire Pros for no reason thats fine. I have the money but choose to use it for other things than supporting a business that is to busy and fast paced to pay attention to every customer.
