Horrible experience. We brought our van in for a problem (had to wait two weeks to be seen in the first place) and got our van back in even worse condition with two totally new problems. Turned around and brought it back right away and they said that was normal (yeah right) so we drove it home since it was so late, hoping it would work itself out. The next day it was even worse so we brought it back and they said theyd have to wait another two weeks for it to be seen. And all this cost us nearly $1000. Not happy. Told the manager and he didnt seem to care at all. Dont come to this shop if you care about your vehicle.

The sales associate was very nice and helpful but the finance team is horrible to say the least!!! We told the finance team that we would be going through our own bank to make the purchase, the gave us a price that was a little more then the cash option price which we were fine with, the finance manager urged us to finance through them, which we deferred the offer and let them know we were already approved through our bank for the price they gave us. The finance manager then told us that if we do not go through them for the loan that he was going to up the price on the truck!? What!!! Seriously? We asked why and he said with it being a cash buy they would not make enough money for the truck!!! If u wanted to make more money on the truck then why price it as a cash option of a certain price and tell a customer that your going to charge them more for going through their own bank?!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I would give zero stars but that is not a option!!

We left our home going on a short spring break trip, when our Ford Escape started experiencing problems. We searched and Superior Ford was just 2 miles away. We were greeted at the service counter by a very friendly, and helpful service technician, who came out side and gave a quick diagnostic evaluation and said he would have a service worker pull it around to look into the issue further since we were a ways from home. Upon that inspection they came to conclusion that we could not drive the car until it was fixed. We call our daughter to come get us, while waiting the Sales Manager Mackenzie Curvin came over to check on us, asked if we needed anything while we waited, and informed us they would get our vehicle working in as quickly as possible so we could continue on our way. The service was amazing, the car was ready 2 days later, and the staff was so helpful, calling to let us know what the trouble was, and then kept us updated on the repairs. This dealership offers amazing service, and we will certainly make the drive for any future repairs and vehicle purchases. A+

Im from Tulsa, and went to Natural Falls State Park on July 2nd for a wedding. The starter went out on my Ford F150 truck. Thankfully I had AAA, a tow truck arrived in about in hour and towed it to Superior Ford. At first I was given a date of July 10 for repairs, but on July 5th, Alex called me and said they could get a starter and have it repaired by noon today, July 6th! It ended up being finished actually yesterday, July 5th but I could not get there in time before closing. They did awesome repairing my truck in a very timely manner. The guys I spoke to were very friendly. Very good service.

Not extremely pleased.I set up an oil change and tire rotation.I also wanted to have the check engine light diagnosed, so I would know what needed to be fixed.Upon arrival, I was told it would cost $120 to run the diagnostics to see what code its throwing.I said no. We will not be doing that today.(I had already had it checked, for FREE, at OReilys. I knew what code. But wanted to have the dealership check it and proceed with a quote to fix it.)Oil change went well. Tires were rotated. Upon inspection, I was told my brake pads were in the yellow. That within 2 oil changes, they will need replaced.Ok, Im fine with that.But brand new brake pads were put on 6 months ago.And they went ahead and ran the diagnostics... for free.Im glad they did. I appreciate it.But why was it $120, then it was free?I wouldve been skinned for $120 had i said yes go ahead.

They left an half empty vodka bottle in my rental car!I wish I could give less stars than one. The previous service manager who doesnt work there anymore and the Sales manager Jeff Kemp were extremely unprofessional in resolving the issue. I didnt think I had look in the floorboard of the passenger seat for open alcohol bottles! When I brought it to their attention, they laughed and said Well, good thing you werent pulled over. They offered nothing to help a paying customer other than that previous statement. Jeff said in front of me and the other man I dont have time for this. I think open alcohol in a car is a big enough deal to assist a customer that could have gone to jail for 30 days if they got pulled over and shocked the dealership would miss something like that.It has been several months as Ive been debating on whether I should publicly review them, but it weighs on my conscience that other people should stay away from this place or get misdemeanors from driving a free rental from them! No wonder the employee who said that to me doesnt work there anymore.The other gentlemen in the service department were quick, kind, and helpful, but the management get zero stars.

I have taken my truck here for a few years. Things started going down hill about a year ago. They started suggesting that I replace my brakes. I had two other repair shops look at it and they both indicated that my brakes were fine.The final straw was when I dropped my truck off today (by appointment) and called to check on it and they had completely forgot to service it.

Hope you don’t ever need to get ahold of anybody. I have been calling and leaving messages for three weeks with no callback. I made the hour drive over, spoke to Justin who said I didn’t have the correct documents (if someone would have called me back then maybe I would have) and that I could email the documents in. He said if I didn’t receive a response within 3 business days to call and ask for him. I sent the email and received no response. I’ve called twice asking for Justin with no call back. Incredibly frustrating.

I will start by saying I dislike shopping for a new vehicle. It typically takes a very long time, and is stressful on so many levels. However, our experience with Monty and the entire Superior team was a game changer. Everyone was extremely friendly and beyond helpful. They made us feel comfortable during the short amount of time it took them to get through the paperwork process, and even brought us snacks for our one year old. I’ll be going back for every vehicle purchase In the future.

I traveled from Idaho to Arkansas to visit family over New Years. My 2013 F150’s brakes got hard and I took it to this dealership. Alex at the service counter was polite and got me in quickly.While waiting, my son and I test drove a beautiful F-450. I was surprised and pleased to find that the salesman was knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions about the truck.After an hour, Service diagnosed the problem as a bad brake booster and charged me $118 for the diagnosis. I replaced the brake booster, for another $130. Unfortunately, this didn’t fix the problem. I ended up finding a faulty vacuum pump. I contacted the dealer regarding the misdiagnosis and was refunded my $118.I plan on visiting the area in the future.
