Terrible terrible terrible came in to Troy store got my hearing checked was told needed hearing aids OF COURSE went ahead bought them paid cash was told free checks and supplies for 3 years called to make an appointment in mid June was told not eligible until mid July I’d have to wait mid July showed up at Troy and there’s a note on the door they are closed. Great way to do business☹️Called Sidney this morning was told I had to pick them up they won’t mail them. Wow that’s convient and Great Customer Service. NOT. So now I can pick them up on a Tue night before 7When you call in they are not friendly or understanding at all and so much for getting your check up and having your hearing aids checkedI wouldn’t recommend them to anyone very rude and unprofessional

When I got my hearing aids 4 years ago, I was told that I would get free lifetime batteries and also free ear pieces, plus they would clean and check them and make any adjustments. Now for the ear pieces it would cost me 15 to 50 dollars. For them to clean and check them it would be $50. I wonder if they charge for batteries too. Not too happy.Robert Pullins
