Was approached by salesperson who’s first comment was should I get the keys? We then went inside to sit and discuss. After the initial offer he was very sharp with his comments making as if I was being stupid to not take his deal When I asked if this was the best they could do he said and told me to take a picture of offer in case I change my mind. The problems with the USB hub on the dashboard continue. It is apparent that the problem lies within the actual dashboard hardware and not the iPhone OEM charging cables. Bumps continue to briefly disconnect the Apple Play feature on a daily basis.

Made a service appointment to review check engine light. Dropped car off on evening of Thursday, 4/22. Called several times on Friday/Saturday but there was no update. Called 3 times on Monday for an update. Was put through to voicemail in Service every time. No call back. Needed car back so picked it up Monday afternoon and was told it was never looked at for 3 days and we never had an appointment (which we did) and no availability for two weeks. Actively looking for new mechanic.

Customer service has always been A+ here. I was sorry to hear that a few employees caught Covid and the whole dealership/service center was forced to close for a few weeks. I was shocked when I came in a week after after opened up again and the employees werent really enforcing the mask mandate for customers and were being lackadaisical about it themselves. Im not confident in how clean my vehicle will be when its done in the service center so Ill be giving that a deep cleaning myself.

The sales person Aaron was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with and made an often stressful process a whole lot easier. Also while we were at the dealership My wife and I had a puppy with us as we had no-one to have cared for him, the dealership including all of the sales people were very welcoming on the several days we were in and out during the process. The opinion Liz and I took away from that experience was that the staff in Circle Chevrolet truly liked one another and were close knit. We had a concern about one issue during our purchase and both owners who are on-site addressed the issue straightaway making our concern a non-issueDuring our search for the vehicle we ultimately purchased from Circle Chevrolet we had been to several New Jersey Dealerships and had contacted several others related to the vehicle we wanted to buy, Hands down Circle was three steps above them all. Place is great. We own a small business in the local area. Bill and the team took care of us like family. Bent over backwards to help us get into the trucks we needed. We have spent over 100k in their dealership. Always felt good after every purchase. I had a problem with the tire pressure gauge which was not resolve as it has come on again. I filet the person that called me to confirm what I wanted done did not listen to me or even want to hear my explanation. The rest of the experience was good. However, now I have to schedule another appt. after the service manager called to find out why I was unhappy.

*I am updating this review per the response that Circle Chevrolet gave me to my original post (attached below). They are clearly disorganized and their records are incomplete when they rebuttal. I did have a scheduled appointment. Ive attached picture of my confirmation email of my 9:15am appointment for 8/1/19. When I arrived I was never told by our service advisor Joe that I didnt have an appointment. Joe was able to look up the appointment in his computer under my name. It was my mother-in laws vehicle that needed the repair so we came in with two vehicles so that we didnt have to stay and wait in the waiting room. I told Joe we were not going stay in the waiting room and we would be leaving to run errands. He told us that it was okay for us to leave and then he confirmed my phone number so he could reach me if he had any updates. He also provided me with his business card so we could call if we had any questions. Ive also attached a copy of his business card. I am very disappointed with the way this dealership has conducted itself.Original post: I had a 9:15am appointment for a flat tire issue. The tire did not get looked at until 1pm. I was told that the tire could be patched and I waited another hour for it to be repaired. I did not leave the dealership until 2pm. I waited FIVE hours for a simple patch repair. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership.

I made an appointment for 7 am to have roof rails installed. I had been told it would take about an hour. Two and a half hours later I was told the rail installation was being completed and would take another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I was told the rails couldnt be installed because they were damaged. I looked at the video to install them and it should take about 15 minutes but I waited for 3 hours to be told they were damaged. It was my first experience with service and not a good one.

Mark Ziorro was extremely helpful in solving my problem. My local Chevy dealer was giving me a hard time with the repairs to my 2017 Volt shifter harness repair Parts # 84733196 is on back order but I found one in a dealer 1 1/2 hours away from my home. So I arranged to pick it up and get my car back to my local dealer, now they tell me that their policy is that they Dont install other dealer parts. Than I call Circle Chevy and spoke to Mark, he took care of this ASAP. under warranty when the other dealer wanted to charge me $194.00 the replaced this common problem with these vehicles! I will never go back to that dealer again! (All American Chevy 0 Customer Satisfaction)

This dealership is what other dealerships should aspire to become. They are not the largest or most fancy. What they are is a throwback to a time when people where honest, patient and vested in mutual success. They didnt pressure us to buy or make things uncomfortable or contentious. It was a great experience overall.

Amazing dealership and an amazing sales team! Andrew Feldman helped extremely getting me into my new camaro ss at the price I was trying to be at. no other dealership offered the same price and I went everywhere. Once I called Andrew however he got me at the right price right away no haggling back and forth no gimmicks! Avoid this place. Looked at a CPO vehicle after I was told theyd beat other offers Id received. Got up there and no one had the time to deal with me. Tried once more through e-mail to see if there was any flexibility on their price and received a reply that no, they were firm on their price. Literally, the next day they lowered the price $1,000. Interesting way to do business.Reply to your reply: 27 notes on 2 or 3 conversations and all wrong. Never offered $10k less than your listing price. Showed you a similar vehicle for for $1k less and asked if you could beat it. I brought my Tahoe in for you to look at but no one had time and it had 149k on the odometer, not 198k. Take better notes on your customer service. No need to e-mail you - bought another vehicle from a straightforward dealer who doesnt play games. Your 3 year old Tahoe with 25k miles had more scratches and dents than my 10 year old Tahoe with 149k miles on it. No thanks.

We had an excellent experience with Circle Chevrolet this past month. This is our 8th car as a family that we have purchased through the Circle family in Shrewsbury over the past 15 -20 years. ( One last month for my other son at Cutcle Hyundai) It was my son’s first car buying experience. Kevin, Scott (finance) and team were patient and kind as my son wanted to test drive several cars. He ended up buying the 2021 Trailblazer, Activ and he loves it. I’d recommend Kevin Gleason to anyone looking to buy a car.

Well… I took my car in because I had a check engine light that was coming on and off for an exhaust leak and my car wouldn’t pass emissions due to sensors not being ready after numerous drive cycles. Also, one of my belts was squeaking. I provided emissions write ups and videos of the squeaking for them. There was no communication between the dealership. Jimmy said he would call when they had found out what they needed to do. He didn’t. I called him. The receptionist assured me he was at his desk, would patch me through, and he just wouldn’t answer. Finally I got through, and he informed me it would be $2,000 to fix everything, which I agreed to. I picked up my car approximately one week after dropping it off. While it was there, my boss came into work asking if my dad had been driving my car because he saw someone driving my car around with the top down. Sure enough it had an extra 40 miles when we picked it up and an empty gas tank. Upon picking it up, the valet pulled it around and it was still squeaking, but I had to go so I took a video, and left. Later that day my check engine light came back in. I brought it back. Jimmy saw me pull in and went outside for a smoke break for 10 minutes. Jimmy said he would call in the morning and tell me what’s wrong. Guess what, he didn’t. Three days later my parents called the manager and told him everything and he assured us that the car was not taken for a “joy ride,” they had to drive it for diagnostic purposes. I did not take it in for the convertible top and I’m still not sure why that had to be down for their drive. (They did not close the top properly, which caused a flood in the convertible compartment). So, I found a different mechanic who I will be taking it to. They didn’t fix anything the second time. The receipt said “there is no squeaking belt” this time. The only reason I am giving this place two stars instead of one is because the receptionists and valet people were very nice, helpful, and respectful. I had a better conversation with the valets than the incompetent service technicians. The receptionist was also willing to work with us and understood our pain when Jimmy wouldn’t answer our phone calls. My car is no better off, was absolutely taken for a joy ride, and I am out $2,000.

There was no communication from the dealership. We would always have to call to get an update from them.After the truck being there for 3 days we called and asked for a manager and a random lady got on the phone who didn’t introduce herself and said the part was on back order. When asked who she was she replied “someone helping out”. When we finally got a manager he said he would call us back with an update later that day. He never called back.And most of the time the advisor, Jimmy, wouldn’t even get on the phone to talk to us. We were called that the part was in and that the truck would be ready the following day. Two days later when we didn’t hear we called and was told the truck wasn’t even touched yet.Then when the truck was finally ready and I picked up I noticed after arriving home that parts in the back floor were not put back correctly and that wires were loose.I have dealt with GM/ Chevy for over 20 years and never had a worse experience. I will never return to this service center.George or anybody else never reached out to me. Such horrible customer service.

So shopping for cars is not typically an enjoyable experience, but the guys and gals at Circle Chevy/Hyundai make it less painful Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful. Even after all of the paperwork was finished and signed, they helped to be sure I got the best value for my purchase. Be sure to see salesmsn Billy3 (yes with a 3) and talk to Scott for financing. Worst service experience I have ever had. After having my car for a week and not fixing the issue. I made another appointment for fist thing Monday morning and dropped my car off Sunday night. They decided not to even look at the car all day then didn’t call me. I was forced to contact them the next morning and found out the part I need will take a week and a half but was under factory warranty. I was never given the option of a loaner car. When a week and a half came and went. I called again and found that they never told me my part is on back order and my car has no estimated date of being fixed. They are supposed to give me a loaner car but it’s been 3 days and I don’t see it happening. There service manager is never there, so forget complaining to him. I called corporate and reported the company as well as the issue with my vehicle. I will never go back to this service department again.

Unprofessional, disrespectful personnel! As a transporter I needed to pick up vehicle today for my customer. Around noon called them to schedule pick up. Used car manager prepared car and scheduled pick up for 1:30 pm, then I called again to reschedule and they told me “no later than 8 pm”. I’ve been there at 7:50, but didn’t let me to pick it up, saying “only before 5 pm, come tomorrow”. So because this guys didn’t want to work till 8pm, three of my customers will not receive vehicles at time, and maybe next three too. So cars is everywhere the same, but the service is not. If you looking for customer oriented service better check nearby dealers!

I went in to have my 2018 Suburban CPO serviced for the first time. Carmine was my advisor. He knew nothing about how CPO worked and essentially berated me for not buying the car brand new. I asked him if he could help me with the remote start and had no clue that for it to work you need to hold down the button instead of pressing it over and over. Then he was supposed to call me back to set up an appt to have my rims repaired and windshield chip repaired through my supplemental warranty and again made me feel like I’d gotten ripped off by the selling dealer. Never called back to set up the repair. I called in and he was not answering his page. I left a number and never received a call back. Ritz Carlton this place is not. Find another dealership for service.. I’m being generous with one star..

Hyundai has horrible service at Circle Hyundai in Shrewsbury, New Jersey and corporate office. I asked about a gas cap and dealership gives attitude whole time then tells me he wont give part number because he doesnt want me be able to buy somewhere cheaper. Then Hyundai corporate office rep Victoria tells me nothing they can do. I just have to try again at dealer or randomly call other dealers and hope for better results. Hyundai service is apparently as bad as their cars.Response to nonsensical response from business:#1 - I never said I wanted to buy it somewhere else . That was your incorrect assumption. I already knew the part number. I wanted the part number for verification that is was the right part.#2 - The fact that this business is so paranoid about you finding lower prices implies they are extremely overpriced.#3 - Your analogy about asking a store for SKU is idiotic. Walmart as well as most reputable stores list SKU / part numbers right online with product listing. You are either Luddite or disingenuous. Furthermore, its a poor comparison because I already own a Hyundai which you represent just as poorly.

Id give zero stars if I could. They held my registration hostage.for 2 weeks. For reasons unrelated to the registration. My temporary plate expired and they refused to give me a new one. I then got hit with 2 tickets because of having no registration and they refuse to pay the tickets. And the only reason they sent me my plates was because I put a complaint on with the better business bureau.You seem to be blaming this on me when I have a text message from your salesman Dan d. Saying and I quote yes we have your plates and registration however we are waiting to send them.You got the registration on February 27th I got my tickets on March 6th.if there were any of these so called problems I shouldve been contacted. I guess you dont do that due to your lack of professionalism

Bought a truck Thursday, had nothing but problems. Can’t get a loner car from them, had to send the truck 60 miles just for it to get worked on. Which I don’t trust their mechanic work, my transfer case is bad, parking brake doesn’t work trailer assist doesn’t work, headlights didn’t work.

I bought a 2010 Equinox in September of 2014 and have had nothing but problems with it since day 1. On the first day I brought it back within an hour of buying it for a check engine light,the saleman (Bill) cleared it and sent me on my way. Since then,in the 3 years I have had the car it has been in their shop for over a year. I have driven more courtesy cars and enterprise cars than my own. To try and get answers is like pulling teeth. One of the service advisors left my car,without doing anything on it or updating me for a month,constantly unavasilable and promising to call me back each time I called. The engine has been replaced more than twice,the transmission was serviced,rebuild and replaced and my A/C was supposedly fixed the end of June and two weeks later it was broken again and now they tell me they dont know whats wrong with it. I have brought back the car for engine issues at lease 10 times with metal fragments found in my oil and the car dying on me TWICE while driving and had to be towed to circle. Ive had to pay out of pocket for the vehicle to be towed there for service on more than one occasion. The salesman,Bill, has avoided me and given me the run around as well as a few other staff members. I even wrote an email to one of the owners,Robert, with absolutely no response. Anyone looking to buy from them,I advise you to STEER CLEAR! I wouldnt wish this nightmare on anyone!

Absolutely terrible service. I was under warranty and had my AC recharged and filled twice, they would test it and be unable to find the leak. After the 3rd time I was out of warranty and told they would still cover it as it started before I was out of warranty, they then charged me 300 dollars and would not return my car unless I paid, and were still unable to find the leak.I still have the leak a full 2 years later and they constantly call my phone with automated Spam calls, and send my old address spam mail. I have been asked to be removed from these lists countless times.

My husband bought a truck from here. Was told the truck had a lot done to it. Two days later the truck is in the shop and still is in the shop and hes had the run around. He had to tow the truck there 60 miles, had to rent a car, because the lady he spoke to told us there were no loaner cars. And because it is a plow truck he will now lose out on $1500-$2000 this Saturday 12/9, because someone didnt do there job and make sure the truck was safe and mechanically sound before selling it. This wasnt the only problem, Headlights didnt work when he drove off the lot salesmen told my husband come back in when you pick up your plates and well fix it. After having the truck for the two days, there were many other issues with it. Not the end of the world, but after spending the money we did, youd expect the truck would be road safe and that the options on the truck would work. Its a lack of inspection or care. They also told him they will fill the tank up, but didnt, left the truck on empty . I would avoid this dealership and its services.
