Great selection. Staff very friendly and attentive. At checkout, the manager went to the cashier and told her break time if you want. Then, he proceeded to thank her for doing a great job. That was the icing on the cake. For a manager to do that in front of customers goes a long way with me. Live that atmosphere.

Huge supply of wine and almost any liquor or other alcoholic beverage a person wants. Their stock is occasionally out, as I went in one day to buy a certain wine and they were out of stock. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding the products they carry.

Great customer service, wide variety where your just about guaranteed to find what your looking for and if you cant find it they have a full staff thats more than willing to assist. The prices are also quite reasonable and they often have great deals going on.

First time here, a lot of products, a lot of choices! Prices are better than mist places, all least for what I was shopping for. I was asked a few times if I need help, staff definitely attentive.

Wine and more is absolutely correct. So much wine. So much more. Also a healthy selection of cigars in their humidor room as well as scattered displays with libation-related items like wine bags and bottle openers. Staff is generally pleasant and the store is well-maintained. Parking can get dicey as this is in a popular plaza. Prices are market and fair. We go here for odd-ball items like craft sours and lambics.

Total Wine is totally stacked and stocked with enough booze to get a small nation intoxicated. The selection they offer is as wide as it is far reaching. The staff are very kind but could be more accommodating when it comes to locating specific items within the store. Apart from that, a very positive experience shopping here, and a great place to go most of the time when looking for something especially specific.

Ordering online doesnt mean it is available.I ordered and paid for a case of earthquake 2017. Order was confirmed and when I drove thirty miles to pick it up, I found that they substituted it with 2018 (which is not as good) and said there is no more 2017 available.Two weeks later, they still advertise 2017 though not available.They will still try to bait and switch.

We got to try some samples, excellent idea as we got a few extra bottles of the samples. They even have classes to teach you about wines and spirits. There’s a ton of staff in the store, but they seemed more concerned with chatting with eachother than helping the customers. Large selection of warm beers, but a laughable selection in the cooler. Austin Liquors has a massive cooler. Go to Austin’s if you want ready to drink beers & seltzers.

I had the most pleasant experience on Monday the 13 the of July.I returned 120 empty bottles from my pandemic recycle accumulation and, of course,because Murphy never sleeps the bottle container filled up after the first 20 bottles.Oh boy,I said to myself, it is going to take forever for the guys to empty it and the bottle return machine to be operable again.But surprise.This guy I Dan, of what I understood,one of the merchandisers come to help.Polite,handy, helpful and fast.I take my hat off.I had to compliment Chip, the Wine Manager for this model employee.If only people all people working in retail and pretty much hospitality industry would all have this attitude world would be a better place.Thank you guys.

Had a bad experience with their employee Nicholas. Tried to buy some brunello wines and their was Nicholas on his step ladder blocking our access. Waited 5 minutes for him to move ladder. He knew we wanted to get in there. But it didnt matter to him.I finally said it would be nice if you could move the ladder. His response was thats mean. Then he got off the ladder and left it there for us to move out of the way: passive aggressive. I see most of their negative reviews all relate to bad experiences with their employees. Maybe its time for new management

Honestly the best place to go. When they first came up here to Massachusetts everyone was fighting them because their prices as so low. You truly will not find lower prices and a wider selection.
