I have been to five or six different emerald City smoothies and this one is by far the best. Great service and an extensive selection of proteins. Along with good advice on drinks and additions to cater to your workout regiment, they are consistent in quality and service.

I have been to many different Emerald smoothies and this one & woodinville location are definitely my favorite!!! My drinks are always perfect. I’m not sure what the other ones are doing wrong but they don’t make drinks like this location!! Plus customer service is great here and they always remember my order!

Good smoothies strawberry banana is my favorite, a bit expensive but understandable considering the convenience of being right by a gym.

Best smoothies Ive ever had. So many choices and each one is delicious. Love the menu broken out into specific goals like eating green or weight loss. Staff is very attentive and usually asks how my day is going!

I dont know the name of the young man who was working tonight (April 14th 2021) but he deserves a raise or a promotion.He was working so fast and hard like he owned the shop. I commend his customer service! *long clap*

No mask during a PANDEMIC and wiped nose while making drink, didnt wash hands, bad attitude. Terrible, disgusting experience. I have a lot of patience with service workers and I know wearing a mask for 8 hours a day is a lot, but wiping a runny nose and not washing hands is downright revolting.

The cashier was rude and did not want to help me. She made it like I was bothering her. Oh and wear your masks people

Ordered today 8/22 using Doordash. I got a pineapple banana smoothie, huband got a mango banana smoothie. Both were delicious. Recommend more banana tho. Would eat here again!

Excellent service yesterday 6 May 2020. Very informative and custorment oriented as it should. Will be going again tomorrow to try another smoothie. I was also interested in their CBD products. The person who worked there answered all my questions and was able to pick the correct products. Wonderful experience.

Today was my second time going here. The first visit was pleasant and the smoothie was awesome and customer service was great. However, today wasnt as good as an experiences the cashier acted as if it wasnt normal 2give customers (myself) their change back without either being reminded or offered as a tip. Long story short the particular lady on duty today either has bad customer service skills, or just is picky about what customers she will treat as she would like2be treated. Moral of the story everything about todays visit was horrible including the smoothie.

I tried using a legitimate emerald city smoothie online coupon and the girls wouldnt accept it. They were rude to me and my smoothie was bland and watered down. I heard the girl say. No three waters. It sure seemed deliberate. Ive ordered the same drink before and it has never been so poor of quality. Im not a jerk and this is my 4th review. What a bunmer.

Knowledgeable, very pleasant, and helpfull staff. Clean store. A very extensive menu of delicous smoothies with alternatives for lactose intolerant. A good selection of snacks and protein as well.
