The actually eye doctor is nice and I like her. But the place never…never…. NEVER answers the phone. I literally just gave up on contacting them at this point lol.

Love love Mrs Kim, I have been going to her about 10yrs now and will not go anywhere else. Staff is always nice, same there from when I start going. She actually found my vision problem that could lead to blindness but she recommended I start using eye vitamins and when I say I can tell a difference, I can... my whole family goes to her.

I went into the Eye Doctor in July 2021....the doctor really dont do a good exam...and the way she dress with these outfit up your behind...its not professional at all...the staff dress better than the doctor....she really need to put on some clothes ....and the material fee is for what ?????

Didnt check for glaucoma or cataracts. Never touched my eyes. Went in and out with same power of contact, which I. Couldnt see out of. Took my glasses in also. Couldnt see my hand in front of my face. The female physician refused to make my contacts right and said I could go somewhere else, after she had used my insurance. She had purple hair, rude, mini skirt on that. Her butt cheeks could almost be seen. Very unprofessional. 👎

OMG........The staff here is AMAZING! I tried my best to cancel and my wife made me go (sound familiar guy’s?), and am I ever glad I did.Everyone was stellar and treated me like I mattered and made the overall experience totally “cool beans”!Please don’t visit another eye doctor anywhere but here. They now have a customer for life and Doc, your hair is AWESOME 👏!!!

This is a great place for the entire family. Everyone can an eye exam here. Both children and adults. The atmosphere is relaxed. You feel at ease and calm during your exam. Your patronage is appreciated 🤗🤗🤗🤗 The staff is very professional and friendly 👌👌👌👌

Dr. Kim is absolutely the best! I have been a patient since 2007, and Ive moved away from the area over four years ago, but I will still drive almost 30 minutes to for my annual check ups because of how wonderful they staff, and service is here! You are family not just another patient. BEST OPTOMETRY OFFICE IN ARKANSAS!!

I have been going here for over 10 years and absolutely love Dr. Kim and the staff. Everyone is helpful and she explains everything thats going on with and try to come up with the most affordable way to fix it. She is the best!

I have been taking my daughter to Kim since she was about 10..When she had her office in Lakewood. My daughter is now 25 and she still goes to Kim. Im writing this review because I think people should know how good Kim is, we moved to Texas 4 years ago and the eye doctor here sucks...We travel to back home to Arkansas to see Kim, In Texas I paid over $500 dollars for some name brand frames, but that was all I paid for because I cant see out of them, I will be going to see Kim myself in March...Cant wait I know she will fix me up, my daughter has been wearing glasses since she was about 5..Kim has her wearing contacts and she can see really well, I know I will get the same results. By the way...Her staff is awesome too.

I took my daughter to her back in January. And she diagnosed her with far siteness, and prescribed her glasses for reading. I looked at the prescription and decided on ones off the shelf. She continued to complain of not being able to still see at a distance. I finally took her to a ophthalmologist. The diagnosis was near sited, and her prescription was totally different. My daughter now has glasses with correct prescription. The insurance only pays for one eye exam a year which was use here but see my daughter light up being able to see was well worth the cost of the visit and new glasses. So dont waste your time with the eye doctor clinic.

My family and I have been going here for quite some time. We love the atmosphere and everyone is always nice and upbeat. I love the simple modern decor Dr.Kim has going on. Wait time is not long at all. We will continue to go here as long as Dr.Kim is here.

They were able to correct my vision to 20/25 when the best others could do was 20/40. The world is a lot more sharp and crisp now. I am really satisfied with my visit to the Eye Doctor.

An outstanding experience. Dr. DeVitt is friendly and professional as is her staff. For simple single lens frame prescriptions, they have their in-house facilities to expedite your glasses. Ive used a few optometrist over the years and she is by far my favorite. I highly recommend Dr. DeVitt.

I took my daughter here last year and I came back myself because everyone here is very kind, informative and makes you feel at ease.She loves her colored contacts and I Love my glasses!

Ive got severe dry eyes and she helped me so much after another doctor couldnt. Staff is great- they are always working hard! Their clinic is pretty busy.

Had a pair of glasses that one lens was broken. Tried several different places in Sherwood, and NLR.Best price I could get was $300.00. One place said they could not even fix....Stop by the Eye Doctor because it was the last place close to home. $185.00. Will never go anywhere else. The Eye Doctor regularly donates old glass, and or lenses to the Lion Clubs. These glasses will be cleaned, repaired, and sent to 3rd World countries.

This Lady is not only a fine doctor. But one of the most laid back and coolest ladies I have ever met. I will be referring her to everyone I know. She will be my doctor for LiFe!

Glasses didnt last a year before they broke. Replaced them since they were under warranty. Broke the same way again in less than a year. When I went back, they basically told me they couldnt be fixed and I could get new ones in October. Lol guess I dont have to see until then.Also, tried a new brand of contacts and did some research to find that theyre apparently known for causing increased infections. Staff, in general, seemed unfriendly most of the time. Very disappointed.

My children and I always have a great experience and with my insurance I am able to get my glasses the same day. I love the staff!

Glasses are fine. But...the staff and doctor seemed cold and unfriendly. We will not go back.

Busy office w/great service & selection...Prices are very reasonable...they do not try to milk your insurance!
