They had Keto items you cant find everywhere. I had previously ordered Smartcakes and Smartbuns online. Also have a good selection of Bang energy drinks. The girl working wasnt knowledgeable about prices etc. Maybe she is new. They also make smoothies but I didnt try one.

The açaí bowls are the best!! Better than any place I have found so far! The staff are very friendly and are always quick to take my order.

Absolutely love this place, I moved to Sherman and was told there was no place to get protein shakes or bowls, and then I was turned on to the War Room, it has changed my lunch breaks!!!! ❤❤❤

Excellent Experience! Knowledgeable Staff! 5 stars! My experience with Total Nutrition in Sherman was really great. Instead of a typical chain store feel this store has a very honest and knowledgeable staff who asks nutritional questions rather than pushing the most expensive body builder product on you. I feel like this is actually a NUTRITION store with a friendly and inviting atmosphere! A great business model for this area. 5 stars!

Hey its Gabriel. I dont usually do reviews but first impression is everything. Ive been lifting and using supplements for a couple years on and off. This place and there staff are very knowledgable and went above and beyond. You guys will be my supplement store from now on.

Owner is friendly and has great products to offer. Protein shakes that are offered are fantastic.

Larry was very helpful and helping me with what I brought I plan to be a life time customer the products I brought are delicious and healthy.

The guy working there was nice but the lady was rude and unpleasant. Will just go to Green Market next time I want a smoothie.

Terrible first time there. If it was possible i wouldnt have even selected a star to rate this place. My husband and I went there to get smoothies and check out the place because someone said I should try it out. The lady working, seemed to be the owner but not for sure, made our smoothies had the worst customer service, was very rude stared at us the entire time...no conversation, was very short and so on. When going to the check out she asked if we were in their system; I replied No we were not and that it had been out first. Not once did she ask would you all like to be apart of it or entered in or anything of that sort. Just plain rude. Atleast the gentleman there spoke to us and attempted to conversate. We will not be returning. Last but not least the smoothies werent the best at all nothing like we expected. Just very disappointing all around.
