Had a simple problem that I just didnt know how to fix in my car stereo. Came in without an appointment gentleman took time to help me fix my problem and get my audio system looking right. Courteous professional service and didnt want to charge me next to anything. Great business wonderful customer service.

Wouldnt recommend anyone other than them. Great place. Love it.

Started out with a single 12 and wanted to add a little more so they convinced me to down grade my sub model to handle 2 subs which I did and that pair blew they replaced them and they blew again and now they will not warranty them because they have already been warrantied once. But in the same scenario if you buy a pc and it breaks they replace it, if it breaks again they will replace it until the warranty is up. I will have to find another audio shop that will honor their warranties. If its a 1 year warranty then its good for one year. I will never shop here again!

I would not recommend this place to anyone they think a prefab box is the same as a custom absolutely have no clue what they are talking about I would recommend Ear Mart over this place

Excellent customer service! Went in to get parts to fix my stereo and they went above and beyond to find out what the problem and helped with everything I needed. Extremely impressed!

Great service. Very nice people to deal with. They installed my new Kenwood in and it works great! Very cost efficient on radio, labor and all items included.

These guys may give good service if you show up at the door but they NEVER answer the phone. I tried calling several times and the phone just rings and rings but NO ONE ANSWERS!

Staff is not rude, they are just very specific, I love this place always will! Sherman sucks but I come from dallas to here these guys rock. One newborn they goto rid of horrible job installing My stereo and grounds using a screw never stripping paint even. Now they got a good crew
