Very friendly and kind salesmanship but was not informative enough on the pros and cons of the half vs full split beds. The feet warmers are horrible on your heels. Sheets are extremely expensive and not very soft. The bed is uneven...feels like a blow up mattress. You can not sleep next to your partner without being very uncomfortable with the half-split bed...the crack is very wide...your shoulders fall into the crack if you sleep on your side. Hate to be so negative but for us an almost $10,000 dollar it bed ought to be very comfortable...its not!! The delivery service was poor. They set it up wrong and that was one reason the bed was so uneven...the first year we had the bed it was a nightmare. Had to come and re-service twice after that. The two stars are because the store staff was friendly and they will come back out to try and fix problems...but who wants problems??Ordered new sheets....just opened them....wrong size.

Nothing like a store getting you to buy an item then when it isnt a good fit, first suggest an item to exchange it for, then, oh, its another $50? I have purchased several pillows of equal quality online and never had an issue returning for full refund. Then because I didnt read the fine print (my fault) when told could bring it back within 30 days, then tell me they only do exchanges. Both the salesperson and manager hid behind the sorry nothing we can do. Guess where I will not go when I replace my mattress?At least when I donate it to Goodwill someone will hopefully be a better match and it will help their efforts in our city and community

Great location to get a new sleep system, Sleep Number beds are amazing, Id bet that you have a friend or family member that sleeps on one with a 2 thumbs up kind of experience! Try it yourself, theres a reason Sleep Number is partnered with the NFL!

I was not disappointed with the helpful and kind service that was given to us there. I had questions about the bed and wanted to see what was right for me. They allowed me to try a few and I found what was right for my backaches. I highly recommend Sleep Number to everyone that are searching for the best sleep and comfort they can get.

I purchased a new mattress from you in April or early May of last year. This is without a doubt the most horrible mattress I have ever owned. I bought a memory foam mattress because a friend recommended it. It is lumpy and impossible to sleep on. I absolutely dispose this product. I cannot sleep. I hurt all over. You should stop selling this mattress

I really expected to have to deal with a car salesman when I went into this store. I was pleasantly surprised. The salesman was one of the nicest individuals I have ever met. No high pressure at all. Great service! Best experience I ever had shopping for a new bed.

Tim and Shane worked together to make our experience as easy as possible. Tim helped with the initial part of having us find the right bed. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He was not pushy and helped us find the right bed for us. We had to take a few days and organize the funding for the bed and Shane helped me get set up while Tim was away. Still waiting on the bed to come in but my experience in the store was excellent.

ABSOLUTELY No pressure sales. Knoledgeble sales person. Demoed 4@ S# beds. Provided pillows, sanitary pillow guard. Asked reasonable sleep associated questions. Provided through answers to our questions.Would recommend S# to friends, family, anyone for a NO pressure, NO hassel, sales experience. Purchased S# 6, 2 pillows, mattress cover, VERY Satisfied with purchase, delivery, set-up, and products !!!

I walked into the store looking like I was going to Walmart not Target If you get what I am saying. It was my day off and I basically had just rolled out of bed and stopped by to try the one I thought I wanted out before dragging my husband kicking and screaming in there, so I was expecting a “Pretty Woman” type experience because I sure didn’t look like I was in the right place. It didn’t matter to D’Anne. She treated me respectfully, took her time with me and told me everything about the P10 sleep number bed. I had researched the beds for a long time and knew what I wanted but had to convince the husband. I left with my quote and brought my husband back after he got off work. He asked her a million questions and she answered each and everyone knowledgeably and with great patience. She worked really hard to get us the best deal on the bed we wanted along with accessories, bedding and pillows too. In my opinion she went above and beyond. This lady clearly understands the concept of making a lifelong customer. One that will continue to return to buy those high dollar sheets and pillows for years to come, even after her bed gets delivered.

I purchased one of these beds approximately 3 years ago. Have not had a good nights rest since. Terrible products. Hopefully reading this review will spare someone else the suffering that my wife and I have gone through. Get a real mattress, not a glorified air mattress. Wish I could rate this company and its well beyond poor product even lower.

Their demo wouldnt work when we went in to look for a new mattress and they didnt seem to know what was going on or how to get it to work.

Terrible experience. Dont do business with them . Will not back their products. They burned my butt.
