Looking for what I need was easy! Checking out was fast and friendly and when I had dropped my keys an employee had picked them up for me! Shopping at Target is ALWAYS a great experience that every retail should give.

This is a Super Target, which sells a lot more than clothing and household items! It has all the basics one would need to stock an average house. They had many items on sale when I went and all were well stocked. If you like Target, you will love this one.

I like using the 10% off and the employees are so friendly.

They staff was helpful locating an item. Customers and drivers are rude and inconsiderate.

I simply enjoy Target stores. They are always clean. Im not crazy about their gender-neutral approach to restrooms and toys, but I feel certain this craziness will soon run its course.

Target is my go to store for groceries, they always have what I need. The store is always clean and the people there are very knowledgeable compared to Walm*rt. Also the self checkout is amazing! It doesn’t mess up like the ones at other places do. So I can quickly get what I need and leave. If you happen to have an issue there is always an employee there to help you and you don’t have to search one down.

This service is great! Way better than Squallmart. Their site is navigable, unlike Squallmart & my order is ready within 2 hours like they say. Target also doesnt force you to spend a minimum of $30 before they even have anything to do with you.

For the most part I really like the store. Always clean, staff is friendly. What you’d expect from target.I’ve been trying to call their front desk for 15 minutes. I’ve called 6 times and their automated system hangs up on you after it rings for 30 seconds.Nobody is answering the phones at all. I’ve even tried connecting to other departments, nobody answers there.I don’t want to have to drive from another town to ask a question about their return policy.

Love the convenience and quick response time when I arrive at the store. The employees are always super pleasant as well. 🙌🏼

I always have a great experience when shopping both online and in store. I love the products they offer in EVERY department! Everything is priced pretty good, as well! I also love how they price match and their Target Circle offers!

The store itself is good. I have a problem with the dining area though. It is usually messy and not wiped down. The trash can outside is usually overflowing. I have posted a picture to go along with this fact.

The person in front was moving signs on uncharged scooters to be charged, just when plugging them in, causing me to twice take off on almost dead scooters.Found dresses on rack priced $15 tags matched sign. Dresses scanned 24.99. Associate argued only one dress a tank style was that price. I said thats fraud. 3 associates simultaneously said have a nice day, in the most sarcastic tone. Im not coming back.

This was the first time I had ever used a pickup service. I am highly impressed with how fast it was, and the employees were so nice and helpful. The entire process was extremely fast and easy. The most important part for me was that they had the item that I had been trying to find for days. I thought it would be a horrible experience since its Christmas time, but it wasnt at all. Thank you Target. You have the nicest and most helpful employees Ive ever seen at any store Ive been to. Happy Holidays!

I spent half the day going from store to store looking for Raid Wasp and Hornet spray, then decided to see if using the Target app would be faster. They had a 2-can pack on sale and I was able to buy all 3 packs in stock. They were ready in about an hour, but I picked them up the next day. BTW NOTHING drops waps and hornets faster than RAID. Youre wasting your money on anything else. I have tried them all.

I went to Target in Sherman today. I was looking for a specific item but not finding it. Michael, who was working in the sports/camping area told me where to look and I headed that way. While I was looking in the area he sent me to, he found it in another area. He searched the store until he found me to help me find it. He went beyond what was required of him and I appreciated it.

It has everything I need,,and lots to browse through. Clean store, love how well lighted it is. I had a friendly, knowledgeable employee help me. Great place to shop.

Associates are always great with their customer service skills. A little hard to locate an associate for assistance at times. Store well organized and setup design makes it easy to know where your going to get specific items. Very clean and usually no long wait checkout lines. Again very friendly

This is like the third time Ive gone to this particular Target. And I have been blown away by the level service, the customer service, and amount of stocking done by this store.The go out of their way to help you and are courteous. The store is clean and well-stocked. And there is plenty of handicapped parking. Also amid the covid-19 virus, Target puts the customers Safety First!They have a dedicated person whose only job is to make sure every single basket that comes in is sanitized, including the motorized baskets for the handicapped!The customer service managers are dedicated to seeing that the customer goes through the line quickly and safely. Even to the point of opening up the customer service desk to check out handicapped customers. I know this firsthand as this happened to me and my roommate!!!!You do not see empty shelves all over the store like in Walmart. The quality of the goods in the store is better. I do wish that Target would put a store in Gainesville and then push Walmart out of business in this area.It may not be known by all but in supporting Walmart, youre supporting China and thats the country that covid-19 comes from.Much better to support a business that does not support China like Target!!

I love this particular Target store the most. It is extremely clean and well organized. It also has the friendliest and most helpful employees of ANY store Ive been to...and the Starbucks inside the store is the icing on the cake ;-)

Drive Up online order pick up is so convenient and everything has always been very easy and there have never been any problems.

Hate the design of the store. You have to walk all the way to the back of the store for groceries and then checkout and exit in only one place. NOT handicap friendly.

Its the only one in the area and I love target. The brands, the prices, and the quality of care from every employee.

I love the lovely items. And the great price for grocery.

I mainly go to Sherman because of the proximity. If youre looking for a more vast selection of products, McKinney is the place to go. Sherman usually has great clearance items but often times it gets salvaged out to goodwill or Dirt Cheap before it gets marked down anymore.

I love Target and my red card!!! The savings are always there! They always have the cutest clothes and pretty decent grocery selection. The staff are helpful.

Nice location just off of Hwy 75. Family goes shopping there every month or so whenever we get bored. Nice, convenient, friendly staff, overall good store to go to.

Its very easy to find what you need, and the floor plan makes a lot of sense. The isles have the right amount of space, and the store has a great selection of goods. The store also has a Starbucks in the front of the store.

One of my favorite stores! I love the phones where you can call for assistance. You receive help immediately! If there are not enough cashiers, all you do is tell a team member and they will call for extra staff to help check out customers. A lot of places wont or cant do that...

Store is always clean and well organized. We do most of our Christmas shopping here. They have a lot of items that are exclusive to Target. Makes their gifts a little more unique

Shipping & Receiving is racist. They will ignore you if youre any other race then white. Experienced it today. 3 Ppl looked at me, no one acknowledged me. So when i held the door bell for 10 secs. I get the attitude because trying to get some acknowledgement is disrespectful. Lol seems white

My wife, unfortunately left her credit card at a register on 4-4-16. When she called the store she told them her situation. Employee was professional and asked her to describe the card and asked for the middle initial. Then informed her that they had the card and it was turned into the mgr. AWESOME!! This was in the evening and we reside two hours away from this Target. My wife contacted target and asked if they would keep the card secured until she could get back there the next day, obtained the managers name etc. Target employees involved were very helpful. AWESOME!!!So the next day my wife drives two hours to Target in Sherman Tx, this time with only our infant and not all six other children. She arrives and is informed that her card has been destroyed, she then asks for proof that the card has been in fact destroyed and is informed that a subpoena would be required to provide proof!! Really a subpoena?? Target did not ask local police if the card should be destroyed? Target did not contact the bank the card is issued from, even though all required information is on the back of the card. Target employee/manager just decided to destroy the card, and now say they would need a subpoena to provide proof! Target, you had my wifes name and phone number, there was no attempt to contact her. I will be looking for the $50.00 you owe me for fuel. I applaud you on securing the credit card, but you Failed miserably on your customer relations.

When I walked in the store to pickup my order, right away I seen an Target employee cleaning the carts. I also seen another employee wiping down the self check station after every customer, including myself and had ask me to wait a just a moment so he could wipe the 1 i was going to before I used it.

Their bathrooms are beyond gross. This is a photo of their unisex bathroom ..which sadly looked cleaner than the ladies room when I took my 3 year old son to use the restroom today.But after I leave the restroom all I see are a bunch of teenage employees just standing around. Give them a job, thats what theyre getting paid to do..not just walk around and flirt with the other employees.I love target but this is gross bathroom and the employees are terrible. 10 or so lines 1 open..self checkout only 2 work. Get it together!

Store not well stocked at all with popular toys. Went to competitor, shelves well stocked with exactly what I was looking for. Prices too high. Only ONE UNISEX toilet for big store. No stalls. Just one toilet. Sickening.

We were here for over two hours in electronics waiting to purchase 3 phones and the lady in electronics deliberately skipped over us twice to help other customers and she was hateful and unprofessional.if I hadnt been here for so long I would go somewhere else. The store is fine. But the place you buy popcorn and drinks needs attention. Today the girl that waited on me didnt know what her job was. She didnt fill my popcorn bag up, she only put it halfway full and charged me full price. When I brought it to her attention, she still didnt fill it up. I ask her about getting a larger drink, and she acted like she couldnt do that. And this is the second time I have complained about their eatery. She was also munching on something and she didnt use gloves or wash her hands and touched food and the money. I dint know if I will buy from there again.
