I have been very happy with AldridgeAllHome. I needed help with repair to my top of the line wash machine that purchased only 5 years ago and the matching cloths dryer. I thought I could trust the company that I gave $2600 to. WRONG. I was referred to Aldridge AllHome. Success. Mark the owner sent out Clark and Tony. Perfect gentlemen. I am not the easiest person to please. As I said before, I am very happy. We have now purchased two wash machines and 1 cloths dryer. Speed Queen and Amana. 2 washers are needed as I will not wash dirty mechanics clothing in the home laundry wash machine. This is a VERY honest business. Do not let them perform any warranty work for you. Maytag has them as a service provider. They will promise to have the part in and installed in a couple days. For us it’s been a couple weeks and still no part. They have not returned any of our phone calls either.

I purchased a used freezer from them in June of last year (2018). I was told it had a brand new compressor in it. I paid $250. A month after I got it home, it quit cooling. Aldridge sent a guy to pick it up. They delivered it back repaired. Now, after nine months from the repair, the freezer has stopped cooling again. I tried calling multiple times, during business hours, and left messages. None of my calls were never returned. Though I do not live in Sherman or Denison, I decided to drive into Sherman to talk to them about fixing it. A young gentleman and I talked about what was wrong. He stepped to the back to talk to someone. When he came back he quoted prices to have it fixed.I told him I did not feel it was my responsibility since I had had the freezer for less than a year. His reply was “What do you expect, it’s a used freezer?” I told him I expected their workmanship to last longer than 10 mo. I will not pay them to fix what they couldn’t/didn’t fix properly before.My experience has not been good. I will not shop at this business, again.
Very awesome customer service! We are building a new house and we were going to go with buying items from Lowes and Home Depot due to my military discount, but Mark offered us prices that swung our business to him. Hes also amazing at helping you with your tile and flooring choices! Hes definitely helped relieve the stress for my wife and I on this building project. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help serve you!
I special ordered a fixture and they were very helpful and prompt, so I ordered another one and received the same excellent service. The best part of my experience is that when the contractor broke the glass package for the fixture, they replaced it at no charge. I was so happy with their service that I notified them of a special order for a ceiling fan and looking into a kitchen aid microwave.

This place is under new management and my experience was great! The manager was very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way, the prices were great and so was the selection, I felt very confident with the warranty they had to offer and I will definitely be going back to them for my next purchase!
I called Aldridge Appliance to replace the motor in my dryer. I told them the motor was out and I knew because another appliance repair company had told me it was, but I decided not to use them for the repair. They said they would come look and set up an appointment. I waited on the repairman for 2 1/2 hours the day of the appointment. He came in for 5 minutes and said the motor is out. I said I know the motor is out because I paid another appliance repair company $95 to tell me the motor was out. He charged me $86 for his 5 minutes of service after me waiting 2 1/2 hours on him. He said they would order the motor. I said since you were only here for 5 minutes and I told you the motor was out when I called, I expect some of this charge to apply to the labor of replacing the motor. A few days later they called and said the motor plus labor to install would be $286 (the motor is $129 of that). I said I expect some of the $86 I have already paid to apply to this. They said no. I asked to speak to the owner. He never bothered calling me. I said forget it. Please dont use this company. They do not care about the customer. I paid them $86 for absolutely nothing.
Had a repairman come over to fix my fridge and dishwasher. He fixed the fridge but told us that the dishwasher just needed to be leveled. The dishwasher is still leaking even though we did what he told us to. Not sure why he wouldnt level it and check to make sure it was fixed before leaving. I have tried contacting them for two weeks. They will not answer their phone or return the two voicemails left.

If I could give these people negative 10000000000 stars i would. I called to inquire about some info, I was spoken to rudely and hung up on. I called back and asked for the owner to make a complaint, turns out the owner was the one being rude the whole time and once again he hung up in my face. I called a 3rd time and this time a woman answers, I told her what had happened and she tells me this is the third time I called, do not call again or she will call the police on me!!!!!! I wouldnt have called back at all had you all not been rude and hung up in my face multiple times. Anyway I will not give my business to these rude devils. I hope they go out of business !!! If you feel as though you should be treated with respect and like a human being dont do business here, these people will make you feel like a piece of garbage.
