Ace hardware store is great place, staff is friendly and they have good stuff for sale; reminds me of the old hardware stores

We have always been happy with acre hardware/Ben Franklin. This time of year they have a greenhouse that has some of the best prices on plants in town. Their fathers day sale is time to shop as well. Bird food 2/$10 and patio furniture on nice sale. Ben Franklin also does really nice grab bags of products for $10

I love that they have a very nice Ben Franklin craft store .. I buy quilt fabric, nice quilt fabric, most times I stop by. I also get notions and other craft supplies. My husband can do some hardware store shopping at the same time and we both live the free popcorn.

Its definitely the helpful place. I think that Ive found everything Ive ever needed thanks to the staff. The offer a decent selection, and ACE brand alternative for many tools.My main complaint is the prices feel a bit high for Sheridan. We now have a Home Depot nearby that offers competitive pricing and ACE still doesnt get that. But unlike the bigger box store, ACE is small – you dont have to walk five miles to find what you need.
Best popcorn in Sheridan. I know, popcorn as the highlight, but dang. You go in for pipe fittings, wiper blades, a grill or even yarn, and get popcorn as a treat. The staff is really helpful as well, they always know how to help. I guess Ace really is The Helpful Place

Old school Hardware store. Friendly, knowledgeable, are always just around the corner if you need anything. Clean and very well organized store.
This is a great little store. Has a craft section where you can find crafting items that are hard to find at many of the box stores in town. Also carries pellets for our pellet stove year round and does not change the price like the other stores in town do. They have wonderful customer service. I am always greeted with a smile and Can I help you? without have to run someone down.
Ace Hardware has a lot of random and specialty tools and hardware. Looking for a part? Head here for a better chance at finding it in town.
Helpful staff, and a good stock of craft supplies, make this a favorite place for gifts to inspire youth craftsman. Ace Hardware has a nice feel to it, that earns my support.

They are a great place, I was looking for mineral oil, and they were the the only place that had it. I had checked 3 other stores, which none had the product.
Ben Franklin has the most helpful ladies working there. They are very knowledgeable about fabric and sewing.
Seem to consistently have trouble finding friendly or competent employees. Its easy to find what you need elsewhere, thankfully!

This Ace Hardware is nothing like our Cody, Wy Ace. No one acknowledged me, 2 staff members I talked to didnt know what lye is nor where to find it or even if the store carried it. The lady told me which aisle she thought it was in, but wasnt interested in actually showing me or educating herself for the next customer. Im used to a much higher standard for Ace Hardware. Very disappointing.
The two gentlemen, one with long hair and a beard, and the young cashier are wonderful and knowledgeable.I look for them, every time I go

I needed a computer fob key made for my car and was told only the dealership can do it. Ace made and programmed the key for me for half the price of the dealership. ACE ALL THE WAY!!
Yes Ben Franklin Ace hardware store is on the busy street in this city to its coffeen Avenue add shihabi shop its where you get your arts and crafts from leather work beadwork would work and gardening and yard work supplies and plumbing supplies its a great place can get what you need
