Wont lie and say they didnt raise the ballpark on me by $600.oo BUT,.. exceptional service and communication regardless. Prompt work. I guess its guaranteed so I wont complain too much. Hard Xs, the struggle is real.

Horrible service from their Maintenance Dept. Taken advantage of when we took our 15 Civic in for routine maintenance and walked away with a $2100 bill for frozen calipers & whatever nonsense issues they found. There was NOTHING wrong with our car when we brought it in; the mechanic broke our caliper & we ate the cost. Do yourself a favor & NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE; use a local honest mechanic. Weve purchased all of our cars here for the last 20 years without a problem (just their rip-off add-ons that the Russians in the back try to sell you). We dont even look at this place when we drive by - Run away fast to another business.
