They do not know what they are doing and rip off customers. They replaced my condensate pump which was working and never checked anything else. They went right down the road to a local store and bought a new pump and then charged me Four times the cost what they paid for it. I have had the same issue since they left and they accomplished nothing but ripping me off!

Our air all of a sudden stopped working and turned to heat (form 72° -98° in 20 minutes!)around 730pm on Saturday. we called and the guy came right out within 30 minutes of my call. he was here and showed us exactly what happened and why. we (shelby co) were having power flicks and there was a factory reset on the thermostat. he showed us how to address it the next time and will be coming back for a follow up Monday. such an amazing company and couple that answered our after hours call. truly saved us!!

The guys they send are always very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable in what they do. You dont feel like they are trying to sell you something you dont need.

After dealing with lousy companies through my home warranty, I decided to go out of pocket to have Graybeal come out and fix my AC. When other companies couldnt return my calls or couldnt come out until next week, Graybeal was at my house and the unit was fixed within two hours! Definitely lifesavers and they always do quality work. I had them previously get my furnace up to code in order to turn the gas on. All in all, I will pay a little bit more (than my home warranty service fee) to have the excellent customer service that Graybeal provides!!

If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. I wish I could say what their service was actually like, but when I called to schedule an appointment to have them just develop a estimate for a whole unit replacement they could not even seem to take a name, number, or address correctly. Not only that, but no one seems to want to answer the phones at this Gong Show operation. If you cant even get the simple things correct, how do expect to have customers trust you enough to spend $11k and have your company install a heat pump system? Some people should really question if they want to be in a customer service business. What an absolute joke.

I highly recommend stearing clear of this company. In 90 degree weather they sent a fellow out to troubleshoot our downed a/c. He started by testing for a leak in our system. Pumped dye into the system without emptying the freon first. Said everything looked fine but would be back the next day to replace the coil. HE LEFT OUR UNIT OUT OF COMMISSION IN 90 DEGREE WEATHER. 2 adults, 2 children and 5 animals in a nearly 100 degree house. This company has no clue what theyre doing. We went elsewhere.

Had graybeal for almost the entire time weve lived in shelbyville for 20 years plus. Great staff and maintenance people have provided excellent service for our home unit!
