They can fix weed eaters and lawn mowers, but not farm equipment.The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I cant even get an invoice to move my tractor to another shop for repairs. Took five months to get an estimate, which was three times higher than verbal. I opted for another shop to do work, since they were taking so long to respond and conduct repairs. I asked and instructed them to put it back together and give me a bill/invoice, that was 5 weeks ago. Still no invoice, when asked about the invoice, I was told I would get on once I had paid the bill. How do you pay a bill without an invoice? Amazing!

They hardly have anything I need for my mower. So I have to wait for at least two days. And I understand that they can’t keep everything on the shelf. But it gets aggravating. Then the big problem is their hours. They close at 4:00 so I can’t pick anything up before they close. And also they have no hours on Sat. not even a half a day. Unless it’s changed and I don’t know about.

Needed some parts that they didnt have in stock, was going to try to locate on my own, they called me within a few minutes of hanging up, with location of another dealer who had the parts I needed, I think in this day and age that is exceptional service, highly recommend them.

We called ahead to ask the service desk if they had a part because we were stuck in traffic. The gentleman on the phone replied, “well, I guess so if he haven’t sold it in the last couple days.” There was a pause because I thought perhaps with him knowing we had traveled a reasonable distance to make it there to get the part that perhaps he would go and check for us. Nope, he hung up. Once we got there my husband received the part and realized it was missing the gasket. He asked the same gentlemen that was on the phone earlier where he could get the gasket? The service guy replied, “we don’t have it.” He never said, “let me see if it’s on back order, offer any other place we could get it, nothing.” I have served my country for 28 years in the military and if I treated people like that I would be out of a job. My husband and I paid 126.00 for a part we could have gone elsewhere to get but wanted to ensure our New Holland had the right part to make our tractor function properly. This isn’t the first time that assistance wasn’t offered and the men on the line were rude or non helpful.. I am sure they are super nice selling the 25K piece of equipment, but when you need help getting the right part for your expensive tractor, good luck. I have dealt with 3rd world nationals with better customer skill sets than these so called professionals!
