Never had a bad experience as long as we have had a Wal-Mart/Pharmacy in Shelbyville until about a week ago. I ask to get prices on my prescriptions. She asked if I had insurance. I said yes. She said she couldnt do that until she filled them. I ask why. She said (I just told you) okay. I explained to her I had no problems before and it would be a waste of time all the way around to fill all of them if I could pay for them. She said then you can tell the cashier. Now, I may have understood all of this but she ask who give me prices before and I told her. She litterly called the one girl over and asked her and she explained to her you can get a cash price but not a price with insurance and the lady again making a big deal out of it just kept going on to the point to where I hate to shut my mouth before I got physical with the lady. I tried with all my might to keep from going off on her. I really wished I could remember her name. From the time I stepped up to the counter and after I was 3 isles over on the toothpaste isle I could still here her talking about me. I am a very quick tempered person and have been working on it for a few years now but Im here to say I was so angry I was almost in tears trying to keep from hitting her. I work with the general public every day for almost 18 years and I never start an argument and refrained from one that day but that woman is very lucky someone hasnt jerked a knot in her rear before now.

Refused to help when they could have so I will be changing pharmacys highly recommend DO NOT DO UR BUSINESS WITH THEM
