The parking lot is significantly cleaner than previously stated, Im guessing staff got the place cleaned up, all the trash cans outside freshly emptied and lot spotless aside from the grass behind the trailers. McDonalds was great and the bathrooms were alright. Much better experience than the reviews suggested. Taking two stars off for the amount of reserve parking vs free parking.

Clean, efficient, well-stocked and friendly place. Showers: clean, towels, soap, power outlet, and fan - no shower curtain so put your stuff on the counter or it will get wet.

Inside was nice. The McDonald’s and Pilot staff was professional and courteous. However, I don’t think the parking lot has ever been cleaned one time. Every trash was over flowing as well. A nice place to be this trashy.

I just spent $614 for fuel, and female inside wanted to charge me $0.15 for styrofoam cup. I would like to see a price list with styrofoam cup on it. This never happened to me in over 15 years of fueling on Pilot. I think Pilot made enough money from me to be able to “give” me styrofoam cups few times a year. Someone should’ve explain to her work ethics and correct way to prove herself as worker and representative of her employer, and be useful to it.

This is by far the trashiest Pilot Ive been too. There is trash everywhere. So disgusting.

The showers are never clean. They do nothing to clean them you can smell the mold. Very poorly managed

Stopped to use the bathroom and found out that they (the bathrooms) were closed, with no ETA on when they would open - just not within an hour at the time. They had no alternative or other option, but they did have time to print door flyers stating this. Employees said this was a daily occurrence- how do you have a truck stop, especially one that sells food, with no restrooms? Not only is this annoying and unacceptable, I believe its also illegal. At least, making a pattern of it has to be. Im very disappointed.

Stopped here for fuel and shower over night. The shower head was clogged badly with calcium and leaked very badly. It was stuck on jet mode, I couldnt turn it to switch to a more soft shower mode. The lock was busted, so I could lock the door. There is a Loves 12 miles from here. I will go there next time.

Ladies restroom needed some TLC to night. Otherwise all was great! Features fas food, fountain drinks and coffees, and I saw lucious looking cinnamon rolls! Of course being a travel center I saw the signs for showers. Oh and even a drive through McDonalds!This is one very busy place!

One of the better pilots ive come across. Friendly staff always working hard to get you on your way. My only issue here is that they are slightly understaffed at times.

I loved it. Generally I rate franchise stops like this as 4 stars unless they are measurably better (or worse) than other same-brand stops, and this one was great. I also really like Pilot because they definitely understand and get the type of snack stuff you like on road trips right, and they make sure they stock it all. Its also great and well equipped for the professional drivers as well as the traveling public. You cant go wrong with a Pilot in my opinion, and this one was one of the best examples to boot. Highly recommended.

Most Pilots are small compared to Flying J, & they would be awesome if they offered perks, & variety like Loves, & TAs. If your company restricts you to fueling here, & they dont have what you need you have to make an extra, inconvenient, time consuming stop at one of the other truck stops. I know there has to be competition, but, I believe other drivers would pay a little extra for the convenience of getting everything when they fuel. Im just, a regular Joe, but, I think if the CEO was really, hungry like Jeff Bezos, & Elon Musk; hed step up his game, get the extras, & there by harvest the extra $ from said drivers. But, you are the shark you do what you want to.

Well across the street at the Indiana racing and casino I stopped playing for a few minutes on the casino floor to go across the street to this pilot center to get a snack and to use the ATM because the ATM at the casino charges twice as much as a normal ATM. This pilot center was clean, I checked the bathrooms they were also clean and the stalls were all clean and I didnt have any funny smell. The sinks are clean and there was not trash everywhere in the bathroom. Of course I only check the mens bathroom. On top of having just regular gas station type of food in there they also have like a travel center where theres headphones CDs DVDs car accessories and different things like that. Basically in normal pilot center. The only unique thing I saw about this pilot center as it it of course has a McDonalds and a cinnabon on the premises. because it has a cinnabon the entire place smells like a great big cinnamon roll which is incredible it makes the atmosphere very good. The reason I gave it three stars does the same reason I give anything less than 5 stars and that is the staff. While I was in there I saw the manager, who was wearing a very dirty trucker hat, talking on the phone to a friend wow to other employees for requesting that he fix their time cards, he was ignoring them and telling his friend that two people at work were bothering him. I thought it was some type of joke but come to find out now this was actually happening. This was all while I and two other people were in line waiting to buy something. Whenever the lady did get to me she never talk to me or look at me instead the whole time she argued with her manager about changing our time while another employee on the other side of her who was not helping the three people behind me argue with him about changing his time as well and all this while the actual manager was on the phone making fun of both of them at the same time. It was pretty amazing. Amazingly horrible of course. Besides the staff everything else was great.

I didnt eat here. But I must say that I was very impressed with the Cashier that helped me. She was so kind and helpful. I was there looking for a charger for my cell phone that I could use in my vehicle. I looked all around and was getting frustrated that I couldnt find one. I figured they had them, but I am old and struggle with things like this now.Well she left her register and took me where they were and helped me get one. She told me to keep my receipt and when I checked it out to see if it was the right charger, and if it didnt work, just to bring it back and we would keep looking until we found one that did work. However, the one I bought worked! She saved the day for me! I was in dire need of one. So thank you Pilot for hiring this caring Cashier. She is definitely as asset to Pilot!!

This particular pilot is small and not set up for RVs. Ended up not getting diesel because it was too crowded. Could not navigate the pumps with a tow car.

Bathrooms are clean. Good snack selection. The staff was too busy chatting to greet us when we got to register and the cashier didnt even look at us until I was handing her cash. But, otherwise, a good stop. Pilot is my favorite convenience/gas trip on road trips. They have clean bathrooms and good coffee usually. This was no different. Clean facility in general.

Restrooms, both mens and womens, are inoperable as are the showers as well. I was notified by the clerk that the problem was sewage backup. McDonalds is closed as well, because Pilots water is off and were tired into their systems. By far the worst experience Ive had at any truck stop in the decade that Ive been out here. I will not be back here again!

The cashless Kool-Aid brainwashing is strong with this manager. She threatened me with police and arrest for trespassing just for pointing out that the coin shortage is a hoax. Avoid this place like the plague. They dont take cash at all, so if you value your freedom, dont go there.

We filled up with gas. Pumps were fast. The window washer solution was full and fresh. Then ordered I side at McDonalds. No problems. Restroom was clean and smelled pleasant. All employees were nice!

The people that have worked on third shift for years have disappeared, and now the store has gone to hell. Allowing drivers to sit for 30 mins at the pumps, no washer fluid or brushes in the buckets for the drivers, bathrooms filthy, never any coffee, the place just looks dirty now. Someone needs to step up and get this place back together, we will not be returning until something is done!

Dont get me wrong This place has nice staff. However it also has limited parking in contrast to the amount of truck traffic that it receives and thus at night or during inclement weather your chances of finding a parking spot is slim to none. For the most part the parking is arranged around the the outside edge of the parking lot.They have a cinnabon and a McDonalds and are located only a few thousand feet west of the Kroger Distribution center

The cashier said welcome when we walked in which is memorable. The bathrooms were as clean as they could possibly be. The food all looked fresh and the other people working there were really nice. All in all it was obvious they have a great manager at that location. Definitely will be stopping there again.

The atm machines never want to read my card. The food is either burnt or still cooking the drink machine is empty the cheese/chili dispenser hardly ever works and I can never get the staff to fix any of these things during my half hour lunch. The only thing they are good at is gas.Edit: 3 years later and now it takes 15 min or more to fill my tank and they refuse to turn up the pumps. Im done with them.

When youre traveling, this is where you want to stop. The restrooms are clean, the people that work there are helpful and friendly, the food is comfort food, but good none the less. There is a huge selection of things to drink. You can fill up the car too.

Not a bad pilot staff is great. Store is clean. Just fast food. Parking isnt great( there is a grocery DC just down the street so parking is always packed). Be early to park or forget it..

If you love Cinnabon you have to visit this place. Its made fresh there. As soon as you walk in the door the smell is heavenly!

For a quick in and out pit stop/fuel stop the Pilots are hard to beat. They feature good, HOT coffee (if it aint fresh, just ask theyll make another batch). Clean store, all kinds of snacks, nicnacks, and of course trucker gear. Clean restrooms, and 7/24 fast-food. Easy access from the big road (the Interstate for you non-truckers).

Small lot not much parking. Service is pretty quick here. The usual fuel island issue people love parking in fuel islands and doing 30 minute breaks. Overall decent location. 20 miles east of 465 through I Indianapolis. Q1

Just left there, we are from Michigan and are never greeted nicely by an employee at a station. Scott Turner was behind the cinnabon counter and was the nicest most pleasant employee Ive prob ever encounter. Keep up the great work, you were a pleasure talking to.

Super friendly staff, very clean & well stocked. My favorite part is the smell of fresh baked Cinnabons as you enter.

Pilot and Flying J are a quick convienant place to stop if you are a company driver. Overpriced fuel and banking .01 cents a gallon on diesel is a great way to punish your employer and bank a free Big Mac at the same time. Dont forget to park at the fuel pumps for a half hour while grabbing your food and taking your 30 minute break, its awesome watching my 14 hour clock count down as I watch you pull your 300lbs and your bag of burgers back into your truck.

Very easy to get in and out of this travel center. Food options available and a large selection of other items. A few diesel pumps were down but we were able to pull into a has pump that was working with ease without scraping from the trailer tongue.

Great big open parking lot. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is there way to many paid parking places. Other than that nice clean truckstop with friendly people.

Needs more parking. Middle of the day and had to park on the paid side. I didnt pay cause I only took my 30 here. But yeah needs way more parking for such a busy stop. I passed on fueling here all the big company drivers taking breaks at fuel islands

Asked for $15 for gas got my $5 back the pump only had $10 on it went in and tried to tell them but they made me pay the extra $5 the people apparently doesnt listen to the customer

Great place if you want to take a 45 minute fuel stop. Typical Pilot limited parking, which means everyone takes their 30 minute break at the fuel pumps.

Clean store. Cinnabon store inside and a McDonalds attached. Great variety. Truck stop so has clothes and novelties. Bathrooms normally clean and they have showers. I havent used the showers. Nice workers

I stopped here on my way to ohio because my tire pressure light came on. It was pouring down rain with tornado warnings! I was unable to fill one of my tires after 2 attempts using the air machine. I went inside and asked if they had a service center for cars or only trucks. The manager asked what the issue was and told me to hang on. He contacted the roadside service truck. The man drove to my car, filled my tire, and checked the pressure a few times. No charge! Saved my vacation! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative of the wonderful service and help! Thank you all so much!

Not enough room to sleep and park. Gets filled up quick at night. Parked on the street and the cops woke all of us up and forced us to move. No respect for truckers. Other then that Everything else was good hahahha.

This Pilot is alright. The staff can be rather obnoxious. One staff member thought yelling at me was a pleasant experience when my face and response clearly said tone it down. Unsure if they ever clean out their coffee machines.

The travel store was nice. The staff were very quick to open registers to keep the lines flowing. They were quick to greet everyone coming in. The showers were clean but small. The McDonalds in this Pilot was not as nice every table was dirty. The condiment area was filthy and every trash can was overflowing. Also a McDonalds staff member was smoking outside and came back to the registers handling food without washing her hands. Their Christmas display was next to none.

The entire place was filthy. The food areas were gross (crumbs, sticky puddles from spilled drinks etc.), the soft drink station was mildewy and generally disgusting. The McDonalds was the same, except they also had quite a few flies. Saw a bedbug in the bathroom stall I was in and for once Im glad Im a trucker! I can just take my dirty clothes out of my truck this weekend at home, go in the side door straight to the basement, strip, put everything in the wash, walk straight into the shower, and be safe in the knowledge that my truck will get more than hot enough to kill any bedbugs in there over the weekend.

Clean, nice people work in the store itself. But steer clear of the McDonalds. Rude, oily haired and possibly the worst egg Mcmuffin Ive ever had! I would have taken it back, if we hadnt already left before I opened it.

I always and only go to Pilots gas stations for road trips. They constantly keep me satisfied. Coffee is great as well and have a wide variety of flavor

Star was OK but had a lot of stock on the floor that was not put up. In the 12 oclock lunch hour they should have the floors clear knowing that they will get more traffic. Hard to get to what you wanted. Store was clean and staff was friendly though.

I always feel safe stopping at any Pilot, especially when traveling alone . Super clean restrooms, friendly staff and a great selection of just about any thing you need or dont need. Most have some sort of franchise fast food restaurant in the facility. Sometimes theres a CINNABON kiosk too!!!

I am going to have to say, this was not a great visit. The gas price was 19 cents higher than most gas stations, but I waited too long and was desperately low on gas. After getting gas, I had to use the bathroom, but I couldnt find it due to construction. No signs anywhere, I finally found an employee and asked her for directions. They were less than helpful, but I managed to find the bathroom despite her directions. I was not impressed.

Fast service even when theyre busy, the employees really know how to move. Good amenities, many of the places have showers, a great selection of bottled drinksand a really good place to stop on any road trip.

Its a Pilot with Pilot stuff. My shower was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was hot, my steak sandwich was soft and didnt taste like jerky.Overall a good experience.

Shower was very clean everyone that works here looks like they are constantly cleaning which is a good thing its a small not very busy Pilot at all probably the least Ive ever visited by far its across the street from the casino which they have a shuttle for thats not a bad deal only to find out after I walked it, oh well but good store the McDonalds could use a little help with cleaning looks like they dropped the ball on that.
