I called them up and asked about a product for the green egg. When I showed up they had it by the checkout line waiting for me. Great service and good people. In the recent past, we bought our house paint from them and got a great price. Enjoyed the service and the interaction with these people. Good place and good people.

This place is amazing! The staff is phenomenal. I went in looking for some flooring and they were SO helpful! They explained my options and even showed me how the boards would piece together. The quality of the flooring is much better than what you would get from Lowes and the staff is undeniably more knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when Im ready to remodel another room!

My husband is a contractor and will not buy flooring, carpet or paint from any other store. Family owned, sweet as can be and extremely efficient. There will be no mistakes. We just completely redid our farm house and our walls and floors all came from there.

I called them and explained my situation about wanting to repair and replace my floors. And they made it sound like they could come out and would be competitive about pricing. And after showing up. The man wasnt informed with the proper information. I explain to him what I needed and wanted and have done. And then called me back and said they arent going to help me because I have other people giving estimate I needed to go with one them. I thinks thats pretty sad to waste my time and not mean what you say. So for that reason I giving them a one star. Thank you for not wanting to help.

Best paint store in central Kentucky. Helpful staff who are incredibly knowledgeable and upbeat. And then there is the paint, Ben Moore is great....low VOC Aura is my favorite. Also beautiful flooring...all in all an inspiring venue for anyone interested in home decor/ improvement.

Stay away from this place they messed up a floor in my home and just simply refuse to fix the problem I had to file a complaint with the bbb and they still ignore it will not take your phone call or return it. Shopped there for years. Great staff quality products. Purchased a green egg and they have been great explaining the set up and use of it.

I hired Andriots to install carpet tiles in the office of my place of business. I have been dissatisfied since the installation was completed. I still have tiles that do not fit properly and the cove base keeps coming off of the wall. I have requested on several occasions that someone from the store come in and inspect the installation. No one comes out except the installers who apply more glue until the pieces come off the wall again. Finally Andriots agreed to install new pieces of the cove base. Almost two months went by and I had to call and demand that they come out and complete the installation. At some point this week they arrived but it wasnt during normal business hours. I noticed this morning that one of the corners was already coming off the wall. I am dissatisfied and will not use Andriots again in the future for any of my projects at work or home.

This store is awesome! The moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly folks ready to help. This was my first time to this store but I will definitely make it my first stop next time before I go to lowes for paint.

This place is great! It almost has a cheers vibe to it with the regulars,both professional and home owners, conversing. The staff was a big help in picking out colors and products. I will definitely be shopping at Andriots for my future home projects.

Prices can be steep but product quality is excellent. These guys know their stuff and can provide expert advise.
