The Internet Manager, Brian Hosier responded quickly, and got back to me Monday to answer all of my questions. He got the sales person Ken Smith involved. By Friday my new toy was delivered to me. Did I mention I never went to TN from GA? They made it easy. They really helped me buy out my vehicle at the end of my lease when dealers in Murfreesboro (Ford of Murfreesboro) wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts for a non required inspection and warranty. If youre in the same position and dont want to be extorted, drive South and ask for Lisa Cook and youll get a fair deal and great service. Dealt with quickly and as a human being not an open wallet.

Wow!!!!! Just wow!! CHASE CARTER is AMAZING Buying a vehicle is hard enough and intimidating enough for a lot of people it’s a large expensive purchase that most of us cannot pay on our owns or outright without the help of loans ect…. Chase sat down with my husband and I and we had a very clear conversation about exactly what we were needing for our vehicle. We’re not super picky people as far as color and that sort of thing but we are very picky when it comes to the function of the vehicle and our large family. Chase Carter immediately was able to come up with two vehicles for us to look at. He drove right up to the show room the one while the other was in service getting its maintenance done that day.. I took a very quick look at the first vehicle and very quickly decided that was the no go for me and Chase immediately call down to the service center so they can finish up and bring that vehicle to us for us to test drive. As we were waiting we had a pretty good idea that was the vehicle we wanted and Chase went ahead and let us pre-qualify for Financing this particular vehicle before we even had a chance to test drive it and if this vehicle was not going to be correct for us then we would move on to plan C. As soon as I got behind the wheel I fell in love with this vehicle And could not wait to get home. We went in on a Saturday and the detailers were not there I was still able to take my vehicle home and bring it back at a later day for them to still do the detailing for this vehicle.It was so nice to sit and have a conversation with a wonderful person who is a family man who understood our needs. We were constantly offered water and coffee or anything we needed. Chase was also completely patient with me which I loved. We took up at least four hours of his time that day and he was very patient and willing to help us get into the vehicle I fell in love with. We live an hour away from Newtons Ford dealership in Shelbyville Tennessee. We drove all the way out there just to go see Chase at this particular dealership because of a wonderful experience that my friend had purchasing her vehicle from Chase. I would definitely go and see Chase again for any of my vehicle needs.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. While traveling out of state for work, my vehicle broke down. Newton Ford determined it needed a new engine. After they couldn’t make the first date they gave me, they said it was because they needed to get equipment to do the job. Why would you say you can do a job when you don’t have the proper equipment? Then someone forgot to order the new engine. After multiple lies and giving me the run around, they have extended the job past when they said it would be ready for a third time. I finally got frustrated with them, and they told me to “have faith”. This dealership is the most inefficient, and unprofessional Ford I have ever had to deal with.

Went in last Saturday to get a new vehicle and talked with Chase, awesome guy, and very knowledgeable. We cut up and had fun waiting on my insurance to pick up from hold. It was a great experience and my first brand new never driven vehicle ☺. Definitely will do business with them again and highly recommend Chase

I was looking for a used with low miles or new F150. The salesperson person couldn’t even answer one question. I asked about pricing and he said they don’t give them pricing, I could go online and get that info but I shouldn’t have to at the dealership. He couldn’t tell me about the warranty. All he could say about my questions was that he didn’t know. He didn’t even ask my name. I have a feeling it’s because I drove my wife’s old Honda that she has had since high school so they assumed we couldn’t afford it. If you want good customer service and knowledgeable staff then go to Lyons Ford. They sold me a new 2020 F150 and could answer every question I asked.

I cold called Newton Ford chasing a 2020 F250 7.3 and Charles Higgins answered the phone. I think I ended up with the best salesman for me. He has a great, calm demeanor and isn’t pushy nor does he play games. I appreciated his behavior during this visit. After taking a dinner break, we came back and got the truck. I think he stayed about an hour past closing to show me all the features then my wife asked about Expeditions and he talked to her about those. I live in north Georgia and would drive to Newton again for a Ford if Mr Higgins would be my salesman. 5 stars and a future repeat customer.

I had been looking for a vehicle for months. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I thought was fair. I contacted Newton and talked to Charles Bobo. He actually listened, didn’t try to sell me something else. Didn’t even try to pressure me to buy the car I was looking at. He just seemed like a family friend who was helping me. I got a reasonable deal on the car. It wasn’t a great deal but the experience was pleasant. Everyone there seemed relaxed. I never once got the feeling like sharks were circling and I was the chum in the water. And I have visited several places over months time. I would definitely recommend Charles Bobo, his apprentice Isaiah, and this dealership. I actually travelled 100 miles 2 times to do business there and would gladly do it again.

I live in Michigan where vehicles rust badly. I was looking for a vehicle in the 6-8 year old range and most of them in my area where already showing visible rust, or it was already rusting on the back side and it would be showing through and be looking bad before I was done paying for the vehicle. I started looking at vehicles further south and stumbled across one at Newton Ford. Lisa Cook was who I worked with and she was great. She sent me detailed photos and videos of the vehicle and even zoomed in on the imperfections that an 8 year old vehicle would be expected to have, rather than take a video from 20 away telling me how immaculate it was. I really appreciated that. We did all the paperwork and payment online and it was a breeze. We drove do Nashville to pick it up and she even delivered the car to our hotel an hour away from the dealership, on the weekend. We had a mix up with the title that wasnt their fault, Lisa was kind enough even after the sale to send us a new temporary plate so that we could remain legal. I want to thank Lisa and those at Newton Ford for their service during and after the sale.

Made an appointment for my second oil change a couple weeks ahead of schedule. Then got my second recall notice. Took the vehicle in on January 3, and although early for my 7:30am appointment, Eli checked me in and got my truck right in for service with a smile on his face! All was taken care of in less than an hour … and with the top notch pride & professionalism I have experienced with Newton Ford with all my sales & service experiences. I have nothing but good things to say about how I have been treated by everyone at the dealership and the quality of vehicle (F150) and service Ive received!

Newton Ford had a great selection of vehicles and most importantly, Lisa was great to work with. Everything was done via email or phone and the car was delivered two days later to my home. They did everything in a way that made it very simple for me, including allowing for out of state taxes and registration to be handled by me.

I browsed online after getting a mailer and have received 7 calls now by the same salesperson, and I didnt even request a call. If there was a chance of me buying a vehicle, it is not happening now, this is getting ridiculous and frustrating.

Would give 0 stars if possible Visited the Store a few times interested in buying a truck, took me a few days since I like to shop around before deciding on a vehicle . Finally decided on a 2011 F150 they had on the lot, sit down and got all the paperwork signed, ( including the extended warranty ) . The next day after purchasing the truck the check engine light came on, thought maybe a simple fix took up to the local auto store and they ran the code for a P0016 ( Crankshaft Sensor ) so I called the dealer and stated the issues I was having and they told me to bring the paper from the parts store and the truck along with me and they would help me out, I arrive and they pull the truck in to check it out, the next thing I know I get handed a bill for a diagnostic fee for $85 and a Quote on what it’s going to take to fix the truck, $ 1600, paper work states it’s a stretched timing chain which now I’m aware very common on this vehicle, guessing there “ extended warranty “ does not cover this, even though on the paper work it says it does, I have had this thing less than a month, haven’t even made the first payment, and I’m having to fork over $1600, I understand as is no warranty but I bought the extended warranty which says covers any parts that oil touches how does that not include a timing chain, so how am I having to fork out $1600 to get a vehicle fixed, told them to put me into something different if they could, get to the lot the next day sit for close to 4 hrs and they come back and tell me They can’t approve me for anything they have on the lot, and told me the only Option was to pay the $1600 bill and get the truck I don’t want back. So the extended warranty I bought didn’t cover the repairs cause there was a service bulletin out stating that this issue could be present if the symptoms they described were present, so the extended warranty turned the claim down . Now they have me paying payments to satisfy a bill I really didn’t deserve .DO NOT BUY THERE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND DO NOT SHOP HERESeems to me I should of went elsewhere with my business like you should, I’ll never even think of coming to this establishment again .Be Aware

We took my kids car in for a recall on brake booster. Everything was paid for or we would have done it ourself. Well we had a bad experience. The egr valve was left unplugged and the battery cables were left loose. We found the unplugged egr due to light coming on. We repaired that. We found loose cables when car wouldnt start. Well it was a bit more of a repair. The cables had burned and melted from being loose. So we had to replace cables. So I posted a review and immediately got a call from the general manager Anthony Green. He was not happy that this had happened. Neither was I. But I know things can happen. He wanted to make it right and ask me what I thought was fair. Being a certified tech myself I ask him to pay me what they would charge according to Standard Repair Times if they were the ones repairing. He said that was fair and sent me a check to cover parts and labor. That went a long way with me. With that being said I will definitely be a returning customer when I need help in our vehicles. Never bought a new vehicle in my life but if and when I do, it will be at Newton Ford because of this Anthony taking care of their mistake.

Drove from Mt. Juliet to look at a truck, I seen on line. They had it sitting out front for me, and Bobo met me as I pulled up. They made me a great deal. Very pleased with this dealership, and will definitely do business with them again.

It was a pleasurable experience with everyone at Newton Ford. All through the buying phase right up to the end. They work with you to get the best possible deal. Charles Bobo is the best. He is knowledgeable and kind. The finance guy, Jamie is nice as well.Then, a few months later I went back for a free oil change and the service people are quick and nice as well. Good service but left grease prints on the carpet and my weather tech mats. I asked for a quote on fixing my windshield washer fluid tank and that was not provided.They said they could quote me on new Michelin tires but was too busy at the time to do so. I was the only car in there.Would go back again but watch for grease!

I visited this dealership to have a recall corrected on my vehicle. The dealership was very clean and the receptionist was very kind. She informed me that there was coffee snacks and water available to me while I waited. Once my car was ready, I was please with everything. They did not push me 2 make additional purchases. They just stated the facts and stapled the information to my bill. It was very much appreciated and I will definitely return to this dealership.

Service clerk was very nice-and I had a good experienceHowever, on my previous visit for the usual service my windshield wipers were replaced (they were working good-wish they had asked me if I wanted them replaced)), and the new ones are terrible. I mentioned this to the clerk and he advised that the replacement blades arent as good as the original ones that came with the new vehicle. Because of this I am having to get a new set on my truck-going to get something better than I have now.

Everything I knew you could fix, you did. My window and the recall on the locks. My radio is still a concern. I was asked to arrive at your shop around 5:00 pm so I could attempt to make my radio act up but after I arrived there was no one to troubleshoot the intermittent problem. Need to plan these actions better. I lost an hour of work and it didn’t help.

It was great. I work 6 days a week and a lot of hours. I did not have time to waste . Gabe our salemans was great. I told him what I wanted and within a short time we were doing the test drive. Everyone was friendly and helpful, also they know there product.i will use Newton again.

I’ll be honest. I dread shopping for a vehicle. I don’t like the haggling game. I typically have researched whatever I’m considering buying to death, including the best price I can pay. For vehicles, I always visit multiple dealers. One dealership wanted to sell me a used truck as new and wouldn’t come down on the price until I got up to leave. Then I went to Ford in Shelbyville, TN. Randy Evans introduced himself and I didn’t get the usual dealership pressure feeling. Randy stuck with me for a few days while I made up my mind. I was that guy that came in after work, 30 minutes before they were closing, and made everyone stay over with me. Even with me being a pain, I was never pressured. When I finally picked out the truck I wanted, we went in to talk about price. They immediately beat the other dealers prices and I didn’t have to haggle. The price was in line with my research. I bought a new F150 and felt comfortable the whole time I was shopping there. Even brought my wife and 4 kids in the day I bought it so Randy and the guys could meet them. All in all we had a positive experience at Newton Motor Group. During our first we experience a minor issue. However, after we called and talked to Tim Green, he was very apologetic and worked hard to make sure that the problem was corrected. We returned as a result of his efforts and it was one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Aaron was our sales person and we found him to be very attentive to our needs. He listened to what we wanted and what we didnt want and tried hard to make sure that we got what we wanted. He was always polite and considerate. I was treated fine. I just wish they would have told me the amount of car I could afford instead of talking about features.If I couldn’t get it financed then what would have been an amount that I could have gotten financed.So will try again in 6 months.Very kind and friendly people.

We recently bought a truck from this fantastic dealership. We decided we would shop for a minivan just a couple of months later. We called our favorite salesman, Stan, and within about an hour he found a great van at another location. By the next morning, the van was in Shelbyville for us to look at. We drove it, loved it and in no time we were on our way back to Nashville in it! This dealership is well worth the drive from Nashville. They have a no nonsense way of doing business so no time is wasted. I cannot say enough good things about Newton!
